Spectacular Neapolitan style pizzas, you can tell they use high quality products. Nice and attentive staff. Super recommend!

I have been frequenting Chiné for some time. I am happy to review to confirm to those who read that you absolutely must try their pizza. Sublime from the dough with a "rustic" flour very pleasant to the palate and very digestible, wood oven cooking, very high quality products. The sweet pizza menu is a very welcome innovation, with sublime combinations. Update 6.02.22. all confirmed as above, it's a shame that sweet pizzas have been left out of the menu, a real shame!! Update as of 03.31.24. Unfortunately the mix has changed. It is much more tenacious when biting and chewing. Sin!

Very good pizza... highly recommended. The 'Giovanna' is an excellent choice. Nice local beer served on tap as well. Waiters cautious and attentive and place is welcoming.

On a Friday, 5 people came to dinner, we had previously booked but despite this we sat for more than 30 minutes compared to the booking time, it can happen. We ordered two portions of chips, one classic and one with cheese and pepper, good, but the dishes arrived at quite different times and above all there was a strange disproportion between the quantity of chips served and the dish in which they were served . Subsequently we waited a good half hour to have the first pizzas and these also arrived at staggered times, three pizzas together and the other two when the others had almost finished their pizza. Having said that, the dough is good, light and soft, the variety of pizzas is wide and several are inviting; I had chosen a pizza with beef tartare and in terms of taste I expected much more, little tartare on the pizza and very hidden from everything else. Finally the good desserts. The place is nice and the service was good. Overall I expected more

Small but well-kept internal location, possibility of eating on the external veranda. I usually prefer the pizza which I find superlative, the starters are also excellent. The gluten-free selection is also excellent.

Ci avevano parlato benissimo di questa pizzeria, ma... Locale in centro a Monopoli a due passi dal porto, con pochi posti a sedere all'interno e pochi posti a sedere in una veranda coperta esterna. Ci accomodiamo e i camerieri, ci indicano la specialità del giorno, ma preferiamo ordinare subito la pizza. Ho apprezzato molto l'aver portato subitp l'acqua ed un entrè di benvenuto (delle polentine fritte). La pizza tanto decantata a me non è piaciuta: l'impasto è sicuramente buono, ma poi gli ingredienti hanno fatto perdere la poesia (in questo caso il topping era troppo freddo di frigo). Dolci ni: la crema del tiramisu non ha retto la bagna del biscuit e la sfera di cioccolato era molto scenografica ma non la consiglierei. Servizio: attento, ma appena finito di mangiare il dolce ci hanno gentilmente ed implicitamente invitato a lasciare il locale chiedendoci se volessimo il conto. Un'altra cosa: sistemate il risucchio che si sente in sala e che viene dal bagno delle donne. È fastodioso. Prezzi medio alti.

Considerato le recensioni eccellenti ci aspettavamo qualcosa di superlativo visto anche i prezzi leggermente sopra la media (se una cosa vale un prezzo più alto ci starebbe) ma siamo rimasti in parte delusi. Servizio ok. Antipasti (diremmo quasi aperitivi) un po' costosi. Pizza con un buon impasto ma un po' troppo farinose e anche le speciali, poco speciali. Si può dare di più visto i prezzi.
