28/07/2025: Authentic Neapolitan cuisine, not a tourist trap. The restaurant doesn't look like much, but it's the food on the plate that made us come here as a family. Twice during our vacation, all the recipes are magnificent, the pasta and pizzas are sublime thanks to the quality ingredients and the skill of the chefs. A big thank you to the owner and the manager for these experiences on our plates. Your address will remain among our favorite establishments!

05/07/2025: Southern Italian food in the North, and the oven-baked Margherita pizza was the best. The pasta was also good, and after the meal, you can go to the Sforzesco Castle through the nearby Arc de Triomphe.

07/09/2025: The ice cream is really tasty, but I can't afford to pay that much. I don't think I'll go there again. Too bad. It was probably my favorite ice cream shop.

11/11/2025: Vegans take note! I had a beautiful dining experience at Civico 20. I was greeted like family during a very busy time when I did not have a reservation. I dined outside with a beautiful view of the castle and mountains. They have several delicious vegan options on the menu. Warm bread and fresh olive oil for dipping started the meal. I had the Peasant’s Soup for antipasto. It was a warm and delicious stew. I then had the Rintrocili pasta dish which was pasta and mushrooms cooked to perfection in a truffle cream sauce. I had no room for dessert but they even have vegan dessert options. I highly recommend a visit to this restaurant (whether you’re vegan or not). It was the perfect ending to my castle visit. 03/11/2025: Terrible experience. Upon arrival, the waiter showed us our table without even showing us around. From the moment we ordered, we waited an hour and a half without even getting the requested entrees, and all this without the slightest apology from the staff. Another sore point: between each customer, the tables are cleaned with a duster and the tablecloths are not replaced. Following your response, I inform you that we called 40 minutes before arriving; when we arrived, many tables were still empty. Your precious olive oil had not been touched at all, and yes, we ate bread and drank water. We ordered three different entrees, not five, as you claimed. We didn't order appetizers. Is that mandatory? If you had informed us of the difficulties you were having, we wouldn't have ordered entrees, but rather something else. Furthermore, you were signaled to you several times, but you never approached our table. Before leaving, my husband came into the restaurant to pay for our order. There are no photos, but can you tell me what I should have photographed? I understand that a negative review is annoying, and your response, dear restaurateur, speaks for itself.

04/11/2025: Excellent little Japanese-style restaurant. Soft lighting, attention to detail. The appetizers are excellent; I recommend the takoyaki and gyoza of all kinds. Moving on to the ramen. After the appetizers, expectations were sky-high, but unfortunately, while the ingredients were excellent in themselves, the overall result lacked what I look for in ramen: umami and, above all, a well-rounded, complex broth. I actually ordered the "Miso Ramen," opting for the "fuller" version, but it tasted only of sesame. Maybe it's a personal preference, but even my boyfriend—who likes sesame much more than I do—complained that it tasted only of sesame. If it's a culinary choice, I accept it. I just suggest the restaurant mention it because, looking back, I only saw sesame among the allergens. I'll be back to try the others! Sesame-free 😂❤️

01/11/2025: If you want to eat truly authentic ramen, this is the place to go. Delicious dishes; you can taste the quality of the ingredients and see the care taken in preparing the dishes. The staff is friendly and helpful. The chef, originally from Japan, imports the local ingredients to prepare the ramen. The restaurant is also very beautiful and well-kept. For all lovers of Asian cuisine, this is the perfect place. I recommend making a reservation.

06/11/2025: I didn't find the variety and freshness of the products that I found in other restaurants with the same price, especially the seaweed I ate very little and sent it back but I hope it was an isolated incident.

