10/06/2025: Food was ok - gyozas were great however, service very slow. They forgot our bao buns and overcharged on the bill. Overall, was a nice Japanese but wouldn’t return as pricey.

18/02/2025: I showed up just before lunch time for a bite to eat and asked for a slice of stuffed focaccia. After a few minutes I was presented with a plate with cold focaccia and no napkins. After a while a dear friend arrived to have a coffee together and after 10 minutes the waitress invited us to change seats to give it to potential customers who would be arriving for lunch. The place was practically empty at the time. What can I say: cold and very greasy focaccia, terrible service...personally I won't go back

15/12/2024: I don't know how many times the place has changed management. The environment was nice and welcoming, the crepes not so much, honestly I found them better before. The friendliness and courtesy of the staff could be improved... a smile and a little empathy help in business. Very clean place and prices in line with the norm.

09/05/2025: Ancora una volta mi sono fermato per una pausa caffè assieme, a mia moglie e a una nostra amica, e ancora una volta mi sono lasciato tentare dalle ottime proposte offerte da asporto. Come altre volte abbiamo comperato l'eccellente panino (di pane contenente carbone vegetale commestibile che gli conferisce il caratteristico colore nero) farcito con salmone affumicato, avocado, formaggio brie e insalata, che abbiamo poi condiviso a casa. Ottimo, come sempre!

29/04/2025: Cibo buonissimo e salutare, adatto anche ai più golosi! Perfetto per un caffè o un pranzo. Ottimo anche lo staff: ragazzi giovani ma competenti e veloci anche nelle ore di punta, cosa non scontata anche rispetto ad altri punti vendita della catena. Ormai è una tappa fissa

02/06/2025: Posto bellissimo molto pulito la proprietaria molto disponibile e accogliente siamo stati a pranzo i paccheri al profumo di mare e l'orata al limone sono stati una sorpresa buonissima insieme al piatto di antipasto misto è venuto solo 20 € a persona veramente consigliato

The pastry was golden on the outside, raw on the inside (the original Austrian recipe does not include the dough inside) and then an infinite amount of slightly acidic raisins, no pine nuts and alas the apple pieces with the peel! 02/04/2025: Unfortunately I have to express my disappointment for a less than transparent choice made by Panificio Ficini. After a month of absence, I discovered that the bread cutting service, always offered free of charge, is now paid (20 cents per loaf) without any prior notification. The motivation? They changed the cutting machine and now have to cover the maintenance costs. I find this choice questionable, not so much for the amount itself, but for the lack of clarity towards customers. A bakery that already charges above-average prices introduces an extra cost on an essential service without any explicit communication. It would be like a hairdresser charging a fee for the use of new scissors! Furthermore, the staff at the checkout was not particularly courteous in communicating this news, making the experience even more unpleasant. A real shame, because the quality of the products is good, but certain management choices risk alienating loyal customers. I hope that the bakery will review this policy and pay more attention to transparency, because customer trust is a precious ingredient, which should never be taken for granted.

14/06/2025: Whether you like it or not.. If Michelin is the most illustrious reference for restaurants, Gambero Rosso is for pastry shops. Surely in first place there is always the skill, but believe me There are places known more than others thanks also to the compromises that along their path, one is willing to "marry". A few examples? Using a water label compared to another... A flour compared to another. An oil compared to another. Etc... Sometimes it can make the difference. If instead all this, together with the various social networks, the various advertisements, television programs are put in second place.... here's the fact that one becomes much much less known than Others.... Sometimes it happens, to be a little more curious and to go and read what the classic normality (the network) offers us... An example? Dolce Reale. I avoid saying what it could be, it must be You, to go and discover it. In the meantime, I ask you, go and read the Gambero Rosso Italian pastry shop ranking, you will find a huge surprise. "The Pastry Chef" that all the Italian people know has the same score as this small but very sweet pastry shop on the outskirts....

01/07/2025: We got to the bakery and asked for some GF cookies. They showed us what the had with no warning about anything. The first was goid but the second was unreal hard not possible to be eaten. When I asked to replace it because it’s too hard- they yelled at me and said this is a stone cookie and refused to help 😤
