28/07/2025: Convenient hotel for reaching the center of San Giovanni in Persiceto and the Lamborghini Museum, which is just a few kilometers away, in just a few minutes. Clean rooms, but in need of some work. The mini-bar could use a refresher with a few more drinks and perhaps some snacks. The complimentary toiletries were well-stocked, although the shower cap box was empty. The reception staff were friendly and very courteous. The breakfast host was attentive, although he was a bit imprecise with what I requested. There's ample parking and disabled access. A special mention goes to the bed, which, despite being a single, was a very good size and comfortable. Lastly, I would have liked to find a pillow and blanket in the closet because, for personal reasons, I need to wrap up warm at night, so much so that I turned off the air conditioning.

17/07/2025: The shorter/bald manager (Massimo?) with the hand brace was quite rude and unprofessional. I am from the US on a business trip, and when we didn’t quite understand each other (I asked not to be seated next to the kitchen door where they were banging dishes around during the main dinner service (which is unprofessional in the first place considering the dining room has 22 of 25 tables open), in the dining room with other people he raised his voice and exclaims with his hand “DO YOU SPEAK ENGLISH?!” And made a scene in front of everyone. Obviously I speak English, it was intended to be a childish insult from a childish and small man, and was quite unprofessional and lacking of professionalism. The table they insisted I then sit at afterword was dirty, and the waiter brought me the wrong food after I specifically asked for the dish I saw someone else eating, which looked pretty good. I was too tired from travel and this childish behavior to insist on the correct order. The food wasn’t terrible, but every other meal I have had in Italy was far better. On another occasion I simply asked for “an extra pillow,” from the same guy, Massimo, since he was at the front desk, and you would think I was asking him to conduct rocket science by the difficulty and unsettling energy he brought to the encounter. Staring at me with crazy intense eyes like a weirdo. I don’t know how this place calls itself “4 stars,” when it is this outdated, inhospitable, and unkind in service, but I certainly will never stay here again. It isn’t difficult to be hospitable, it just takes intent, but if you have a childish and rude attitude, then you obviously shouldn’t be in this line of work, and perhaps need to see a therapist. This was a very poor stay for the money they charge compared with anywhere else in Europe I have been. In the 70+ nights I have stayed in a hotel in Europe, I have never encountered someone who acted so unprofessional and made my stay uncomfortable like this rude little man did. The two older gentleman working the kitchen/dining room, and lady at the desk were kind and professional however, as the only saving grace. Plenty of nicer and kinder places, (without tiny, old, uncomfortable beds) to spend your money.

Everything is delicious, but I especially love the salmon sashimi, the miso soup, the salmon osomaki, and the salmon and avocado uramaki. Yes, I'm a creature of habit; when I find my favorites, I could eat them every day without ever getting tired of them. I could live on sushi ten my whole life... So, of course, I'm happy to compliment you!!! Great guys, keep it up!

11/08/2025: A restaurant serving meat dishes. It would have been nice to try, but after three failed reservation attempts, I gave up. On each occasion, there was no room, and for three different reasons.

22/04/2025: We stopped there during a trip with the thought of eating fish but we found a meat and pasta restaurant with a limited but quality menu and fast and reliable service. I recommend booking for the few places available

29/07/2025: Dear all, long time no see. I'm back to reviewing this place after a long time, only because I've been back for sushi here after a long time. Well, there's little to argue about, it's number 1 and that's it, and no one even comes close. Alas, in 2019 and 2020, you could even eat there by walking in, without a reservation, sitting at the counter or at a large shared table. It's a shame that's no longer possible because the atmosphere was so cool, few people knew about it yet, and even the champagne was amazing. One evening in August, Lukaku showed up. Ah, those were the days, I was also single, but never mind. Then, after that damn lockdown, they took away that option. The quality remains intact, and for a takeout dinner from God's cock, you can't go wrong. Nice there.

18/07/2025: Everything is just perfect and impeccable! 😍🍣 Yes, it’s a bit pricey 💸, but honestly… it’s SO delicious I’d get a loyalty card if they had one 😂✨ I swear, just thinking about it makes my mouth water 🤤.. it’s the BEST sushi I’ve ever had in my life. 💯🔥 My husband didn’t even like sushi before… until he tried this place. Now he’s hooked too 😍👏 Every bite is a flavor bomb 💥 The whole experience is amazing☺️ and the best part is you choose where to enjoy it. My perfect plan? At home cozy and a good movie 🎬🛋️🍱 I’ve honestly never seen a place that puts so much love and care into quality 💖 We’ve eaten there more than 3 times and it’s always fresh, flavorful, and uniquely delicious 🌟 Consistent excellence btw once we where celebrating our anniversary and they send us mochi!! So cute and thanks ☺️ Highly recommended!! 🙌🥢💕