A special thanks to Annamaria Vainella, professional, attentive, helpful and precise. She organized everything impeccably, following everything step by step. A real guarantee! The award-winning chef Cataldo Giaconella delighted us with dishes of the freshest fish, prepared with passion and presented with taste and elegance. A culinary experience of the highest level. The staff was always kind, attentive and helpful. There are not enough stars to describe the excellence of this place! Highly recommended! 26/09/2025: We stayed near Sardara and after reading good reviews we came to taste their succulent pizzas...a really friendly welcome, excellent pizzas we recommend 200%, more than reasonable prices. Go there with your eyes closed.

01/10/2025: We were refused to eat here when we went inside the restaurant. The lady even scolded my friend on what she was wearing (off shoulder top), very unnecessary. Very bad experience. 23/08/2025: It's always a shame for me to leave a negative review, especially when the location is truly delightful: small but meticulously maintained and with a pleasant atmosphere. For this very reason, I believe constructive criticism can help both the owners, helping them grow and improve, and future customers, helping them have a more satisfying experience. During our dinner, however, several inconveniences arose that I must point out. As soon as we sat down, we found the placemat dirty, likely not replaced after the previous service. A detail that alone wouldn't have ruined the evening, but unfortunately it was the first in a series of oversights. We ordered a first course to share and two second courses. Unfortunately, the tagliatelle with lamb ragù was so salty that it was difficult to enjoy. The wild boar meatballs, however, arrived cold and partly burned. Finally, the sliced ​​beef: we weren't asked how it was cooked, and, without a proper knife for serving, we were faced with overcooked, very salty, and difficult to cut meat. A real shame, especially since the prices were decidedly high compared to the actual quality of what we were served. I sincerely hope these observations are helpful: the location has potential, but the cuisine and service deserve more attention to live up to expectations.

It was an excellent choice: this place surprised me in every way. As soon as I entered, I was greeted by a refined, bright, and pleasantly harmonious environment, where every detail seems designed to put the customer at ease. The modern yet understated decor strikes a perfect balance between elegance and simplicity, making the Giudecca an ideal place for a relaxing break at any time of day. The service deserves special mention. The staff was kind, attentive, and prompt, offering a genuine welcome that truly makes the difference. It's not just professionalism, but that warmth typical of Roman establishments that make every customer feel like a regular. I truly appreciated the way I was looked after without ever feeling pressured or intrusive—a balance that is by no means a given. The coffee I chose to order was simply excellent. Creamy, intense, and perfectly aromatic: a cup that demonstrates attention to the quality of the blend and the care taken in its preparation. It's one of those coffees that lingers in your memory, capable of transforming even a brief stop into a moment of genuine pleasure. It's clear that here, coffee isn't just a product to be served, but a small ritual to be respected. As I sipped my cup, I took a moment to carefully observe the place and the atmosphere surrounding it. There's a constant flow of customers, a clear sign that Giudecca Bar Gelateria is a must-visit for those who live or work in the area. Many come in for gelato, others for a quick breakfast or a quick coffee, still others for a more relaxed break: everyone leaves with the same satisfied expression. Another aspect I found very pleasant is the sense of order and cleanliness that pervades the place. Every area is well-organized and meticulously maintained, from the tables to the counter, a sign of attention that further enhances the overall experience. In conclusion, the Giudecca Bar Gelateria on Via Britannia is definitely worth a visit, both for excellent coffee and to enjoy a welcoming, well-managed atmosphere. It's one of those places that leaves a lasting impression and makes you want to return, certain of always finding quality, kindness, and a truly pleasant atmosphere. This experience truly impressed me and made me appreciate even more the care with which the place is managed every day. It's rare to find a place that combines quality, atmosphere, and professionalism so effortlessly, without ostentation but with genuine customer service. I'm sure I'll be back soon, perhaps to try their gelato, which, judging by the satisfied faces of other customers, seems to be one of Giudecca's strong points these days! I definitely recommend it to everyone!

03/12/2025: The only bar in Piacenza that opens at 7am, then I found croissants from the next day that when I ate them I felt a bad taste in my mouth, burnt coffee, and I think that they haven't cleaned the coffee machine for a long time.
