22/01/2026: Highly recommended! The atmosphere was relaxed and convivial, the staff were always friendly, and the food was excellent. We tried the new gyoza selection as recommended by the dining room staff. We were delighted to sample completely new and unexpected flavors from a cuisine that never ceases to amaze. We also had the opportunity to try some excellent uramaki, whose quality and unique flavors won over even the most skeptical. After concluding the dinner with spectacular desserts, we left the restaurant satisfied. We'd like to compliment the entire dining room and kitchen staff for a wonderful evening. We hope to return soon to enjoy Yoichi's wonderful dishes.

Harmony and flavor, like in a classical music concert, instruments and sounds come together, so the ingredients dance lightly and intensely at the same time. A fresh, minimalist venue, with the architectural flair of those who know how to make and convey it. Fantastic, elegant, and competent hospitality, where the story behind the dish reaches all five senses. So in the dishes I chose, I found everything!! THE BREAD??? Everything STARTS FROM THERE!!! Recommended for those who understand and are amazed by culinary art.

20/05/2026: I had the pleasure of visiting O'Osteria Mammaròssa in Avezzano, and I can say without hesitation that it was an extraordinary culinary experience. As soon as I entered, I sensed an elegant yet welcoming atmosphere, with extremely attentive and professional service that immediately made you feel at ease. The cuisine impressed me with its ability to blend Abruzzo tradition with modern creativity. Each dish seemed to reflect the region through simple yet elegantly enhanced ingredients. I especially appreciated the quality of the ingredients, many of which came directly from the chef's garden, and the almost obsessive attention to detail. The homemade bread and wine selection also deserve special mention. What really struck me was the balance of flavors: seemingly simple dishes that nevertheless manage to surprise with their intensity and originality. You can clearly sense the care and attention behind every preparation, without ever losing authenticity. The bill isn't cheap, but it's absolutely in keeping with the level of the experience offered. It's a classic restaurant where you don't just go for the food, but to experience a true gastronomic journey. If you're passing through Avezzano and love refined yet locally sourced cuisine, I think it's a must-visit.

Excellent food, from appetizers to dessert, is authentic, plentiful, and made with quality ingredients. You can taste the passion and tradition of the cuisine. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, the service impeccable, and the family atmosphere makes you feel right at home. A beautiful, well-maintained location, ideal for spending a day with friends. Everything was perfect, we'll definitely be back!

10/08/2026: We went there for lunch today... the first course of the day (pappardelle, which were actually tagliatelle with wild boar sauce) was good but not the best... €15. The second course was €27. I mean €27 for a piece of skewer with turkey, chicken, and pork, 1 sausage, 1 piece of lamb, 1 scamorza cheese, 2 bruschettas with soggy bread and bland turnips and eggplant on top, not even seasoned... something I've never seen before. The wine was poor, and not even a bucket of ice, just a sort of frozen blanket that was useless. I'm from Pescara and have worked in the restaurant business for 15 years, and I'm sorry to see and have to suffer through these situations... We won't be returning.

09/05/2026: During a short family vacation in Barrea, we decided to dine here one evening and had a great time. The place is cute and well-kept, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The pizza was good, though not as good as our Neapolitan pizza. The platter, mixed fried fish, and free farro soup were excellent. Prices were a bit high, and they forgot a dessert we ordered. Overall, a good recommendation.

03/05/2026: We decided to try this pizzeria/grill on the recommendation of a friend. Let me start by saying that the staff was very friendly, even though we hadn't booked and it was a Saturday night. They still found a solution for us and were truly welcoming, serving us a welcome soup. The restaurant is located in the heart of Villetta Barrea, just steps from the town hall and local attractions, perfect for those staying in the area or nearby who want to eat well. We chose grilled dishes and were very satisfied; the fried foods and side dishes were also excellent. We spent about €25 each, and considering the amount we ate and the quality, it was well worth the money. Thanks again to the owner for finding us a table even though it was sold out. We recommend it!
