For those who go on excursions, there is no possibility of refreshment in the late return journey. Nature at 360 degrees

19/07/2025: Terribile!!! Ci imbattiamo in questa pizzeria a Maratea e non essendo del posto decidiamo di fermarci e ordinare delle pizze ,che poi si riveleranno dei crackers. Tempo di attesa circa 1 ora!!! ....mai più !!! La ristorazione è una cosa seria!

20/07/2025: It was an excellent lunch; we ate on the terrace, which has a beautiful view. The dishes were good, especially the peppered mussels and the first course (strascinati with sausage, Matera bread, and crusco peppers on a caciocavallo cream that was out of this world). The ingredients seemed high-quality. My only complaint: the service was a bit slow. Good value (also considering the very central location).

13/07/2025: I returned to Kappador after some time away, and I can say that the experience was even better than I remembered. We dined on the terrace with a view, in a truly enchanting atmosphere. Everything was impeccable: attentive service, carefully prepared and flavorful dishes, quality ingredients, and a presentation that demonstrates care and passion. I found a place that had grown, improved in every detail, without losing its distinctive authenticity. An evening with friends that turned into an experience to remember. Congratulations!

26/07/2025: Excellent, the cod dish is a speciality, you wouldn't think so for a mountain location but it's the main dish, try it and believe it.

26/08/2025: Grandma Anna, who is in her 90s, is an exceptional pizza maker. Here, you won't find the usual popular brands, but something more refined, especially regarding the pizza ingredients and beers. Each pizza is a work of art, which takes a little more time than at the usual pizzerias we're used to.

19/06/2025: I have been a guest of Pierfaone on the occasion of some weddings, including, recently, mine! I can confirm the very high quality and professionalism of the service as well as the food, very difficult to find elsewhere. The location is beautiful and well-kept, as well as being suggestive in winter and welcoming in summer. Both for events and for staying, the climate is mild and fresh even in summer. Absolutely and warmly recommended. Thanks in particular to Donato and Daniele who were impeccable as well as to the rest of the staff, from the first to the last available, kind and very prepared!

15/06/2025: Beautiful location and very welcoming located in the Pollino park a few km from the sanctuary. Kind and helpful owners and staff. Very genuine local food. We have been there several times and will return again.

05/08/2025: The atmosphere is modern and very pleasant! The waitress is very friendly! The chef makes fantastic dishes, especially the delicious pizzas! The prices are great and fair, and there's ample parking. It's easy to get to, as it's located on the highway before entering the city. Reservations are recommended on Saturdays.

19/02/2025: Real craftsmanship quality that is rarely found in Germany. Fantastic Pane di Matera from the wood oven, with a crust that I have rarely seen in Italy. Very special: Unlike the well-known breakfast croissant, the Cornetto is a compact, extremely crispy bread. Also delicious snacks: definitely try a panzerotto when it's fresh.

23/07/2025: The first farmhouse in the Melfese Vulture area, then all the other restaurants in the area copied their variety of appetizers, but the difference lies in the preparation and the products they produce. The first courses with vegetables are a delight, I highly recommend it.

10/06/2025: According to them a menu starts at €15 1 appetizer 1 first course 1 second course Water, wine But my daughter bought a pizza Wurster and chips + a Cocacola in the middle and even for her it's not so much about the money but paying €18?
