25/04/2025: Quando ti fermi per caso e scopri un tesoro autentico. Ai piedi di Caltagirone abbiamo incontrato Sebastiano, una persona splendida, ex calciatore del Caltagirone e oggi custode della vera cucina tradizionale.
Polli cotti come una volta sul braciere, caponata da manuale, patate arrosto e carciofi alla brace… Semplicità e sapori di altri tempi.
Un pranzo che ti riporta indietro, come mangiare da tua nonna, con quel gusto sincero , come Sebastiano del resto persona di altri tempi,che ormai è raro trovare .

17/05/2025: Restaurant not far from my house, I didn't know it, I stopped by chance while I was passing through returning from Castiglion Fiorentino.
What can I say, quality/price restaurant almost 5 stars, poor environment though, dark, too rustic.
Anyway I recommend it!

08/06/2025: A very popular place, you have to try the classic tiramisu to decide if it's worth it or not. The service was very fast despite the crowds waiting. All around, you see people eating from the little brown boxes from a place called "Pompi." It's funny what "Pompi" means to Mexicans.

13/06/2025: Sunday lunch in this typical local trattoria... We enjoyed a fixed menu including house appetizers (good and plentiful with a special mention for the goulash), mixed roast (sausages, bombette, lamb, livers) of good quality with the right cooking that enhanced the flavor... attentive and present service, never intrusive. Good value for money with one exception of the two grappas (commercial) at the end of the meal (off the menu) cost €6 each.
20/03/2025: We had a great experience at this grill! The quality of the meat is excellent, the house appetizer was excellent.
The service was quick and efficient, without long waits even though the place was full.
The staff was very attentive and friendly, always available to advise us and satisfy every request with a smile. The environment is welcoming and perfect for a dinner with friends or family.
Highly recommended for meat lovers and for those looking for a quiet place to eat well.
