The burgers are truly excellent, with super-fresh bread (especially the "burnt" one) and a varied selection of chicken, beef, fish, and vegetarian options, to please all tastes. The place has a lovely character, with a refined and pleasant industrial style. In the summer, you can also eat outside, but I personally prefer the indoor atmosphere. The location is also very convenient: parking is available in front or a few meters away, and the city center is a 5-minute walk away. A must-visit for anyone looking for a quality burger in Perugia, highly recommended!

04/09/2025: This place was recommended to me, I traveled about 20 km, but it was worth it, typical Neapolitan pizza, soft and highly digestible, excellent dough, D.O.C. ingredients, I would say Michelin-star pizza, attentive staff vigilant between the tables, ready to answer every customer request, and above all very kind, I highly recommend it. Well done!!!!

04/10/2025: Exceptional evening 🍾🥂, being at the San Giorgio Hotel we were looking for a nearby restaurant that we could reach on foot and in the end we opted for Quintessenza, a very nice and well-kept place with a modern style, the staff were very kind, young and smiling, all the dishes chosen were well-presented and delicious to eat, top-quality raw materials, definitely a place to try if you come to Fiuggi. Many more compliments to all the staff 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
