02/08/2025: An institution in Avellino. May they survive and prosper for another thousand years still be invaluable. One of the few places where you can eat something good for just a few euros. Let's hope it stays that way.

10/06/2025: It is part of my childhood memories (80s) with my mother every time we went up to Avellino before taking the bus back home in Piazza Libertà a fixed stop at the Romana pizzeria and by magic everything passed tiredness tantrums disappointment for a purchase not made.... Now after about forty years I take my children there every time I can and the pizza is always the same the same taste "t'ha piego" identical! Memories and not just in a slice of pizza. Always great and always like this!!!!

09/07/2025: Just tried 7 different flavors! It's the best ice cream I've had at an ice cream parlor in years! It doesn't compare to the garbage in Germany. Waffles are delicious, and the prices are perfectly reasonable for the taste! Truly delicious! It's nice that the Italians still make good ice cream!

13/07/2025: Delicious cuisine with unusual yet perfectly executed pairings, as are the truly excellent wines. All this is complemented by a professional and warm welcome and attentive service. Recommended!

12/07/2025: An excellent agriturismo for ceremonies. Large lawn area. Aperitif with a variety of locally prepared dishes (focaccia, tarts, etc.), cured meats, and cheeses. The seafood risotto was excellent, as was the single-serving sea bass tart with ratatouille on creamed potatoes. The wines were excellent.

13/08/2025: The service was slow and indifferent. We waited 30 minutes for our second order, but it never arrived. We finally got up and left. The vegetable udon noodles were inedible, and the chicken tasted like stock cubes. I'll never go back.

25/08/2025: I can now call myself a regular at the hotel. We've been here several times over the past few months, and we've always found the staff to be courteous, as well as professional and high-quality. The chef offers a variety of exquisite dishes, lovingly prepared by the chef, with a wide variety of both meat and fish. The breakfast is incredibly generous; my brother-in-law, who enjoyed it, knows a thing or two about it, so much so that he barely ate anything at lunch. What more can I say? Nothing, except "See you soon." I don't know how many of you, but the important thing is to relax a bit in a beautiful place. "Beautiful, HOTEL TROPIS TROPEA COSTA DEGLI DEI".........

25/08/2025: Every summer, our family happily returns to Hotel Tropis in Tropea, and it's always a good thing. The 4-star hotel truly lives up to its standards: meticulously maintained, clean, and welcoming, it instantly conveys a sense of well-being and relaxation. The location is excellent: just a few minutes' walk from the center of Tropea, with its quaint alleys and unique atmosphere, without having to use a car. This makes our stay even more enjoyable and convenient. Another highlight we particularly love is the pool: large, well-maintained, and ideal for both relaxation and family fun. It's perfect for alternating days at the beach with moments of tranquility without leaving the hotel. Not to mention the cuisine, which is always excellent: fresh dishes, carefully prepared, and rich in authentic flavors, with an excellent quality-price ratio that never disappoints. Every meal becomes a pleasant experience to share. Overall, Hotel Tropis is a guarantee for those seeking a comfortable vacation, with attentive service, tidy spaces, a strategic location, and a splendid pool to relax in. We recommend it without hesitation to anyone seeking a quality stay at a fair price.

31/08/2025: Special!!! The food was good, and the staff who served us were great. We had to come back. Incredible fried food, delicious skewers, special sea bream fillet, pizza with excellent fresh ingredients. Well done! Absolutely recommended.

22/08/2025: Had dinner for two in June, everything was excellent. Very kind. Lost wallet with money and documents. The restaurant owners found it and waited for us late in the evening to deliver it. Thank you. Returned in August, excellent food, varied menu, starters, first courses, second courses, homemade desserts according to old traditions. Possibility of tasting or ordering à la carte. I highly recommend it. Staff, always very kind, thank you.

01/08/2025: Our family stay at this agriturismo was pure magic. The tranquility, the stunning views of the mountains and Mount Etna, the pool, and all the activities for the kids were simply perfect. But the real highlight was the hospitality of Filippo and Rita and their incredible food. The homemade Sicilian dishes they served us every night, with fresh vegetables from their garden, were hands down the best we've ever tasted. Our kids even asked why we couldn't spend all vacations here!

19/06/2025: Alternative to the refuge at the top. 2 km from the pass where the commemorative pyramid is. Ate good pizzoccheri. Free toilets! Obviously.

17/08/2025: The food was good, the pizza was great, the pasta was simple but the portions were a bit small, there was no information about the additional €2.50 for the place setting (paper placemat and cutlery), which for 3 people is almost the price of one pizza.

21/08/2025: Del biondo is del biondo. Gelato as it should be. It's simply good. In Brescia, for me, it's the best. In the second photo, the greenest scoop is the matcha flavor, the one above is their Bronte pistachio (timeless and above all never green, because real pistachio gelato is never green)! I appreciate that they've always been introducing new flavors in recent years. I'm on the ball.

16/07/2025: Just a short distance from Cinque Terre, this quiet, clean, and well-organized place is perfect. The owners prepare delicious homemade dishes; I highly recommend them. Excellent value for money. Not to mention the kindness and attentive service of Marco, the owner.
