01/06/2024: Sono molto deluso dall'esperienza che ho avuto con questa pizzeria. Ho ordinato delle pizze per le 21:30 e sono le 22:48 e ancora non sono arrivate. È inaccettabile attendere così a lungo per un ordine, soprattutto quando si tratta di cibo che dovrebbe essere caldo e gustoso. La mancanza di puntualità ha rovinato completamente la serata e non posso raccomandare questo servizio a nessuno. Ps: le pizze erano bruciate ed insipide

01/05/2024: Locale scoperto grazie ad amici poiché più in periferia rispetto al centro. Il posto è tranquillo e semplice ma ha una varietà di panini; tutti molto buoni e rosticceria fatta da loro, ottima. Il crocche, il timballo e la polpetta di melanzane sono i miei preferiti ma ottimi anche la mozzarella e l’arancino. La parmigiana sa dei sapori di una volta! Esperienza da ripetere e prezzi anche troppo bassi per il livello di bontà!

18/08/2024: I went to this place for an aperitif, very nice environment, excellent food, the only downside was the service as the waitress literally took the menu out of my hands while I was reading it.

23/08/2024: Thu 22 August. Reservation for 5 at 9.30pm with request for a cool place also with air conditioning. It's to celebrate one of my children. There are a lot of people. Tables only outdoors but there is a table near a fan and we take it. Long wait (about 30 minutes) to order. Here's the surprise! By popular demand of the evening, the burger is finished. So we ask for a salad with chicken... but the chicken is also finished. One of my children then gives up eating. We ask what's left. We take the porchetta (I would have liked the hamburger), a pizza, a caprese and the local specialty: baked potatoes with sausage (but it's only available with porchetta and we accept it!!). We add an accompanying fry. We ask for still water and... another surprise: only the sparkling one is cold, the still one has just been put in the fridge and is hot. We accept one carbonated and one still. By mixing them we get something acceptable. I ask if there is any ice and am told that it needs to be checked. Still a long wait and dishes delivered a long time apart from each other. First the pizza, then the caprese and the frying. The water is heating up and the ice isn't coming. I remind the waiter and am served. Some more time passes and the special dish does not arrive. I ask for an explanation and reason that the dish was not actually included in the order!!! Damn, what an unlucky evening!!! My son, the birthday boy, gets upset and doesn't want anything anymore. The waiters apologize and want to make up for the shortage immediately, but it's really too much! Without finishing eating we immediately ask for the bill (€60) and leave. The birthday boy ruined his evening and all of us with him. Thanks to all the staff of the Grotta del Buono for the evening of m...!!! Never again in this restaurant!!

19/08/2024: Tonight I ate here, I wanted to spend a nice evening with my friends but in reality, unfortunately, it wasn't. The location is beautiful, the food is not bad, the only flaw is the organization, especially in a hot season and I underline HOT like August. The service was good but the LACK of other STAFF stands out... what can I say, I don't know if I would return.

18/06/2024: Abbiamo mangiato il cuoppo più buono di Napoli. Abbiamo scelto il cuoppo di mare e il cuoppo di terra, prodotto cucinato al momento, caldo e prodotti freschi.. ottima qualità. i gestori, forse per la quantità di gente davanti al locale, l’ho trovata un po’ scortese. Forse stanchi. Chissà!! Comunque merita davvero!

15/06/2024: Questo posto è davvero molto informale. Dispone di alcuni tavolini all'esterno. Personalmente prediligo e consiglio il cuoppo di terra.

31/03/2024: Antipasti meravigliosi, ho preso la pizza senza glutine per curiosità e mi ha stupita per quanto era gustosa, soffice e scroccante. Personale fantastico e gentili. Ve lo consigliamo!

19/05/2024: Ci sono ritornata dopo due anni e non si smentisce mai! Cibo ottimo, pesce freschissimo ed ottimi abbinamenti. Inoltre il personale personale di sala è preparato, cordiale, disponibile e simpatico. Consiglio!!!

08/05/2024: Bella Struttura appena fuori dal centro, con ampio parcheggio e buoni spazi esterni. Gestione familiare in cucina e ottimi i piatti della tradizione che vengono fuori, Molto Buoni i Fusilli al Tegamino, servizio attento e rapporto qualità prezzo eccelso.

31/07/2024: what can I say, friends suggested we eat the fountain loaf and they did very well exceptional!!!! Don't be fooled by plastic tables and chairs enjoy the freshness and the loaf

15/07/2024: The ambience of the restaurant was really nice and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately I have to say that the portions throughout Ischia are quite small and quite expensive. The food was tasty overall, especially the main courses, but unfortunately the fries tasted like cardboard. For €80 I would have expected a little more.

15/08/2024: Ottimo ristorante con affaccio in Piazza Del Gesù e con possibilità di mangiare in una bella pedana all'aperto. Abbiamo assaggiato un buonissimo filetto di manzo, apprezzatissimo da mio figlio perché di scioglieva in bocca, ed un sandwich di orata anch'esso altrettanto buono. Prezzi giusti e personale gentile. Cosa chiedere di più?

03/08/2024: Nice place with convenient (guarded) parking in front. Well-tested service with young and friendly staff. Master Roberto, a splendid and humble person, told us some anecdotes related to the world of pizza. Pizza that we tasted in different types but always with light dough and the right cooking, never burnt, as often happens in other pizzerias. I recommend as specialties: the "Genovese" omelette (with a little less cheese), the original "fiocco" pizza (delicate and well balanced) and the 3-tomato pizza (which highlights the excellent raw material used). For pizza lovers, this is a stop not to be missed!

03/08/2024: I tried this much advertised pizzeria located in Volla (a context which already basically does not justify the very exaggerated prices of the pizzas) to try these famous pizzas which they say are also very digestible. Excellent friarielli omelette and staple pizza, but the secret Margherita unfortunately disappointed me and also remained on my stomach to be honest. 1 star for the drinks issue. Shocking prices for a 0.33 cl Leffe beer €8. A bottle of Panna water was €5, a steal and what's more, Natia water arrived at the table which we hadn't asked for and the price was still €5. Unjustified prices, absolutely average quality.
