Every time I pass through Montereale I can't help but stop at Thomas for lunch or dinner, where you can eat local meats and homemade pasta. The abundance and quality of the raw materials are complemented by the hospitality... you feel like one of the family... highly recommended.

...we didn't even have time to take photos and the dishes were gone! The appetizers were generous and varied, the meat was delicious, from the arrosticini to the tagliata, not to mention the ciambellinee! It also boasts a wonderful view from the large windows.
