02/05/2025: Super positive experience!!! Unexpected room upgrade (very welcome)! new and very clean structure with friendly and smiling staff. Excellent and varied breakfast. We also tried the restaurant and both the fried food and the pizza turned out to be sublime. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to have the relaxation of a small apartment but the comfort of hotel service! Obviously by the sea!

29/04/2025: Beautiful living room, the residence is very nice, well-equipped kitchenette, the burners are induction and there is a coffee machine. Very clean in all rooms with beautiful sea view. We made the choice with breakfast included, there was both SWEET and savory discreetly, on some days there was less choice of cakes on the sweet side. For the girls in charge of the service the opinion is very positive, friendly and professional. The restaurant very good

23/05/2025: I went to lunch with my celiac boyfriend, even though he wrote that his dishes had to be brought without gluten, they brought normal dishes that he couldn't eat. They told us that since they didn't see that it was written without gluten, we had to eat them by force, because otherwise we would have had to pay more, but my boyfriend couldn't because he would have felt sick and I, being a girl, can't eat for two. In addition to this, they brought us the wrong dishes and some dishes requested were not brought to us. The bathroom was not accessible, since as soon as I entered everything was vomited, terrible experience, truly disgusting!

07/01/2025: Ci siamo fermati per caso! Ma dalla Puglia ritornerei in questo posto a mangiare queste pizze meravigliose!!! Ho fatto i complimenti prima di andare via perché non potevo andarmene senza dire niente!! Io non ho mai assaggiato una pizza così buona,croccante ma allo stesso tempo morbida,leggera,condita alla perfezione! Che dire?? Se dovessi ritornare in Abruzzo di certo mi fermerei di nuovo lì, senza ombra di dubbio!

05/06/2025: I had the pleasure of staying at this family-run hotel and, working in the sector myself, I immediately perceived the passion and care that the managers put into their work. Genuine hospitality, made of attention to detail and that human warmth that is increasingly rare to find today. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise: good, varied and abundant, with fresh products that satisfy every taste. The quality dinner, with a wide choice of dishes for both first courses and second courses. The rooms are spacious, well-kept and quiet. The possibility of parking is also very convenient, included for those who, like me, travel by motorbike. A special applause to the 2 young and capable daughters, who with commitment and dedication proudly contribute to the continuity of this beautiful reality. It is nice to see a new generation carrying on the business with enthusiasm and professionalism.

21/05/2025: Comfortable, clean hotel, nice rooms. Nice restaurant, good food, typical dishes, simple and tasteful. Friendly and courteous staff I often go there for work, I have known it for years. And I gladly go back.

30/08/2024: Exceptional ice cream, as well as the alcoholic granitas. The owners Nico and Francesca are two angels, very nice, kind and always welcoming. If I have to have an ice cream in Pescara I go exclusively to them💗

05/05/2025: Pranzo del 1 maggio . Locale carino stile medioevale . Accoglienza e staff professionale e cortese . I primi piatti abbondanti , Ho assaggiato i ravioli radicchio e noci molto buoni . Le carni invece non mi hanno soddisfatto . Agnello troppo cotto e arrosticini cotti probabilmente sulla piastra e non sulla carbonella e il gusto non è lo stesso . Molto buono il servizio , attento e veloce .
