27/10/2025: I went with my grandmother to "pick up": Salamino Piccante, Capricciosa, and Scamorza e Spek. Wonderfully thin-crust pizzas with just the right amount of ingredients. I recommend 🩵🙂‍↔️ (And that's how we went from Osteria Nuova pizza to Pizza Bomba) (Review from 9 months ago) Since I can't add a new review, I'll leave room and write here. My friend Mirko and I sometimes go back to Pizza Bomba to get the pizzoni with multiple toppings on top (never more than 3). I have both positive and negative comments. Until this month, October 2025, the pizzone with speck and scamorza + tuna and onion + boscaiola cheese cost €19. Now, the same pizzone costs €21... Not to be stingy, because the pizza is definitely worth the money, but it loses some credibility/trust if they change prices so randomly. It was always sliced ​​and always had the same flavors.

For those who like it, I'd suggest adding gorgonzola. The desserts are particularly delicious, both the orecchiette and ricotta one and the cheesecake. The location is innovative, excellent value for money. The atmosphere is quiet and inviting, perfect for a relaxed chat. I recommend it.

28/09/2025: I'm giving it 3 stars because, despite the good service and very nice place, the food didn't satisfy me. The mushrooms Milanese were good, but the rump steak with mushrooms was so tough it couldn't be cut! It looked beautiful and succulent, but only on the surface! This is my second time at this restaurant, and each time I tell myself I shouldn't return. The first time, too, the meat was incredibly tough. It's a shame because the place is really nice and the service was friendly. A little more attention to detail would be enough with the food.

04/11/2025: Excellent little Japanese-style restaurant. Soft lighting, attention to detail. The appetizers are excellent; I recommend the takoyaki and gyoza of all kinds. Moving on to the ramen. After the appetizers, expectations were sky-high, but unfortunately, while the ingredients were excellent in themselves, the overall result lacked what I look for in ramen: umami and, above all, a well-rounded, complex broth. I actually ordered the "Miso Ramen," opting for the "fuller" version, but it tasted only of sesame. Maybe it's a personal preference, but even my boyfriend—who likes sesame much more than I do—complained that it tasted only of sesame. If it's a culinary choice, I accept it. I just suggest the restaurant mention it because, looking back, I only saw sesame among the allergens. I'll be back to try the others! Sesame-free 😂❤️

01/11/2025: If you want to eat truly authentic ramen, this is the place to go. Delicious dishes; you can taste the quality of the ingredients and see the care taken in preparing the dishes. The staff is friendly and helpful. The chef, originally from Japan, imports the local ingredients to prepare the ramen. The restaurant is also very beautiful and well-kept. For all lovers of Asian cuisine, this is the perfect place. I recommend making a reservation.

14/10/2025: The food is good but not amazing either. Pizzas didn't have fresh produce only. the service could be better. We felt rushed. And staff could be welcoming and could smile too.

06/10/2025: The food we had was all wrong and not cooked properly, salmon with mush potatoes and spinach come without mush, vil come like shnicel and wasn't saying in the menu, mussels were cooked only in salty water and probably from frozen, monk fish I've asked is it hot starter and was reassured it is -come like cold salad, asked the puchini risotto to be cooked well and come crunchy and with frozen mushrooms, grilled vegetables were cold...what else can I say, disappointment and the owner was arguing that all Italians know what the food is described in the menu...

10/10/2025: Everything was great, very pleasant and well served, 10 out of 10 and well priced, good quality... The place was very nice... beautiful surroundings and a great place to visit the castle.
