21/10/2025: A pizzeria definitely worth a visit. Its offerings fall into the so-called "modern pizza" category, meaning plenty of hydration, high, puffy crusts, and gourmet toppings. The dough tastes truly interesting and certainly light, although the menu's options for the pizza crust are far too complex and likely make some pizzas too heavy. Sometimes, a few fewer toppings wouldn't hurt; they would lighten the offerings and thus make them easier to digest. It would also help keep prices down, which tend to be medium-high. A truly beautiful location and well-maintained inside, with an intriguing outdoor patio. The service was a bit of a slap in the face, being too intrusive. We had to constantly answer several waiters who kept asking the same questions. Last but not least, in a place that aspires to be a high-class pizzeria, you simply cannot imagine a waiter who manages his own affairs in the dining room, sending WhatsApp audio messages, and to top it off, sneezing twice into his hands, wiping his pants, without cleansing himself before taking orders to be brought to the tables.

20/10/2025: Pizza was excellent. Really outstanding. Contant videos of the owner making pizza EVERYWHERE were annoying and distracting.

12/10/2025: We were in a hurry, 20 minutes, so I came in and was asked, "Can I eat in 20 minutes?" The waiter was very kind. I ordered two club sandwiches, and they were ready in less than 10 minutes. They also offered us a delicious sorbet with the bill. Kudos to the entire staff. I forgot to try it, you won't regret it. They have a fantastic menu. I'll definitely be back to try more.

11/10/2025: A trattoria along the Via Francigena. Not memorable for the food, but the atmosphere reminded me a bit of a mountain refuge, with a familiar, warm atmosphere. Overall, I liked it.

08/10/2025: We stopped here spontaneously for a quick lunch and were sadly disappointed. The person who took our order smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and had black hands, which seemed inappropriate for a restaurant. The pasta was neither fresh nor homemade. Pappardelle al cinghiale was the worst dish of our two-week trip to Tuscany, where we enjoyed authentic, hearty cuisine almost everywhere else. Overall, therefore, not recommended for locals or tourists.

21/08/2025: Delicious dinner and a relaxing atmosphere. The terrace overlooking Cammarata is beautiful. I highly recommend it.

18/08/2025: A family-friendly mid-August holiday in a very welcoming atmosphere with seafood-focused cuisine. It was a real surprise, almost a thousand meters above sea level beneath Mount Cammarata. We enjoyed a lunch of excellent dishes prepared with the freshest fish, pampered by attentive, unobtrusive service. Highly recommended.

CRAZY something different from all the other piadinas we have tasted... really delicious... then many different gins and the possibility of having an aperitif... 22/10/2025: The best wood-fired pizza we've had in Sicily and Sardinia! Truly delicious and absolutely affordable. The owners are friendly, the service is fast (the pizza is ready in about 5 minutes), and even though it's a takeout pizzeria, there's plenty of seating. Highly recommended!

02/10/2025: A pizzeria that's hard to beat. It's a must-visit when I'm in Cagliari. I've eaten pizza everywhere, and believe me, theirs are unbeatable. The ingredients and dough are top-notch. I've only left a simple review, but I should compliment them in person.

19/07/2025: PERFECT DINNER! I had dinner at Molo 10 this evening for the first time. I'll start by saying that I'd read the reviews, and as always, I read the worst first (there were few), and since they were so surreally banal, it had to be an excellent restaurant, and that's exactly what it turned out to be! Excellent quality ingredients, incredibly fresh fish, and expertly balanced flavors. We ordered 1 fried shrimp and calamari with vegetables, 1 shrimp and calamari skewer, 1 salmon tartare with avocado, 1 Sicilian cannoli, 2 coffees, and 2 bottles of water. The friendly and discreet staff didn't lose heart even when it started to drizzle and they had to reorganize for the outside. The price was proportional to the quality of the products offered, at €89, and still in line with restaurants in Santa! RECOMMENDED. I'LL BE BACK SOON!
