06/07/2025: I wouldn't recommend it. First of all, the pizzas were okay. I had a lasagna for €9.50, which was absolutely disgusting and inedible. You can't go wrong with the mixed salad for €6, since you can season it yourself. It consisted of four tomatoes, a tablespoon of carrots, and five slices of cucumber, with the rest of the salad being greens. The reception from the manager was rather cool, but the staff were helpful. What was very annoying was that we had to wait over an hour for the food. There are better restaurants nearby.

04/07/2025: Very good quality food. We had pizza, spaghetti, fried seafood. Everything was prepared to perfection. Thank you for a great week of great food. We will be back.

06/06/2025: ...I have to say that if they hadn't told me I wouldn't have believed it! On Sunday 1st June, after visiting the Marmore Falls, the Landlady of the Guest House Runcini suggested that we come to lunch here in Ara Marina (obviously booking in advance). They welcomed us like never before and the kindness came first of all! I had asked to pay homage to my Partner (for her birthday) with some Roses at the table... and so it was. We had lunch with a fish first course and then we had a light and very fresh Fried Food accompanied with excellent French fries. The place is magnificent and silent... All of Nature surrounds and envelops you! After lunch we stopped on the lawn next to have coffee and dessert and the day continued in serenity. If this is what you are looking for... here you will find it! Thanks to all the Staff Tony and Edy

05/06/2025: We spent a pleasant evening and night at Rifugio Barma. The atmosphere is comfortable, the staff is friendly and (special mention) the cuisine is excellent.

05/06/2025: This place is incredible! Not only is it beautiful, but it's also incredibly warm and welcoming, with excellent food and a high level of comfort. The big plus is that it welcomes dogs. It's not just a shelter; it's a delightful restaurant in a corner of paradise!

01/07/2025: A fantastic location! You can watch a sunset that you will find hard to forget! Very kind staff, the owner follows each table with dedication. The menu includes very good, varied and high quality dishes, even if it is local food prepared with ancient home recipes. Average price if compared to the quality offered. I recommend a dinner a little different from the usual waterfront kiosk!

21/05/2025: Very welcoming place despite all the disputes that see, at the moment, unacceptable divisions between MATERA AND POTENZA. Excellent quality of the products served and kindness of the staff. This judgment refers to the bar. I did not have lunch, but I intend to do so the next time I pass through that area.

02/07/2025: A wonderful and quaint restaurant – both indoors and outdoors. The service is incredibly good; you're served quickly and attentively. You don't have to wait long for the food either. The dishes are hearty and delicious! We enjoyed them so much that we even ate there twice on our trip. We can highly recommend this restaurant!

30/06/2025: We've been coming to Lake Kaltern for several years now. Weis-Keller has always been a staple. The food was okay, the location nice, but the team was always great. They were in a good mood, always had a good joke, and a pleasant conversation. Apparently, that's not so important anymore. We had a reservation and arrived 25 minutes early. Without even asking for our names, we were turned away, told our table wasn't free yet. This was despite the fact that tables were available. Remember, we had a reservation! After 25 minutes, we returned, were actually asked for our names, and were given exactly one of the tables that had been free 25 minutes earlier. We ordered immediately, but the wait for drinks was 20 minutes, almost at the same time as the food. Friendliness? Almost zero. My wife got her plate with her back turned because the next table was being served at the same time. I observed the rolling eyes of the waiters at other tables. There was only so much food... getting spare ribs that dry is almost an art. That was definitely our last visit to Weis-Keller.

22/06/2025: I was in the area and surprised by the good reviews I went into this family-run Chinese restaurant, very kind waitress (who speaks little Italian) and only one cook. Large portions, very questionable quality of the dishes, especially the appetizers, there is no possibility of having the dishes delivered to you as you like, they bring you all the courses together as if it were an all you can eat, the ravioli were already very heavy and then brought with the first course and appetizers they became cold and inedible. What can I say, I always hate to write negative reviews, especially when the staff is very polite and friendly, but unfortunately I ate very badly and was sick at night. I do not recommend it.
