I migliori ristoranti di cucina vegetariana in Basilicata

25/03/2025: Di passaggio per un week end e non essendo della zona, mi sono rivolta alla struttura che mi ha ospitato un consiglio su dove mangiare. L'unico locale disponibile era il queen e dopo aver letto le recensioni ci siamo fidati. Essendo il queen una pizzeria e ristorante, appena seduti abbiamo chiesto un primo ma la cucina la sera è chiusa quindi niente pasta. Se fosse indicato sui canali social permetterebbe al cliente di sapere cosa può e non può mangiare. Non volendo mangiare la pizza abbiamo ripiegato sulla grigliata. Nulla di eccezionale.

10/02/2025: Locale bellissimo,perfettamente ristrutturato, un ampia parte dedicata anche per feste private. La cucina e' ottima ,la pizza molto leggera e di un impasto ottimo. E' un ristorante pizzeria aperto anche a pranzo ,e' un ottima soluzione che consiglio di provare! La titolare ANTONETA ,che poi e' la pizzaiola per eccellenza ,gestisce insieme alla sua famiglia il locale in modo molto accogliente , attenti alle esigenze dei clienti. Consiglio vivamente di provare questo locale!

06/05/2025: Fiocchi di Latte is a real gem in the heart of Matera for lovers of artisanal ice cream. Each flavor has an authentic flavor and the ingredients are fresh and quality. The place is nice and clean, and the staff is always friendly and available to give you some advice if you're undecided! I also really appreciate the attention to those with intolerances: there are lactose-free and gluten-free options, and it's not so obvious to find them good. Of all the ones I've tried, this is without a doubt my favorite ice cream shop!

04/12/2024: I was in Montescaglioso with a group and we had the pleasure of having lunch at the Rock Oasis. The experience was fantastic. The welcome was impeccable: the staff, in particular Stefano, was attentive, kind and ready to satisfy our every need. Lunch was excellent, with typical traditional Lucanian dishes prepared with fresh, quality ingredients. The quiet and family atmosphere made the moment truly special. We also visited the surrounding area and the rooms of the farmhouse: simple, but with that touch of ''rusticity''. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for authentic cuisine and a welcome that makes you feel at home. The icing on the cake was the large fireplace, further warming the Christmas atmosphere. We will definitely be back!

02/06/2025: Terrible, raw meat with miniature portions maybe it was just to see if it was cooked, overcooked pasta, a shameful €15 appetizer a small piece of provolone half a slice of ham, a slice of salami, two small olives, a cube of omelette. Let's not talk about the price, you pay and go back without eating, not even the possibility of a coffee at most in a cafe with a moka. A place not recommended in the quantity, in the price, in the scarcity of food. I say shameful.

06/05/2025: We came across this restaurant, passing by it caught our attention... and I must say that the choice to have lunch there was more than right. An excellent restaurant from all points of view. Food, staff, location all perfect. We will certainly return to Matera to try other specialties in this sublime place. Compliments!!

29/05/2025: Nice and clean place.. good food for an all you can eat, very large menu.. everything very good.. fast service. The only flaw is that you still order with the codes on the card. I would suggest upgrading with tablets at the tables. But it's worth trying..

12/05/2025: MI hanno proposto un percorso gastronomico composto da 4 antipasti ed un primo ai quali i ho aggiunto il dolce. Le portate tutte di ottima fattura, intrecci di gusti interessanti e golosi. Ho particolarmente apprezzato gli involtini di melanzane con mortadella e besciamella al pistacchio e la pasta fresca con pesto di agrumi e veli di zucchine fritte. Non posso infine non apprezzare il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Molto bello anche il panorama se si prende un tavolo all'esterno o in veranda.

04/05/2025: I got the lasagna with only tomato and mozzarella, the meat sauce wasn't there anyway, €5 per portion I can't expect anything, served with containers all dirty with sauce. we thought we'd make up for it with the white beef meatballs full of very heavy oil, it took us 2 days to digest. the only good thing was the focaccia at a fair price. it's a shame for the context where the place is located, we expected a little more.

09/04/2025: Buffet per festa di compleanno. Panini - Focacce - Rustici - Panzerotti - Cornetti salti, Piatti caldi TUTTO ECCELLENTE

02/06/2025: We stopped by Brigante for a quick business lunch. The place is located at the Garaguso station. The atmosphere is informal. The menu offers traditional choices but also fish-based dishes. With colleagues we opted for an appetizer and a second course of meat. The quality is good and appropriate for the place.

31/05/2025: Truly a welcoming and comfortable place. Excellent local and quality dishes. Just off the highway and easily accessible. Excellent parking.

27/04/2025: Locale molto interessante, con un buon servizio. Troverete cucina locale e del buon baccalà, il tutto accompagnato dagli immancabili peperoni cruschi. Maria e Francesco, in cucina, li potete vedere all'opera da una finestra che dà nella sala. All'uscita dell'autostrada Lauria Nord

25/05/2025: Locanda accogliente ! Abbiamo degustato gli antipasti, davvero ottimi, 10 e lode per i cruschi!!! Buonissimi anche gli strascinati! Lo consiglio a chiunque si trovi di passaggio a Castelmezzano

18/05/2025: Cucina ottima, servizio veloce, avevamo 4 bimbi e nonostante il locale fosse pieno siamo stati serviti subito..il personale è molto gentile. Super consigliato
