A special mention goes to the fantastic half-pizza option with different toppings: a brilliant idea that allows you to try multiple combinations. The staff is exquisite: the girls who work there are extremely kind, attentive, and always smiling. To top it all off, the location is excellent, convenient, and pleasant. If I lived here, I'd be eating their pizza literally every day. Highly recommended!

01/02/2026: Carmela is wonderful... I'll start with her, the soul and strength of this corner of exquisite goodness. This agriturismo, close yet so far removed from the banality of Matera's tourist offerings, won us over with the authenticity of the products served on our plates... the tarallini, the oil, the bread, the cruschi, the turnip tops, the exquisite dishes, and the wine (Il Dono)... it's all so inspiring!!

21/11/2025: The waitress, Lorenza, was very kind and explained the food to us. Very good, we decided to try several dishes and I was satisfied with everything! The chicory with fava beans was a really good specialty, as was the main course. I recommend going. It's a shame it's not visible if someone happens to be walking by and doesn't know, but the place is quaint. We ate under the cave, which was lovely.

I understand that restaurant purists watch TV shows and expect miracles even on August 15th. But I just wanted to eat well, abundantly, and without having to wait hours. That's what happened. 01/04/2026: We were greeted very kindly by the owner, who recommended local dishes and answered our questions. The peperoni cruschi were perfectly crunchy, and the pasta was delicious. Excellent value. The restaurant is part of one of the "American houses" described by Carlo Levi and is adorned with horned masks and other references to local culture. We stumbled upon it by pure chance, drawn by the location and that classic delicious aroma that can be smelled from outside, but the first bite was enough to know we'd hit the jackpot. A true mountain gem! The dishes are simply exceptional: authentic cuisine, quality ingredients, and generous portions (the kind that leave you smiling after a hike). The first courses deserve an honorable mention, but the real gem is the atmosphere. The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming, making you feel at home from the very first main course, always smiling and ready to recommend the best. The result? It was supposed to be a stopover, but instead we returned four days in a row to try the entire menu! If you're in the area and want to eat well, heartily, and with a light heart, don't miss it.

22/12/2025: A quaint and welcoming atmosphere, a warm and pleasant place with Italian music playing in the background. The place is very tidy and clean. The staff is kind and attentive. We enjoyed a bruschetta with crumbled sausage and melted cheese, truly delicious, and an Irish burger with cheddar and bacon, accompanied by crispy fries. To finish, a delicious tiramisu.
