30/11/2025: On our way back from the Ten Capitals walk, which I recommend, two of us, with a reservation, had lunch at this restaurant. Our first impression was immediately positive. It's an old cellar with a vaulted ceiling; the tables are well-spaced and well-set with classic red checked cotton tablecloths—kudos to them for avoiding napkins and non-woven fabrics. The bathrooms are clean; the only drawbacks are a certain darkness and poor acoustics; the echo is noticeable and, if there are a lot of customers, it can even be annoying and hinder conversation. The young waiters were very kind and attentive, especially a particularly friendly and cheerful brunette: well done, keep it up! We opted for the house antipasto of cured meats and the one with baby cuttlefish and polenta. Both were good and plentiful, and served quickly. At most, I would have added a little salt to the cuttlefish. Next, we had risotto with Amarone, which, as correctly stated on the menu, requires at least 20-25 minutes to cook. The risotto was certainly good, but not the best I've had, and considering it costs €15, I think it could have been more generous. The two desserts were good, but not unforgettable: the panna cotta and the apple crumble cake, the latter not particularly generous. The restaurant has a good wine list, mostly local, and you can also, in addition to the house wine, opt, as we did, for glasses, with three or four options each for red, white, and dessert wines. The white wine, a Soave Pra, was very good; the Valpolicella was average, and finally, the glass of Recioto from the Monteforte cooperative was truly excellent. The prices per glass were more than reasonable, and the two coffees were good. We spent a total of €80, a fair price considering the Amarone risotto is significantly more expensive than the other first courses. I was satisfied with the restaurant; the food is good, there's a good selection, and it has character. I highly recommend it and will definitely return. Reservations are recommended, as it gets quite crowded, especially on Sunday lunchtime.

30/11/2025: We stumbled upon this place by chance and made a wonderful discovery. We were pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and kindness of the owner and staff. They showed great attention to us, and we will definitely reciprocate. Everything was delicious, the fish was incredibly fresh. The price is fair for what you get. It's a shame we didn't discover it sooner! It's worth a visit.

17/10/2025: The pizzas: exactly what pizza should be: 5 stars There are no restrooms; there are only beer benches where you can enjoy the super delicious pizzas, possibly with (very cheap) wine. But you don't pay for service, tablecloths, etc., because it's clearly stated that it's a delivery service. And you can't deduct points for what you don't pay for. We were here a total of six times in our three weeks and always got very good pizzas, friendly service, and were happy six times.

28/09/2025: We've been ordering pizza delivery here for almost a year now... Excellent pizza... Always on time... Very helpful and friendly throughout. A five-star rating (because it can't get any better :), it's worth 10) well deserved... Congratulations!

09/11/2025: I can highly recommend this restaurant. Unfortunately, we only discovered it on the last day of our vacation; otherwise, we would have definitely gone there more often. The tuna tartare as a starter was excellent, followed by the fish of the day, swordfish. Highly recommended.

06/12/2025: Good pastry shop, but poor service bordering on rudeness. The last one I've encountered, and it will be the last, was this one. I go to the cashier, pay for a maritozzo with cream, then go to the counter and hear, "...well, we don't have a maritozzo with cream." I reply, "Excuse me, if you don't have one, why did you charge me for it?" And they say, "If you want, I can give you two small ones without cream." All this with a tone as if I (the one who paid) were in the wrong. In short, a lot of arrogance, typical of those decadent pastry shops that have been in the right places for a long time and where customer service has disappeared just like their maritozzi.

Okay, it was a village festival evening, okay, the menu was limited, okay, the dishes were 10 EUR... but more than 30 minutes of waiting to eat on plastic plates, with plastic cutlery.... very limited quantities (even for 10 EUR) and the glass of wine (origin not specified) at 7 euros stuck in my throat...

09/11/2025: The pizza was good, even the meat, but I had called at least three days before to see if they had gluten-free pizza and chips for my celiac daughter, and they told me there were no problems. Then, on the evening of dinner, they only had pizza, they couldn't make chips, and no dessert. I was honestly a little disappointed.

15/11/2025: And this entire bakery gets it. They boast about using top-quality flours (which they charge like gold), but the final product is embarrassingly ordinary. Stay away from their pizzas and focaccias; they're terrifying and you'll digest them two days later.
