06/12/2025: We went to Fiore's restaurant because the hotel where we were staying recommended it. What can I say? We ate wonderfully, and the service and cleanliness were top-notch. But the person who makes this restaurant perfect is Massimo, the owner. We also returned for dinner at his other restaurant in the town center. We had meat, and it met our expectations. A special mention goes to the entire town, the kind and friendly people. We accidentally parked in a place where the car wasn't allowed, and like all self-respecting small towns, everyone knew the car was ours, so they came to call us while we were at dinner to move it. Simply fantastic!!! Anyway, I recommend Fiore's restaurant, especially for the quality of the food. We didn't feel like mere customers, but fellow villagers.

03/05/2026: Truly special! A RESTAURANT WITH A SIGHT TO BE SIGHT We had pizza that was absolutely delicious – simply perfect. Afterward, we moved to the bar and had a long chat with the bartender about the city and its culture, which completely changed the atmosphere of the evening. But a real highlight is that the restaurant has a staircase leading down to an old underground water cistern. Locals used to collect their water here – it gives the place a unique ambiance.

The filling is generous, the quality of the ingredients is truly excellent, and the texture is remarkable. The creativity and flavors are truly superior; the various ingredients stand out beautifully yet blend seamlessly together without overpowering or distorting each other. I highly recommend it! Orders for two (price per one)

25/04/2026: I've seen the older photos from other reviews and I think management has changed. Anyway, the owners are nice, but the pizza isn't up to par, not in terms of flour, leavening, cooking, or ingredients.

27/03/2026: The dinner was average in terms of flavor. It's a shame that the menus provided at the tables are absolutely dated, and almost nothing you order, other than pizza, is available or true to the description. We tried orecchiette with cardoncelli mushrooms and sausage, but they weren't available, so we settled for the tagliata with porcini mushrooms. Two tagliata for €18 each... and they arrived without porcini mushrooms. They were accompanied by a sad pile of arugula and pecorino cheese (grated, not even flakes). The flavor was okay... but frankly, not what we ordered. We tried to mention this to the manager at checkout. He apologized but couldn't do anything about the final price. The result: a dinner priced disproportionately for the setting and service, and above all, completely different from what we originally ordered. What a shame... so little would have been enough!
