01/12/2025: The pastries are good, but it's the worst place in Buralli. Breakfast on December 1 was served, and only two of the clerks weren't keeping up with the customers. We waited ages for a pastry, a coffee, and a cappuccino. To pay, there was yet another line because two (slow) workers couldn't keep up with the volume of customers. It's a shame, because it's a nice place. The tables weren't cleaned between customers. I absolutely don't find it pleasant to have to eat and drink where other people's cups are placed. In my opinion, the quality has dropped, and I'm just talking about this place.

27/10/2025: I stayed one night to break up a long highway journey. The location is very close to the highway and has its own parking lot.

13/12/2025: Everything was delicious It satisfies children and adults with its selection and quality. No one left even a bite, everything was so good.

09/11/2025: The owners are very kind and the food is excellent. The paccheri with sauce and meatballs are spectacular, as is the genovese. The arancini are also delicious. Only there is the dessert of such high quality. The quince tart and the lemon tart are delicious. In short, a fun evening with friends, with staff who pampered us in every way. Once again, a place that confirms its professionalism with an excellent quality/price ratio. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

07/12/2025: I went to Laghetto In for an evening with friends: the atmosphere is typical of a pub, informal and lively, although at times quite chaotic. Despite having a reservation, we had to wait about 30 minutes for a table, probably due to the large crowd. We ordered pizzas and sandwiches: the quality is average, but the price is decidedly reasonable, in line with the type of place. The staff is friendly and helpful, helping to maintain a pleasant atmosphere throughout the evening. Overall, a good choice for a simple dinner with friends, especially if you're looking for a casual atmosphere and affordable prices. A little more planning with your reservations would make the experience even better.

02/12/2025: The place is very nice, and the combination of the two businesses—bar, pastry shop, and gift shop—is interesting. I don't like the plastic cup for juice and the cardboard cup for cappuccino. They're definitely not green, and not cheap at all!

19/11/2025: I had the opportunity to try the cannoli and brioche there, both with pistachio creams. The cannoli were very large, and the cream had a noticeable ricotta flavor, while the brioche had a sweeter cream, but in my opinion, it was tastier than the cannoli. A plus for the fact that it was only available the day after purchase and retained its softness and fluffiness—it wasn't stale!

21/08/2025: The food was okay, when it arrived. Arrived at 7:30 p.m., ordered at 7:45 p.m. The pizza arrived at 9:30 p.m. Just like three years ago.

16/08/2025: The only good thing about this place is the view of the lake. Otherwise, the portions are meager and poorly cooked, the wine is poor, the wait is exorbitant, and so is the price. A Ferragosto holiday to forget. €37 wasted. I definitely won't be back.

05/10/2025: Welcome to hell! It must be said that the resort looks nice at the entrance and that perhaps there are more comfortable rooms than the one I experienced, but that doesn't make my experience any less unpleasant. Foreword: the company that hosted me requested the rooms months and months ago, and specifically a "top" room for me (they always do it, everywhere, and I've always had top-notch experiences). Instead, they shoved me into a sort of attic closet, with a sort of fire vent instead of a window: a tiny room (room?) without even a table to write on or a chair. A 4-star hotel, a room without even a chair. And then the cold: after a whole night under the duvet, I managed to get the room to 19°C, starting from a not-so-reassuring 17.5°C. The bathroom was hideous, with toilet paper piled on the sink and a closet the size of a Smurf. In short: obscene. But the worst thing is the totally inadequate staff: from the check-in staff who, faced with my complaints and those who booked, didn't know what to say and just stared at the floor, to the so-called manager who dismissed us in a rather rude manner without an apology or a smile, to the two waiters who, in the elevator queue with bottles of wine in hand, walked past the guests (I even have witnesses), sneaking into the elevator and violating every rule of good manners at breakfast, which opens at 7:00 and which saw no dining room staff until 8:00, except for one lady who didn't even say "good morning" or "smile" (she must have had her reasons, since she was alone in the dining room, but that doesn't mean they treat guests this way). I'm attaching photos and videos of my closet, photos of the breakfast room at 7:30 (if you don't see any dining room staff, it's because there was no one there, I mean no one), and a funny video of the coffee maker. If you want to use it, you have to lie on the floor because there's only one socket. Oh, and finally, the wonderful splash of color from the dusty, cold-air-emitting grate right next to the bed. The worst hospitality experience of my long travel career. What a shame. P.S.: I know, it's disgusting, but I didn't even take a shower: the bathroom temperature was far from the 18 degrees Celsius (64 degrees Fahrenheit) in the closet, and if I want cold showers or ice baths, I go to the spa. I preferred to avoid pneumonia, I hope you understand.

29/08/2025: The pizza is super delicious and crispy, typical Italian pizza at a fair price. The pizza base is nice and thin and not super thick, so the topping-to-dough ratio is perfect. The owner was super friendly; our Italian is so-so, but we were able to speak to him in English. The ambiance is rather cold and doesn't feel particularly inviting. The color scheme is gray/white, and the lighting is cool white; I prefer warmer tones. The tables, placed side by side, are more reminiscent of a cafeteria. ...but the pizza and service were amazing. ;). I can definitely recommend this place.

01/06/2025: Mi capita spesso di fermarmi in questo bar, perché è in strada per andare al lavoro. Ogni spiacevolmente impressionato dei prezzi, prezzi molto cari che però non vanno di pari passo con la qualità. La pasticceria non è male i salati niente di che. Non c’è un po’ di cura e l’imbottitura dei sandwich è molto scarso. Nota ancora più dente parte del personale, soprattutto per la lentezza del servizio. Penso che con un’affluenza del genere dovrebbe essere aggiunta almeno una persona. Perciò, se vi capita, fermatevi, ma non vi aspettate niente di che.
