08/06/2026: The staff was very kind, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, both sweet and savory, with freshly baked croissants and various homemade desserts. The location is excellent, just steps from the lake, ideal for morning or evening strolls. It's also within walking distance of the town center and electric car charging stations. It's a shame we didn't try the restaurant's cuisine; we'll definitely be back.

21/05/2026: Overall, I can't say I was satisfied. The pinza was good, a normal size, but the dough and toppings were good, so I think it deserves 4 stars. The quality/price ratio is fair. The service, however, was decidedly disappointing: long wait times (almost 50 minutes), incorrect orders, attempts by the lady to pass off unwanted items or negotiate on quantities, sullen staff... well, maybe they were having a bad night or were tired, but for working with the public, I think there's a lot of room for improvement in terms of service, without having to do anything major. The atmosphere is simple. You could clean the bathrooms every now and then, but the sink is all dirty (but that may have something to do with who went before), and the toilet brush is worn and stained... you could even buy a new one. I won't be returning, and I don't recommend it. However, I'm happy for those who enjoyed it; fortunately, we're not all the same. With different service and attitude, the judgment would have been different. Best wishes for the future, with better management. *Obviously, you can already see from the managers' "offended child" response that they're eager to improve (and there's plenty of room for improvement).*

12/04/2026: "No animals of any kind are allowed": Aside from the questionable grammatical consistency, we find it unacceptable to be turned away from a restaurant (the only one open last night in town) because of the presence of our dog, who always travels with us. It's never happened before that he wasn't allowed in a restaurant or bar! It's clear that the owner only cooks for animals, but doesn't want them as guests. Luckily, the neighboring towns offer excellent hospitality.

14/05/2026: We had an aperitivo there at the end of the day and decided to stay for cena. We had a mixed grill and a steak tagliata with rucola. Overall nice experience and a BIG plus is that they are open all day. You don’t have to wait till late to order dinner.

The hosts are exceptionally friendly, attentive, and helpful without being intrusive. You can immediately tell how much heart and soul they've poured into this place. The house itself has a very special flair – stylishly furnished with great attention to detail and an authentic Italian charm that makes the stay unforgettable. Each room tells its own little story, and you feel more like you're visiting friends than staying in a typical vacation rental. The location is also ideal, with a wonderful view – perfect for enjoying peace and relaxation. Our visit to Manoppello was particularly impressive. We wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation!

24/05/2026: A wonderful place. A stunning landscape. Wonderful people. We chose Casale Centurione to end our vacation. We didn't know they would be the most beautiful days. A place surrounded by greenery, with an open view of olive groves, hills, and the Majella. We also took the cooking class with Giulia: a highly recommended experience, authentic and engaging!
