21/07/2025: Wir hatten glücklicherweise reserviert, sonst wäre es schwierig geworden. Das Restaurant liegt etwas außerhalb der City und ist daher auch von Einheimischen gut besucht. Die Preise sind nicht gerade günstig zu nennen, aber sowohl Speisen als auch Getränke sind ihren Preis wert. Wir hatten Vitello Tonnato, den „Fisch des Tages“ sowie die gefüllten Calamari und waren damit sehr glücklich. Interessant war, daß mir, obwohl nicht auf der Karte, Kutteln als Probierportion angeboten wurden. Als Salat war das nicht so mein Fall, warm und mit Sauce absolut lecker. Eine Erfahrung, die ich sehr gern gemacht habe! Wir können das Restaurant guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen. Aber Achtung: Es gibt in Florenz mehrere Locations mit dem Namen „Cibrèo“, die zwar alle zusammengehören, aber eben nur 1 Ristorante.

26/06/2025: Das Essen war wirklich gut. Jedoch entspricht der Service überhaupt nicht den Erwartungen in diesem Restaurant. Wir wurden sehr arrogant behandelt und teilweise sehr unfreundlich. Was uns jedoch am meisten geschockt hat, war der Preis für ein 0.33l Coca Cola Zero: EUR 10.00.

11/07/2025: Molto bello e piacevole con manga alle pareti, molto interessante poter mangiare e fare acquisti di alimentari e bevande orientali. Abbiamo assaggiato un bibimbap che non era poi cosi piccante come richiesto ma comunque molto buono e un oyakodon al salmone non male. Sicuramente da ritornarci. Unica nota negativa il locale non è climatizzato ma ha un ventilatore

28/07/2025: Truly delicious pizzas, with delicious and tasty toppings. The service is discreet, and the staff are friendly, although in the case of my group of friends, there was probably a misunderstanding when they introduced us to the second round, as our table was taken and we had to wait a good half hour before being seated. The atmosphere is charming, a small room with a stone ceiling and vaulted ceilings, with outdoor seating in the summer. You have to book well in advance to secure a spot!

27/07/2025: An exceptional culinary experience! Original and delicious pizzas, with fresh ingredients and unique combinations. The staff is exceptionally helpful, and as a dog owner, I really appreciate that they're friendly with our four-legged friends. I'll be back soon!

20/07/2025: Given that I didn't know Luca, the restaurant's owner, I contacted him online to organize my daughter's 18th birthday dinner, since we had decided to spend a week on Lake Garda for the occasion. Luca and his team were wonderful; they took care of every little detail, from the aperitif on the boat, to the bouquet of flowers, to the cake complete with soft lighting and candles, all of which complemented the sublime cuisine and attentive, timely service. A special thanks also to Roberto, the owner of the speedboat. It was an experience that will remain etched in our fondest memories.

25/05/2025: Cornice suggestiva, siamo nelle cantine di un palazzo aragonese, gentilezza del personale e possibilità di scelta tra menù fisso e menù alla carta. Abbiamo optato per il menù alla carta, ordinando insalata di mare e moscardini alla luciana per antipasto; paccheri alla pescatrice e trofie con crema di melanzane speck e provolone del monaco; frittura di pesce. Ottimi gli ingredienti e la preparazione. Un plauso alla professionalità e gentilezza del personale di sala e della proprietaria, cortesemente attenta ad ogni esigenza e sempre sorridente.

07/08/2025: Nice setting, but the service was odd. Our plate was taken away while we were still eating the bread — which left us wondering, if they don’t want us to eat bread with the starter, why serve it in the first place? The waiter came across as quite arrogant and gave the impression he didn’t like tourists, which made the experience uncomfortable. Maybe it was a language barrier cause he couldn’t speak that much english but that can’t be an excuse. Food quality was really good. Especially the malfatti were particularly memorable but couldn’t lift the overall experience we had. On top of that, the place was swarming with mosquitos and there were no candles or repellent offered — unlike other places we visited, which handled it much better.
