21/11/2025: I went to this place for a quick dinner. It's located in the ghetto area of the city center, making it a nice neighborhood. The country chic and vintage decor is beautiful, and the atmosphere is inviting. The menu is quite extensive and caters to all tastes, with meat dishes taking center stage. The burgers are delicious, as are the fries, often included with the sandwich. I recommend the sweet fried ones and the ones with truffle-infused parmesan. The staff is very kind and attentive (perhaps a bit too kind). The wait times are short (it was a very quiet evening). The prices aren't exactly cheap, but they're adequate for the quality of the food. I recommend a visit; reservations are recommended on weekends.

11/11/2025: We lived in Florence for 5 weeks and this is the best meal I had. It’s different than the other restaurants which is hard to find. Feels like modern Italian. Everything is extremely fresh as it’s all farm to table. Couldn’t recommend this place more. Great service and a cool space.
