03/05/2026: I stopped in for a beer. The waiter was a bit surprised that it was only beer. He encouraged me to choose something from the menu. I asked for a salad—Green Salads—with feta and olives. I received average-looking vegetables on a flat plate, nothing special. On another plate, olives and mozzarella... did I order that? It wasn't supposed to be like that. The olives were delicious, the cheese was okay, but the salad, hmm, well, he shouldn't serve something like that... As for the rest, see the photos for yourself. The beer was the best... so I finally gave in, haha ​​😂 The price was 16 euros—a bit steep considering the appetizers alone. The service was okay. The atmosphere was good too. Although it's a small place, it only has 6 tables.

The prices are fair and don't vary for lactose-free options. The only suggestion is to add a few more small tables to the other rectangular ones, perhaps replacing the small sofa.

Why did it take so long for the scrambled eggs and sandwich? 🙃 I almost wanted to go in and make it for him. The scrambled eggs and the ham in the sandwich were both extremely salty. I don't know if the eggs were accidentally spilled while being cooked, or if they were repeatedly scrambled...

14/02/2026: Great pizza and very friendly service. Nice to see a baby highchair available and clean toilet facilities. The ‘cover charge’ was a slight surprise when paying the bill but it seems to be a fairly standard Naples thing.

I WILL NEVER GO BACK 😁

04/05/2026: I had a wonderful time. I'm celiac, and eating gluten-free isn't a problem here; in fact, they're AIC-certified and understand exactly what safety means for us. I tried everything from the entree to the dessert, and I have to say everything was delicious, fresh, and authentic. I highly recommend it.

13/04/2026: This is the best best best pasta you would find in Sorrento! It’s so good that we had to come twice in our 3 days visit. It’s exceptionally well cooked. It’s with no doubt a home-cooked restaurant. Please make yourself a favor and try it. I’m vegetarian and had the zucchini spaghetti and the gnocchi à la sorrentina. Incredibly good! The service is great! The stuff is super friendly. Thank you!!!

13/04/2026: Imposible to only eat here once during your trip. I now live in italy and I've had my fair share of good pastas in various cities and towns, but this place, somewhat tucked away off a side street, just has some of the best and freshest tasting pastas I think I've ever eaten. No frills, just pure heartfelt food. A trip to sorrento would be incomplete without at least one meal at Semola

16/04/2026: Finally, a great pizzeria in the city center. Try the marinara and the Nerano...which is with shrimp: superb!

12/04/2026: Bad experience. The pizza wasn't great, the ingredients were low-quality, and we all spent the night with heartburn. Plus, we waited an hour and a half for takeout. Since it was a Saturday night, I would have been fine if the pizza had been good, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case.

28/04/2026: Pizzeria/restaurant located in the heart of Aversa, Piazza Marconi. They do a great job, the staff is friendly, and the staff is very kind and professional. Excellent pizza, good wine, and very good food.

28/04/2026: I've been to the pizzeria on two different days this week. The first time, the service was a bit slow on the weekend lamb. The second time this week, it was impeccable. Of course, I returned for the pizza, which is sublime. From the dough to the cooking, and finally, the ingredients are top-quality. I consider it one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten.

My daughter forgot a stuffed animal she's very fond of, and she took care of sending it back to me at her own expense, without asking for money. What can I say? She's truly an exceptional person. Besides her great humanity, the B&B is super clean and has an excellent breakfast. I highly recommend her for a relaxing weekend. ❤️

15/03/2026: December 6, 2025...exactly 3 months ago...my wedding at Villa Espero!! Thanks to the Christmas decorations set up by the property...there was a beautiful Christmassy atmosphere!! The location was appreciated by everyone... and I mean ALL the guests, from the organization (finger food by the pool, from the panoramic "banquet" room, to the terrace/gazebo for the cake cutting and finally... to Room 2... set up for the wedding favor gift accompanied by the Cuban corner and confetti: APPRECIATED BY EVERYONE! The menu chosen... a triumph of flavors!! Compliments from the guests on the goodness and quality of the dishes!!!! I want to thank everyone from the first meeting... the owners were fantastic, from Nicola, who accommodated our every request but with precious advice to make the party perfect, from Enzo (the hall manager), who was meticulously attentive, to Arianna, who organized every detail with care and professionalism. My wedding was perfect, flawless!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Thank you Villa Espero!!!!

05/04/2026: And what can I say? Excellent food, impeccable service, and the maître d' with unparalleled knowledge of wines and spirits. The owner is always present, supervising everything without being intrusive. Definitely one of the best restaurants in Campania.

13/03/2026: Excellent dinner and very attentive service. The location is truly beautiful and elegant, perfect for a pleasant evening. My only small complaint: during dinner, a guest at another table started playing guitar and singing, causing a bit of a disturbance in the dining room. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
