In short ... recommended if you want a perfect oasis of peace .... 28/05/2025: The food was great. But they don't offer Wi-Fi, even though the menu can only be read with a QR code. Unacceptable for tourists. Considering that Wi-Fi shared with guests wouldn't be more expensive, but would be more modern. Incomprehensible, young people and yet so old-fashioned.

16/09/2025: Terrible. We ordered a cake for our wedding, we went to open it to check, and there was a hair on it. Once we pointed it out to the pastry shop, they simply said it wasn't their fault. Truly terrible.

21/06/2025: I took a tasteless "wild boar" sandwich, they serve the salad to be dressed but in the menu there was neither salt nor pepper, it was a place that I frequented years ago but lately it does not satisfy my tastes. The place is welcoming but noisy better the table outside the guys who serve the tables are kind p.s. in the sandwich I removed tomato and pink sauce and I said that I only wanted mayonnaise they made me pay the supplement.

21/10/2025: A very welcoming place, as far as the food is concerned I can say without a doubt that the food is excellent, not to mention the sandwiches are exceptional.

19/10/2025: A very nice place, ideal for a different kind of evening in Caltagirone. The sandwiches, meat, and food in general have always left me satisfied...the homemade fries, in particular, are truly excellent. The new location has a lovely atmosphere. Unfortunately, I must report some organizational issues that have persisted for years (as confirmed by some previous reviews). For example, from the moment you arrive, it can take up to half an hour to receive the menu, another twenty minutes to place your order (which only takes one person), and about an hour for the dishes to arrive. I heard other customers, at least when I went, complaining about this. Furthermore, the place gives the impression of having more tables than the space allows, which makes it a bit awkward for waiters and customers to move around, and the noise level in the room tends to be quite high. Despite this, if you can overlook the long wait and some disorganization, Ino Pan'Ino d'Autore remains a place I recommend for its lovely atmosphere, the quality of the food, and the staff.

09/06/2025: Tenía un par de tarrinas de Gelato, una de fresa y otra de avellana. La lata es muy grande y el helado es excelente 6 euros por dos bañeras, gran relación calidad-precio. Puedes sentarte afuera y disfrutar de tu helado mientras la gente mira Gran servicio también

29/09/2025: The pizza isn't anything special, even though it comes in a variety of flavors, but it's delicious and well-presented. We celebrated our son's birthday, and the staff was very kind and attentive.

05/10/2025: In line with other restaurants in the same brand. Good food and fast service. A few minor niggles, but nothing serious given the sheer number of seats they serve. Excellent first courses (tagliatelle with meat sauce, tortellini, and tortellini). The lasagna was overly flavorful, bordering on salty. A shame. The salad was average. The desserts were good.

05/10/2025: Welcome to hell! It must be said that the resort looks nice at the entrance and that perhaps there are more comfortable rooms than the one I experienced, but that doesn't make my experience any less unpleasant. Foreword: the company that hosted me requested the rooms months and months ago, and specifically a "top" room for me (they always do it, everywhere, and I've always had top-notch experiences). Instead, they shoved me into a sort of attic closet, with a sort of fire vent instead of a window: a tiny room (room?) without even a table to write on or a chair. A 4-star hotel, a room without even a chair. And then the cold: after a whole night under the duvet, I managed to get the room to 19°C, starting from a not-so-reassuring 17.5°C. The bathroom was hideous, with toilet paper piled on the sink and a closet the size of a Smurf. In short: obscene. But the worst thing is the totally inadequate staff: from the check-in staff who, faced with my complaints and those who booked, didn't know what to say and just stared at the floor, to the so-called manager who dismissed us in a rather rude manner without an apology or a smile, to the two waiters who, in the elevator queue with bottles of wine in hand, walked past the guests (I even have witnesses), sneaking into the elevator and violating every rule of good manners at breakfast, which opens at 7:00 and which saw no dining room staff until 8:00, except for one lady who didn't even say "good morning" or "smile" (she must have had her reasons, since she was alone in the dining room, but that doesn't mean they treat guests this way). I'm attaching photos and videos of my closet, photos of the breakfast room at 7:30 (if you don't see any dining room staff, it's because there was no one there, I mean no one), and a funny video of the coffee maker. If you want to use it, you have to lie on the floor because there's only one socket. Oh, and finally, the wonderful splash of color from the dusty, cold-air-emitting grate right next to the bed. The worst hospitality experience of my long travel career. What a shame. P.S.: I know, it's disgusting, but I didn't even take a shower: the bathroom temperature was far from the 18 degrees Celsius (64 degrees Fahrenheit) in the closet, and if I want cold showers or ice baths, I go to the spa. I preferred to avoid pneumonia, I hope you understand.

25/09/2025: Wonderful atmosphere and truly excellent service. The first courses were exceptional, though the fried calamari was a shame. I sent it back once and it came back exactly as it was the first time.
