27/04/2026: The appetizer was unpretentious. Very good, because the quality was exceptional. The grill was superb, the baked potatoes were simply amazing. The staff was exceptional, Mr. Di Colore was so friendly and polite, I'd be admiring him. I'll definitely be back.
12/04/2026: Raw vegetables with no seasoning. The staff responded rudely and unkindly to our complaint. The pasta with ragù was average, and the bread was questionable. I wouldn't recommend it highly.

01/03/2026: Went for dinner on Saturday night. Friendly staff. Even though the room was full, we had to wait a while, but in my opinion it was worth it. Recommended. I hope to return soon.

25/03/2026: We went on a Friday, and there was no welcome at the door; in fact, we sat down as soon as we entered.
After a while, and especially after we'd already ordered, the waiter came and told us the table was reserved.
But they still let us finish everything we'd ordered, and they were kind.

29/08/2025: Although we reserved with days in advance we were asked to wait for more than 20 minutes until they cleared the table.
The service was lacking, the waitress and owner rude making unfortunate expressions and remarks and therefore caused the experience to be less than agreeable.
The food overpriced for what is offered and made us wait for over than an hour.
26/08/2025: Everything was excellent. Definitely worth a try.

08/05/2026: The bread here is a religious experience, delicious, like no other I've ever tasted... Highly recommended, very good prices, and the service was excellent and warm. I hope to have the opportunity to return to Matera in the future and come back here to eat bread again, haha.

19/07/2025: Abbiamo conosciuto il posto per un evento al maneggio e abbiamo deciso di fermarci a pranzo in agriturismo. La struttura, già dal primo impatto, ti fa immergere in un eccellente connubio tra natura e antichità.
Gentilezza, professionalità ed ospitalità di Francesco ci hanno fatto sentire coccolati, soddisfacendo ogni nostra richiesta ed esigenza. Alimenti genuini, molti dei quali di produzione propria, preparati con cura e attenzione. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Da ritornarci perché consigliatissimo.
19/06/2025: Anche se dall'esterno non si direbbe, l'Agriturismo Vignola offre un contesto piacevole e accogliente; ottimo e vario il menu, non scontato, a partire dai numerosi antipasti passando per i primi e i secondi. Prezzi onesti e personale molto gentile e professionale

20/07/2025: Dopo la passeggiata dei sette sassi da spadino si recupera tutte le calorie perse nella passeggiata 😁😁😁😁.. tutto buonissimo ma quello che mi è rimasto nel cuore sono le patate arreganate che la chef mi ha gentilmente spiegato come le condiva....unici tutto il personale
03/07/2025: Tutto fantastico! Menù semplice, con prodotti tipici e dal sapore fantastico! Antipasto, ordinato per una persona, ci abbiamo mangiato tranquillamente in 2. Il ragù alla salsiccia pezzente che condiva il primo era saporitissimo. E la cottura della carne che abbiamo preso come secondo era azzeccatissima, e soprattutto la carne era di ottima qualità. Anche il servizio è stato molto attento e gentile.

Tutto ottimo anzi sublime.
Locale tranquillo dove godersi ogni portata e dove assaporare ogni dettaglio delle pietanze.
Il titolare è discreto ma presente, sorridente e molto garbato, d'altri tempi!
Se siete in zona non perdetevi questo ristorante.
