27/07/2024: Splendid place where Nature is still at home, kind staff and genuine dishes, the flavor of the earth, the milk which is difficult for me to digest elsewhere, I was able to drink it as one could drink it in the last century, the cheeses. The salad has the true flavor of a time...the animals living together in harmony...make us reflect on how coexistence could be simple and peaceful, but the most beautiful thing I will often take advantage of is the riding school, Mario the manager and equestrian instructor is a person who truly loves his work and transmits a very current vision of the world of horses towards an ethological equestrian management where the horse-human combination is truly possible in cooperation, an experience that I highly recommend to all lovers of the equestrian world and also to those who want to spend moments in Nature in every sense 😊

05/08/2024: Beautiful discovery!!! Starting from the appetizer, delicious pasta and montanarine omelette, no less arancino and croquettes. Then we moved on to the choice of pizzas and chose the ortolana (super light), the Neapolitan, the pulled pork and potato (space) and the porchetta and potatoes in the pan (a much appreciated technique). Perfect service…we will be back!

11/08/2024: Il locale è spazioso e molto bello ed il cibo è sempre stato ottimo, però l'ultima volta qualcosa è cambiato. Innanzitutto il panino (che è sempre stato di ottima qualità e ben preparato) aveva una quantità di formaggio così esagerata da essere quasi nauseante. Inoltre, ci hanno fatto accomodare nella terrazza esterna dove non c'era aria condizionata o ventilatori e faceva caldissimo. Oltre a ciò, ci hanno servito tutto molto velocemente facendo notare che volevano liberare presto i tavoli. Capisco che sia un locale gettonato, ma se una cena fuori deve essere così stressante allora è meglio andare altrove e godersi una serata tranquilla.

13/08/2024: Recato sul posto con familiari, subito notiamo che il locale non è climatizzato correttamente. Faceva più caldo dentro che per strada, alchè alla mia richiesta di aumentare l'aria condizionata mi rispondono che era già al massimo, praticamente un climatizzatore che nemmeno in casa si monta. Passando alla pizza che tanto ne parlano bene, la noto cruda, poco lievitata e difficile da digerire. Torno a casa e mi accorgo che mi hanno caricato l'acqua 2 volte, praticamente come la scorsa volta che ci sono stato. Mia moglie di notte si è sentita male dopo essere stata in quel locale. Non riesco a capire tutti quelli che ne decantano tanto la bontà
