Courtesy and open-mindedness: Imagine it, because it doesn't exist here!!! Too bad: The Old Mill, a historic and refined environment that some have always been fond of, is now held hostage by a team with manners that are, to say the least, crude. This also happens when sour elders show no consideration for anyone younger than them, and don't think it's an added value to include other generations. We recommend that the front desk and front line staff take an intensive course in good manners; it would be the MINIMUM!!!! You've really made a horrible fool of yourself!!! What a shame about the total decadence and decline of manners: I've known about the Old Mill since I was a child; my family has always been a regular visitor, so much so that over the years we've relied on them to organize important events. Now I, anonymous, am treated by them like a tramp. What a shame!!!! The Old Mill is no more...

08/08/2025: I can only review the restaurant. The place is well-maintained, with a well-kept garden. A romantic spot for a dinner or lunch on special occasions. The food is top-notch, and the service is top-notch. I can't comment on the rooms because I've never stayed there.

15/08/2025: The piadinas are good, but for the price (which has increased compared to the photos shown here on Google), I expected them to be a little more filling. I've only been there once, and it seemed like they use excellent ingredients. There are tables outside (in the shade of the porticoes), but you have to go in first, squeeze in among the people to look at the menu on the wall, and then order (again, inside). However, the place is very small and it's scorching hot, so this situation was unpleasant. Then they call you and you go and get your food on the tray when it's ready. Friendly staff.
