Niko's vision is to offer light, digestible food—fast food without the junk food. Very fair prices and plenty of choice. The place is poorly managed, the waiters don't pay attention to you, and the women's bathroom...a latrine is the exact word, at 8 PM, with four waiters in the dining room. I really hope the kitchen isn't as poorly maintained.

The concept and decor of the place are very nice. American diner style with an industrial touch. I tried the pork and pickled cabbage sandwich, which was really excellent, even if the portion was small. The only flaw was the service. We had lunch around 5 pm, with about three tables. We waited 40 minutes for two sandwiches, and they didn't even bring us fries.

Courteous and professional service, a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and very good panettone. Whether you're looking for savory or sweet treats, you can't go wrong. Prices are moderately high.

The restaurant is a beautiful place. They're a little slow in bringing the food, but everything is delicious. I've eaten there for breakfast and dinner and have never been disappointed. Final score: 5 out of 5 stars.

I just don't get it!! We come here regularly for breakfast or dessert because I find everything delicious. However, we regularly encounter poor service and incompetent staff!! The name that distinguishes this place cannot coexist with a chain on the door and a manager who doesn't encourage you to stay by telling you that despite the half-empty restaurant, "you have to wait." Truly out of place!

Phenomenal. The sandwiches were perfectly balanced in taste and flavor. The bombs were overflowing. The prices were absolutely right. Well done!!!

28/10/2025: For breakfast, quick lunches, and aperitifs, it's the best. All the staff are friendly and polite, which is rare. Parking is impossible at certain times.
22/10/2025: Good coffee near the L'Aquila hospital, good pastries, and a youthful atmosphere. Coffee roasted on-site. Well done.

28/03/2026: I honestly don't understand or agree with the negative reviews about this restaurant. Tonight, my wife and daughter ate with us after making a reservation over the phone in the afternoon, and the young man who answered was friendly and kind. I've always known the atmosphere and the restaurant, even though I hadn't been there in a few years. The host is the same as always, attentive and courteous in attending to each table, with just the right amount of passion and politeness. I ate a pork cheek that let me experience the full flavor of a delicate yet flavorful dish. And then there were the homemade cookies made by Attilio's wife... pure poetry. Unfortunately, there are people out there who think that if they pay, they can do anything. I believe that every time I try or return to a restaurant, I go to explore and understand what that place has to offer, but I'm always a guest. If I like it, I'm happy to pay and return. If I don't, it means it's not what I needed at that moment. Attilio made me feel good tonight, so chapeau!
14/03/2026: Absolutely excellent venue, extremely kind and highly professional staff, fantastic cuisine. A wonderful Valentine's Day ❤️
