06/04/2024: Very good food, slow service (but I think it's typical of mountain places where people have the privilege of not having to rush), high prices (16 euros for a polenta with only cheese, although really delicious). Friendly staff, nice environment. Maybe they would say something to the parents who make their children (barefoot?) watch cartoons at the table... it's not respectful towards the other customers.

24/03/2024: Wonderful one-week stay for a snow vacation in February 2024. Clara, Ludovico, Deborah, Marina, Sergio, Pier, Maurice, Andrej and the entire high-performance, smiling and friendly team go out of their way to welcome you warmly and make you feel at home. Everything was so nice (from the room to the breakfasts with an exceptional choice, the delicious dinners, the cozy lounges, the fireplaces all over the hotel, the spa, the vinyl records and their turntables, the view on the Matterhorn, the shuttles immediately available, etc.) that we left the hotel and its hosts with immense regret, promising that we would return as soon as possible. 21/03/2024: Have been there about 25 times and that should probably say most about the qualities this hotel has. Excellent service, pleasant staff and good facilities. They also have one of the valley's best kitchens. Family run. Have been there for work and private.

28/03/2024: Very nice, very clean rooms. In my opinion the restaurant is the best restaurant in the area. We recommend. The family is nice and hardworking. It's a bit off the road, so it's a bit lonely in the winter. You have to drive to the ski areas. It is almost exactly in the middle of the gondola in Valtourneche and the cable cars in Cervinia. A recommendation just because of the restaurant.

20/02/2024: Piatti molto ricercati e ben fatti. La scelta del menù è un po’ ristretta. Consigliato per chi ama una cucina sofisticata ma sicurante di altissimo livello.

02/04/2024: Cuisine: excellent with a wide choice of inviting dishes. Service: professional, kind and pleasant without being intrusive. Environment: very welcoming, well-kept but at the same time relaxing and simple. Excellent quality/price ratio. Definitely worth trying if you are in Cervinia, you will most likely return soon like we did or at the next opportunity. Congratulations to all the staff, keep it up! Obviously highly recommended

17/03/2024: Buona la pizza e personale molto cordiale. Prezzi alti come in tutta Cervinia. Qui come da altre parti mi sembra inaccettabile fare pagare l’acqua da 0,75 lt 3,50 Euro. Personalmente non tornerò solo per questo.

16/03/2024: In my opinion the best apres ski in Cervinia, suitable for a young clientele, very fast staff even though the place was very crowded. I recommend, I will definitely return!!!

17/02/2024: Brilliant location in a lovely resort. Cervinia is not the most picturesque or lively village in the Alps but the surrounding mountains are stunning with great intermediate skiing. The hotel is ski-in/out and really well located at the top of the town. Even with the benefit of a couple of weeks of post-holiday reality to reflect, everything was wonderful. It manages to combine a modern laid back vibe with coziness and a really friendly family feel. The food is, without exception, fantastic. Generally nothing is too much trouble for the staff - for example they were always happy to give us a lift down to, and more importantly, up from the centre of the village even though it's only 5 mins. All this before I ended up in hospital for a scan with concussion (entirely self inflicted) - they couldn't have been more helpful to my wife, enquired about how I was getting on and laid on a great and much needed spread of food when we got back at midnight.

08/03/2024: Very nice service, variation of drinks and sweets. When ordering a drink you get free jar of chips :) Tip: great place if you have to wait for a skibus

06/04/2024: Wonderful experience in the heart of Valtournenche. This restaurant makes you feel at home, pampering your palate with dishes that make you travel with your mind starting from the revisited Aosta Valley tradition, up to the heart of Sardinia, the place of origin of chef Manuela. Even the eye wants its part and the elegant dishes and splendid period furnishings make the experience unique.
