28/03/2025: sono andato un sabato sera a cena con due amici. Direi difficile trovare posto senza prenotazione, locale piccolo ma molto bello. Il personale è molto gentile e simpatico tutto lo staff. I piatti provati molto buoni, impiattati bene, ben cucinati e materie prime particolarmente buone, complimenti. tripla porzione di biscotti alla fine :-) Posso solo ringraziarvi per la serata che mi avete fatto passare in compagnia. Grazie.

10/03/2025: Ristorante plant based_vegano in cui tutto gira come ti aspetti, professionali da ogni punto di vista, la cura del locale, accoglienza, servizio, ottima la qualità dei piatti, giustamente basata su di un menù contenuto (ma non potrebbe essere altrimenti), l'ambiente giovane non cede nulla alla qualità e alla professionalità, un vero piacere. Corretto rapporto qualità/prezzo.

The environment is in the elegant style of the area, simple but refined at the same time. The staff is extremely attentive, thoughtful, professional. The menu is interesting, the dishes are delicious, delicious, never banal. The wine list is noteworthy. Special thanks to the girl who did her best, as well as to the chef who agreed to a variation of the already excellent cutlet by adding some excellent truffles. The financial request is in line with what is offered. An unmissable stop during your stay in Versilia. Highly recommended.

18/05/2025: Das Restaurant befindet sich am Ende des Corso Vittorio Emanuele, in einem Abschnitt der Straße, der eher etwas ungastlich wirkt. Aber der Weg lohnt sich. Man wird freundlich begrüßt und im kleinen Gastraum platziert. Es gibt ca 16 Plätze; also unbedingt reservieren !! Die Speisen sind alle schön präsentiert und schmackhaft, der Guide Michelin liegt hier ganz richtig. Als herausragend empfand ich aber den Service von Barbara und Alessio - super Kundenorientierung und immer lächelnd. Grazie mille 😊

05/05/2025: C'était une belle expérience culinaire, très personnelle, dans laquelle la cheffe nous transporte dans son univers... Le service est très bien et la sélection de vins proposée est absolument à tester ! Un gros coup de coeur pour la vaisselle utilisée qui fait partie intégrante de l'experience ! Cependant, sur l'ensemble du repas, nous avons trouvé que certains plats manquaient d'initiative et de prise de risques. Les sebadas, par exemple, n'avaient rien d'extraordinaire. Dans un restaurant de ce standing, nous nous attendions à une nouvelle proposition, une réinvention, tout en gardant la recette de base.

I would like the shopkeepers of San Salvario to consider the fact that even if you put a couple of chairs outside the door after two minutes you will find people sitting and ordering. That is, being in that area is a significant advantage. But this must be a further incentive to provide the best possible service. Having said this, I wanted to understand why, last night, at our request to drink your vermouth, which is also produced by you and therefore certainly a distinctive element of the place and your point of pride, we were served less than an inch each in a small glass. A dose that I consider just a taste. I don't know how much it cost because my friend paid, but none of the 5 of us at the table were satisfied with your precious and very good vermouth. Sorry but you could have offered us a whole bottle, 5 of us would have finished it without difficulty. Maybe you thought about our driving license points but we live in the area, it wasn't necessary. So I invite you to review the doses of vermouth served... it's an excellent product. Be more generous, you will see that you will have an excellent return. See you soon Fabrizio

22/04/2025: I had to get a better idea of ​​this place, especially after hearing about its "industrial chic style" and the selection of informal platters and plates. Unfortunately, my experience was anything but positive, and I'm sorry to say it, but this place barely deserves 2 stars. Let's start with the cutting board, which should be the flagship of a place like this: cured meats and cheeses that seem to have come from the refrigerated counter of a discount supermarket. No particular flavours, no artisanal quality, just flat and characterless stuff. Chicken wings? Definitely terrible: not very tasty, almost rubbery, and served with a sauce that was unable to mask the lack of freshness. The environment, of course, is interesting with that mix of industrial archeology and modern design, but when the food disappoints so much, even aesthetics take a back seat. The service was average, neither particularly slow nor particularly attentive, but certainly not enough to lift the experience. If you are looking for a place to eat well in Turin, unfortunately this is not the case. Maybe it's fine for a quick aperitif (if you don't care about the quality of the food), but for a real gastronomic experience, there are much better options in the area. It's a shame, because with a little more care in the selection of products, it could be a completely different place. I won't be returning, and I don't recommend it to anyone looking for more than an Instagrammable setting.

03/04/2025: Partly by chance and partly by fate, I ended up in this pasta factory. It certainly couldn't have gone better, from the selection of handmade pasta to the entire choice of stuffed pasta. What can I say luck kisses sometimes, I will definitely be back. CRAZY ravioli and guaranteed kindness. Well done, great 👏👏👏👏
