01/01/2026: Terrible pinsa Aquilana is not your profession, a drunk staff member who after a two-hour wait doesn't even tell you that the dish is no longer available, distracted waitresses, and clearly the wait to pay was even longer amidst the noise and the staff who don't pay attention to you. The only thing I appreciate is the local ham, which was excellent. The location wasn't bad at all, I can't comment on the cocktails as I didn't have the chance to order them, but overall... DO NOT GO THERE. If there are more than one negative comment, perhaps your performative responses are losing their edge. Instead, acknowledge your shortcomings and try to offer at least decent service. I won't say good because that would be too much to expect given the starting point.

07/12/2025: Friendly staff but very distracted. Everything was good: pizza, sandwiches, and chips. A characteristic place with a unique and well-kept atmosphere.

20/11/2025: The pizza by the meter is delicious and super digestible!!! The homemade Ascoli olives are the highlight, truly delicious!! The staff is super friendly, in short, we'll be back!!!!

18/12/2025: One of the best pizzas I've ever eaten. And the owner is very kind.

03/11/2025: There was a long wait, and luckily it was just us and a couple of people who had taken a couple of take-away pizzas. The situation was a bit surreal and comical. The lady, I think the owner, told us not to take too many different orders, in short, she took almost all the orders. The waitress was very sweet, but a smile every now and then wouldn't hurt. Overall, the food was good and the prices were excellent.

19/01/2026: Welcoming, clean, tidy, well-organized, and well-lit store. Friendly, polite, helpful, discreet, and competent staff. Ample and very decent covered and uncovered parking. Shopping bags and paper towels are always available; carts are clean, easy to move, functional, and well-organized. Excellent bar and restaurant services. Restrooms are always clean and tidy. A furniture and home accessories shopping center with an excellent price/quality ratio, where a family can easily spend an entire day having lunch on-site and then continuing with their shopping. A small reception area and play area for children. Numerous services are available: transportation and delivery, assistance, and returns.

10/01/2026: I've been an Ikea customer forever. But today, one thing just didn't sit right with me. After finishing my tour of the store, I went to the self-service checkout to pay. Once I'd scanned all the items, about €60 in total, I grabbed a cardboard bag but carelessly (really carelessly) didn't scan it through the scanner and started placing the goods inside. The clerk, a girl with long brown hair and glasses, probably with a Campanian accent, immediately pointed out my oversight, saying "the bag should have been scanned," which I didn't immediately catch on to, as I hadn't noticed. Until then, I realized she meant I hadn't paid 0.50 cents for the bag, and she invited me to get the "steel trolleys." A little annoyed, I put the bag back and put some of the groceries in my partner's bag. But do you think I was going to save €0.50 on a bag with €60 of expenses? But please, I'll be very meticulous with my next purchases and won't tolerate the flaws in their products.

31/07/2025: A place just steps from the sea, perfect for a tasty, affordable break. The prices are truly excellent considering the quality and generous portions. The arrosticini were a pleasant surprise: tender, well-cooked, and flavorful, and more than reasonably priced. I recommend it if you're passing through.

12/09/2025: I had the crepes with Nutella and coconut and the one with cream and black cherries. Both were delicious and very honest. Next year, it will be a regular stop on my holidays in Tortoreto.
