Excellent focaccia from Matera seasoned with all sorts of delicacies...a tip for less salt on the focaccia with courgettes. We will be back

Tutti i prodotti della panificazione e buon pane! Tripudio di focacce in ogni condimento che fantasia non rimane più altro. Credo una esagerazione di un semplice alimento alternativo al pane che porti a casa e lo accompagni con ciò che mangi. Se richiesta gentilezza al banco! Comodo prendere e consumare ai tavoli e sgabelli alti interni. Panificio della catena DePalo in semi periferia, si trova alla terza entrata da sud dopo seconda rotonda.

…prima di lasciare Matera…sono passata in questo locale “Panificio de Palo”!!…ampia scelta di dolce e di salato!!…si dice che trattano con prodotti genuini!!…e lavorati artigianalmente!!…i panini gourmet…focacce…pizze e salumi e tanti dolcetti tipici della zona!!…io ho comperato i biscottini tradizionali della zona!!…personale disponibile e gentile!!…e se siete da quelle parti ve lo consiglio veramente!!…
