30/05/2025: Helpful and friendly staff. The room next to the reception was not impeccable in details but still very comfortable and despite the proximity to the service areas, we rested very well. The view of Assisi dominates in front of the hotel and the town can be easily reached on foot or by public transport. I would definitely return if I were to pass through the area again!

25/05/2025: English: We stayed here in May on holiday, guests of the property for 5 nights. The place is strategic and convenient for visiting Assisi (beautiful view) and for getting around. Friendly and friendly staff. Room (number 2 de luxe), modern and spacious, large comfortable double bed, bathroom with window and large shower, all in all quite clean, nothing to say about the linen and the rest, just a little dust accumulated on the wardrobe and in the towel warmer in the bathroom that could be eliminated with minimal effort. The TV was broken (not a big problem) but it was promptly fixed during the day, the managers were always available and accommodating throughout the stay. Adequate continental breakfast, nothing is missing, very good and well made by the bar and cafeteria. Very varied restaurant menu, fish, meat and pizzas. Strong point certainly the quality/quantity price ratio. Portions that tend to be abundant, even the pizzas are generous in size with thin dough. We always ate well and with satisfaction.

15/06/2025: Practically in and out in the space of 30 seconds: after a walk in Cima d'Auta we went in in the afternoon to drink a beer, having no cash, we asked in advance if we could pay by card and the lady (who had already greeted us rudely) replied snorting that she pays commissions. We left immediately, but I wonder how a restaurateur in 2025 can still make speeches like that. Too bad because it seems that the food is very good and we would probably have returned willingly for lunch. Instead we certainly will not put in a good word for this place, in fact we will not recommend it.

14/03/2025: Although I have always frequented Caviola, I only discovered it a few years ago. Amazing! The restaurant in the valley with the best quality-price ratio. Family atmosphere and excellent food. The menu doesn't offer a huge variety, but what there is is of excellent quality. It is usually only open for lunch and weekend evenings, and it is advisable to book as there are few seats. Highly recommended!

06/06/2025: The food is really good, unfortunately the staff is not very attentive. Our chips ended up at the next table, we asked for a plate to share the pizza and they brought us a dessert plate asking if it was okay anyway, we had to send back 2 draft beers because they were sour.... But the food is excellent.

18/05/2025: I have always heard about this place and this evening I wanted to try it first hand and I must say that my partner and I were very happy. We had no reservation, we waited 10 minutes to be seated even though it was Saturday, we were served by a boy named Giuseppe, exceptional and polite. Attentive in the service and capable in his work. I feel like giving a note of merit also to the kitchen for the quality food. Prices are normal, it is absolutely worth it, thanks again, we will see each other soon.

24/05/2025: Homemade ice cream shop very good!! I was invited to lunch by friends and to make a good impression I went for sure... Bumbunì is a guarantee. Apart from the ice cream which is homemade and very good, the staff is friendly and helpful. In this case they also indulged the curiosity of my little girls who were undecided between various flavors. The place is welcoming, clean and overall it is really beautiful. You can see the owner's attention to detail. You absolutely have to try the "Bumbunì" flavor, I liked it a lot!!!

06/06/2025: bel posto per mangiare all'aperto, con carrellata di antipasti senza fine, primi e secondi da provare. Buono e cordiale anche il servizio . Prezzi ragionevoli calcolando che dopo l'antipasto, si opta per un primo o un secondo spendendo 25/ 30 euro compreso vino acqua e caffè. Da ritornare

31/05/2025: Este restaurante es el mejor para la semana que estamos en Italia: Roma, Piscara, Termoli y ahora aquí, Santa María del Molise. La comida era muy fresca, deliciosa, muchas opciones de antipasto, varias opciones para el plato principal, fabulosa polenta con salchichas caseras y salsa de tomate; 6 varios postres. Pedimos tiramisú limone - fresco y delicioso.

19/02/2025: Very good pizza, both the dough and the ingredients and Cinzia had the mussels, all large and delicious... super, delicious desserts! Always a safety! After a nice walk in the woods we returned to the Pineta, a truly welcoming place, a unique and particular environment. Overall we had a great time, friendly staff who were always attentive. If you pass through those parts, the stop is mandatory even just for a beer or a quick snack... what can I say... highly recommended and have a good stay! For parking no problem.

12/06/2025: We have been going to this pub for almost a year and it has become like our second home. The atmosphere is welcoming, relaxed and full of warmth. The staff is friendly, joking and always puts us at ease. It is the perfect place to spend an evening in company and eat well. We couldn't ask for better! Oh, I forgot, the food is excellent. They use high quality raw materials and the dishes are excellent.

28/05/2025: Making a customer who has been to this place several times wait an hour for a salad and seeing that they always bring only dishes for other customers means taking the piss out of that customer...... Shame on you, you are not organized and you do not care about your customers...... From now on I will either have dinner at my house or somewhere else!!! You have lost a customer!!

08/06/2025: You always return to the places where you had a good time. The cuddle, the fixed point, the excellence. A unique staff to welcome you, always with a smile, sweetness and kindness. Always impeccable. Ice cream? Perfection... I can't eat foods containing preservatives, practically impossible, Gelatina solved it with a single shot, I feel calm every time I eat ice cream or something else
