We ordered two pizzas, Sarda and 4 Stazioni. They were delicious, especially the Sarda. They were fast; they were ready to go in 10 minutes.

I was in the area for work and went to "da Silvio" before Christmas. The place is very cute, it feels like being in a living room at home. The owner is there, he puts his face forward, and he sits down with you at the table to recommend the specials of the day and to create a customer/vendor connection (excellent technique). The food is good (I only had a first course with sea bream ragù). The staff is very attentive, friendly, and professional. Prices are fair/affordable.

I went to dinner at this restaurant tonight to celebrate my husband's wedding anniversary, and I'd like to make a few comments about the owner: he wasn't very polite and welcoming at all. We were also struck by the responses he gave that weren't intended for customers. I'm from Gallura, the daughter of a long-retired restaurateur, and I remember well what my father told me about how to treat customers. Otherwise, the waitresses were extremely kind and knowledgeable, and I received many compliments about the food's deliciousness, freshness, and quality. I'm sorry we felt a bit uncomfortable. I don't know, perhaps it's a rather exclusive restaurant, but I noticed a lot of elegance.

We were truly impressed by this restaurant. The food is excellent: tasty dishes, meticulously crafted and presented with great care, making each course a true feast for the eyes as well as the palate.
The ambiance is refined and quite elegant; some details are a bit chic, but never overdone. The waitress was perfect: very attentive, discreet, kind, and always professional.
A special thanks also to the owner, Silvio, whose friendliness and willingness to chat made us feel immediately at ease.
We highly recommend this restaurant: a pleasant experience in every way.
