23/08/2024: Does not serve vegan. We have reiterated several times the need for there to be no egg in the rice, and that there be no meat or fish in the other dishes. We ended up with egg in the rice and every dish had an aftertaste of chicken(from the broth). The steamed vegetable ravioli were tuna ravioli. It's not vegan at all. At least don't write that you serve vegan if you don't even know what that means. And it's dangerous for allergies too.

21/08/2024: This was a surprise. We were in Italy for 3 weeks and sick of pizza and pasta. What a relief. Plus, I would easily say this is the best Chinese food I've had in years. Very authentic and very obviously home made. They really care about what they are serving. We are used to eating at chines restaurants in Canada that only give you terrible tough meat and only celery and carrots as vegetables This is completely the opposite. Fast service and pride in their work. Our meal was so delicious. Thank you very much for our excellent experience. Then the bill came. It was so inexpensive I was shocked so I gave them a good tip they don't charge service fees like many restaurants A++ 5 STARS We are going again tonite!!

19/08/2024: Siamo arrivati alle 13e20, abbiamo chiesto se c'era posto ma dentro non c'era e c'erano solo i tavoli fuori, abbiamo chiesto di poterci scegliere comunque fuori anche se il tempo era instabile. La signora (capello a caschetto brizzolato) ci ha detto della possibilità di pioggia ma abbiamo accettato comunque di metterci fuori sotto il tendone, offrendoci addirittura di andare a ritirare i piatti dentro per evitare, in caso di pioggia, di farli bagnare visto che stavano lavorando. Fatto sta che dopo quasi un'ora riescono a servirci. Dopo aver fatto notare che il tempo di attesa era un po esagerato se ne escono dicendo che ci avevano avvertito (cosa mai successa)....entriamo dentro a pagare e ci dicono che il pos è fuori uso....peccato che non avevamo contanti e dopo nostra insistenza, siamo riusciti a far fare un tentativo di pagamento con il pos....e...magicamente ha funzionato! Una presa in giro più unica che rara....la signora scortese è sicuramente non in grado di stare al pubblico. Unica nota positiva il ragazzi che lavora lì, unico gentile che cercava in ogni modo di trovare una soluzione.

11/08/2024: We arrived early around 8.15pm, immediately ordered pizza and beer, quick and precise service. The pizzas were good but for my standards a little small in size, as the place filled up a little more let's say they had to wait a little too long to order dessert but all in all a pleasant evening. Plus they have a children's play area which is very convenient for those who go with the whole family.

09/08/2024: Very nice place, especially in summer, where you eat in a beautiful garden. Especially suitable for those with children because it has a large fenced area dedicated to them, with giant inflatables. Their menu also has tasty dishes dedicated to the little ones, which is rare in restaurants. The waiters are all very kind, like Luca, the owner, always available to find you a table even if it's late. I recommend it, both for the food and if you have children, because they will have a lot of fun, while you can dine in peace.

05/08/2024: ITA/ENG Delicious 100% vegetable millefeuille ordered almost at the last moment via Whattsapp, personalized in flavors (for various allergies) and in writing, even delivered (and on time)! Everyone enjoyed it, regardless of whether they were vegan!!! Thank you 1000! Delicious mille-feullie 100% plant-based birthday cake, ordered last-minute via Whattsapp. Customized in both flavors (due to several allergies) and decoration, also delivered door-to-door and in perfect timing! Everyone really loved it, even non-vegan ones!!! Thanks a lot!!!

01/08/2024: Bar, restaurant and small market with very well-stocked vegan products! We were there for lunch and had a very good meal! We took the ravioli filled with veg-ricotta topped with truffle sauce, seitan "tonnato", roast seitan, aubergine caponata, pineapple cheesecake and tiramisu and it was all very good and made with love. Note of merit for the two seitan dishes because they were very very soft!!! The staff was very kind and attentive, we accepted several suggestions on what to eat and drink and they were all spot on! They have a well-stocked counter of savory and sweet delicacies (excellent mini-sandwich with veg cheese and tomato in oil!). Young, pleasant and bright environment. Soft music selection for a relaxed atmosphere. I've noticed it's well frequented by local people, so it's much appreciated! I will definitely stay here again when I'm in the area again.

20/07/2024: During a recent trip, I booked a room at a hotel that looked fantastic in the photos on Booking.com. However, upon arrival, I discovered the reality was far from what was advertised. The room was in poor condition and completely different from the images online. Disappointed, I immediately asked for a refund. The owner agreed without much fuss and even provided me with a receipt confirming the refund. Relieved, I left and found another hotel to stay in. A few days later, to my shock, I realized that the initial hotel had still charged me through Booking.com. Despite the owner's assurances and the receipt, it was clear that he had lied. This experience taught me an important lesson: always inspect the room before making any payments. Be vigilant with your transactions and ensure that refunds are processed correctly. 15/07/2024: We have now been to Residence Kiara for the 3rd time and we always enjoy it very much. Owner Luigi and the other staff do everything they can to make you happy. Breakfast is included and very extensive. A sun lounger, chair and parasol are included on the beach. The swimming pool is lovely and the apartments are fully equipped. For us there is no better place to enjoy a wonderful holiday!!

09/05/2024: Ringrazio il rappresentante della struttura per aver risposto alla mia recensione e per esserci scusato a causa dei comportamenti maleducati di una sua dipendente. Siamo clienti abituali ,e un giorno,visto che c'era molta fila in cassa, abbiamo chiesto di usare il bagno perché era urgente,e dopo avremmo fatto lo scontrino in cassa e consumato come tutte le volte che ci rechiamo li , ma una dipendente ci ha risposto,in modo ostile e sgarbato , e con arroganza,davanti ad alcune persone,che il bagno era riservato ai clienti e prima di utilizzarlo dovevamo fare la fila e lo scontrino in cassa! Voglio dire che non andiamo al White Bakery per usare il bagno ,ma bensì per sederci e per consumare ! e soprattutto se , alla dipendente non piace il lavoro che sta svolgendo e non sopporta la gente ,può starsi a casa insieme alla sua acidità o andare in cima alla montagna insieme alle pecore! Queste persone devono capire che quando si lavora a contatto con il pubblico bisogna essere gentile,cortesi e accoglienti!!

24/07/2024: The food is good, the only thing I have to complain about is the portions which in my opinion are small. The staff were very arrogant, they brought the dishes and "threw them" not even to the dogs, they even placed them on the chopsticks for me several times, each time we made space to help them to place the dishes in at least a dignified way, instead they continued to do nothing " throwing" the dishes on the table, with disgusting carelessness and only the two male waiters did it, instead the owner and the owner were very kind.
