08/02/2025: Very rude masseuse who as soon as I enter the cabin doesn't even greet me and continues to talk on the phone with headphones, then before the treatment she tells me: ''You just made a mess'' because according to her I had put the massage towel on the wrong way. I've never had anything like this happen to me in the years I've been going to spas. I work in a holistic field and making the client feel at ease should be the first rule. A real shame such a worker in such a beautiful structure.

24/08/2024: A very good hotel, right at the feet of the king, the Matterhorn, which can be seen directly from the north-facing rooms. The suite where we stayed was huge, more than eighty meters, and also with a magnificent terrace. The breakfast is simple but quite complete and all the staff are very friendly and efficient: the room cleaning service is very fast and effective.

06/01/2025: I have visited the hotel for their SPA, since ours did not have one. After a day on the slopes, it was heaven. The outdoor jacuzzi, the sauna, the inside pool, the whole atmosphere, worthy it all. But what was really “therapeutic” for me was the 1hour relaxing massage, performed by Ylenia, if I rember correctly her name. Her hands and presence are the main reason for my 5 star review.

06/03/2025: Don’t go there. Terrible atmosphere. No music or sth, just tv. The waitress said only sport canal can be turned as she wants to watch the bialthlon…

14/01/2025: A cozy, quiet place in the center of the town. You can drink a beer or something stronger. The older gentleman was probably a nice and smiling host. You're a little less, but whatever :)

13/03/2025: I ate in this restaurant, ordering tomino, without telling me that they were made from goat. According to them, the homemade ice cream is full of lumps and the bill is high. I won't go back there again.

09/03/2025: Nice location close to the slopes and acceptable breakfast. There was only one coffee machine for all the hotel's guests, which resulted in severe queues. Half the time there was no hot water to take a shower. The rooms were small but clean enough. The bathroom needed a renovation. Considering that you have a half-board, it was really bad logistically. They prioritized guests from the street, so often we couldn't get a table for 9-9:30pm! One did not feel particularly prioritized as a guest at the hotel. It cannot under any circumstances be categorized as a 4 star hotel.

21/02/2025: The fillet steak was amazing and extremely nicely presented. The service was fast and there is a great view of the mountains.

03/02/2025: Nonostante non avessimo la prenotazione e il locale fosse pieno di gente , il personale ci ha accolti con la massima disponibilità , sono riusciti con un po’ di pazienza a trovarci un tavolo. Ristorante caldo, accogliente, pulito e caratteristico con un po’ di originalità. Cucina ottima , gustosa e tipica. Personale preparato cordiale e veloce. Una nota di merito in più, va fatta perché vengono accolti con gentilezza anche i cani ( questo fa la differenza su altri locali dove non sono accettati ) e viene ,se possibile ,dato un tavolo più laterale per comodità . Grazie a voi abbiamo passato una bella serata. Torneremo!!

07/02/2025: always great food big restaurant inside on the damp days but if the suns out you can eat outside, a few days a DJ was playing at lunch time which was great, my fav is the caesar salad or the Burger, staff are friendly

01/02/2025: Härlig, genuin italiensk mysig kvarterskrog. Personalen var trevliga och maten en höjdare. Vi delade på en bricka m charkuterier och ost - allt lokalt producerat. Sen varsin fin pastarätt och ett ljuvligt lokal producerat vin. Vi går definitivt tillbaks denna vecka.

21/01/2025: Abbiamo cenato una sera in questo ristorante a Valtournenche durante il nostro soggiorno e devo dire ci è piaciuto moltissimo! Prodotti locali di qualità, il personale cortese e attento ai dettagli, e soprattutto la polenta con fonduta ottima! Ritorneremo sicuramente qua a cena in un futuro altro soggiorno!

04/03/2025: Why has this restaurant a michelin star? We are wondering because it just does not have the star quality. The food is good but not that good and much too expensive. There is no soul in this place. It lacks atmosphere. Our table was in the corridor so that made it worse. And no soul in the food either. The deer steak was tiny and not of the best quality. The monkfish was too tough and not very tasteful. The desert was rice panacotta but too stiff. And the cerviche had so much sauce that it did not taste like cerviche at all. We paid a lot of money and are very very dissapointed. Better go to one of the bistro's in the village for hounest Italian food then this so called star quality.

04/03/2025: If you want overpriced food with little to no taste, then it’s the place for you. Otherwise I wouldn’t recommend it at all. Moreover, stuff is rude, the chef thinks too much of herself.

25/01/2025: The location could not have been better. It's a two to three minute almost flat walk to the main chairlift in the mornings but in the evenings you can ski much closer, leaving a 30 second walk to the hotel door. It's right by all of the main bars, restaurants, shops and lifts in Cervinia. The rooms are nice and I really appreciated all the little things they did, like providing hand warmers, a tray for my snow covered shows to dry in and the pocket tissues. There's no fridge but the window shelf makes an excellent alternative. I was staying there with Inghams with half board so the next section may differ for you if this isn't what you're doing. The breakfast was basic but in my opinion spot on for someone who loves skiing. It was healthy with lots of fruit, muesli, yoghurt, fruit juice as well as bread and cold cuts with cheese. The coffee could have been better. Dinner was very varied and decent in terms of flavour. Mostly primi and secondi as you can imagine but they had a really excellent pizza night from the connected restaurant. The best thing about the hotel was the people, especially the family (I'm presuming here) that ran the place. They were really friendly, decent hard working people and I'm very grateful for the effort they went to to make sure I had a great holiday. If you are staying with Inghams, their rep Oana is amazing. She sent us all daily WhatsApp updates with the snow conditions, along with guides, tips and suggested ski itineraries. I've read the bad reviews. They're not deserved.

09/09/2024: Gluten Free / Celiac / Gluten Free Very nice room Perfect location Before arriving I asked the property if they had gluten-free alternatives for breakfast and they said yes, once it was time for breakfast I could eat fruit, crackers, madeleines, fruit juices and jams.

18/03/2025: Cheese fondue just so-so. Not at good as the one we had in Zurich. Pizza is good.

02/03/2025: Cibo molto buono, forse un po’ troppo caro per l’effettiva materia prima, ma è un ristorante tipico e autentico quindi ne vale la pena. Personale molto gentile, tranne una, un po’ “spocchiosina” (la signora mora), ma pazienza, lavorare con le persone non è sempre semplice. Ci hanno offerto un Genepì fatto in casa buonissimo!

17/01/2025: Terrible hamburger. Worst I have ever eaten and served with complete indifference and lack of apology. Burger was dry, chips undercooked and none of the advertised onions.

13/01/2025: Peccato per la puzza interna forse dovuta alla calca di gente. Il locale sarebbe molto carino il personale simpatico i prezzi onesti ed anche gli stuzzichino non male.

02/03/2025: Ogni volta che siamo a Cervinia torniamo qui ed è sempre una garanzia! Locale accogliente ed elegante, proprietari e personale gentilissimi. Ottima scelta di piatti, tutti di grande qualità. Consigliatissimo!

02/02/2025: We had high hopes with decent reviews and a location off the main street - but sorry to say we were disappointed. First impressions raised some flags - we arrived without a reservation and were told that the restaurant was fully booked but when I looked surprised by the number of empty tables the lady changed her mind and said that actually we could be accommodated. The meal was OK, the service was OK, the general ambience was OK - hence giving an 'average' rating. The one positive was that they have a good wine selection.
