I've been to Silvio's several times over the years, with and without a local companion. The food is always delicious and the waiting times are reasonable, but you can tell they struggle to find staff. And then, after we pay a 500 euro bill, I would have expected a greeting and a smile. What a shame.

I ate at this restaurant for dinner. I ordered a good appetizer and spaghetti with seafood, the spaghetti with clams and bottarga was obviously a little salty for my taste, then the spaghetti with sea urchins, which again, in my opinion, had an excessive garlic flavor, and then the fregola with a limited amount of shrimp and was rather bland. I'm writing to improve, not just to criticize. I also didn't like having to order some dishes for a minimum of two people. Friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere.

Michele (the guy from the Sa Corbula shop) recommended this place to us for dinner and we had a great time. We ate fregola for the first time and it was very good, the prices were average.

07/06/2026: I returned to Marco's after last year, and the memory of our last dinner was confirmed, if not improved! Special mention goes to the mussel soup and the linguine with clams and bottarga, but especially to Nadia, who knows how to transform her work into passion and kindness.

17/07/2026: Excellent restaurant with outstanding service and absolutely delicious food. We highly recommend it! It's located just a little away from the main street, so the atmosphere is peaceful, cozy, and relaxing. To make the evening even more special, an older gentleman was playing the saxophone nearby, creating a wonderful atmosphere 😊
