Ristorante Biancavilla In Collecorvino

The service is excellent: all the staff are friendly, professional, and smiling. The location is beautiful, but I wasn't satisfied with the food. The cold cuts seemed subpar, the first courses unbalanced, and the second course unremarkable.

My group and I attended the Japanese candlelight event, and we enjoyed a specially prepared menu. I must say, overall, everything was beautiful, delicious, and original. I'm attaching a photo of the menu.

The restaurant is painted all white, nestled in a green oasis, with a garden dominated by tall trees, private parking, and an elegant and very clean atmosphere. Private party with a private room. Appetizers with quality cured meats. Homemade gnocchi with ragù sauce. Ricotta ravioli with porcini mushrooms (excellent). Grilled meat (made to order) roasted to perfection, washed down with a Montepulciano d'Abruzzo red. It's my first time at this restaurant, but I'll definitely be back. If you're passing through Collecorvino, I recommend stopping for lunch or dinner at the Biancavilla restaurant. The dessert selection could be improved.
