25/06/2026: We visited this restaurant during a day in Cervinia. Since it was practically the only restaurant open in the area, we asked if we could have lunch and were told to come back in about an hour or an hour and a quarter. We returned at the indicated time and were seated within a few minutes. From that point on, a decidedly long wait began: we waited about 45 minutes to place our order. Water and bread arrived after about 20 minutes, while the wait for two platters and a portion of potatoes was even longer. The potatoes arrived only after the platters. Considering the simplicity of the dishes we ordered, the wait seemed excessive. We were told that the restaurant was full and that there was only one chef in the kitchen. We understand that there can be busy periods, but we believe that organizational difficulties should not be passed on to the customer. The location is nice, with a pleasant outdoor space, but overall it could be more refined. We also noted some cleanliness issues that could be improved, such as the bread baskets with flour residue. The service also didn't impress us. We noticed that at other tables, the products on the cutting boards were presented and explained, while ours were simply placed on the table without any description. The cutting boards also seemed rather small compared to our expectations, and we weren't particularly impressed with the quality of the products. Another aspect that left us perplexed was the menu. In the one we were given, I found no list of allergens or information regarding food intolerances. There was no information about the possible use of frozen products. There was also no list of drinks and soft drinks with their prices, and desserts were not included on the menu, making it impossible to know the selection and their costs. The most disappointing aspect, however, was the attitude we received when we reported the long wait times. Being told that the restaurant was full, that there was only one chef, and that it was the only restaurant open in the area didn't seem like an adequate reason. Being the only restaurant open can certainly explain the crowds, but it shouldn't justify sluggish service, long wait times, or poor communication with customers. Overall, we found the organization to be improvable, the wait times to be excessive, and the lack of customer service. Unfortunately, it was an experience that we weren't satisfied with and we're unlikely to repeat.

07/05/2026: Super cute, cozy little spot with both booth seating and bar seating depending on the vibe you’re going for. It feels more like a local hangout bar to grab drinks and watch a match or game with your crew, which gave it a really fun atmosphere. The owner also makes sandwiches, and they were honestly super yummy—simple, comforting, and exactly what we wanted after a long day out. Overall: cozy, casual, and a great place to post up for drinks and snacks.

08/04/2026: Well, I go there every day. I have my great friend Albert, who I talk to and is a friend. However, obviously Melanio is also a great person and friend, he knows how to do his job. Then there is Germana, a slightly introverted lady, but nothing to say, she knows how to do her job. I feel great here and I recommend everyone, if you come to Valtournenche, to go here and taste excellent sandwiches and exceptional dishes. I eat there every evening and the prices are excellent and the food is very fresh. I RECOMMEND IT!!!

04/04/2026: Slow service. Pasta with a little sprinkle of truffle is not worth the price. You will usually get a better experience in Italy, so I advise making a reservation elsewhere

18/05/2026: Excellent culinary destination on mountain in Plan Maison, Cervinia. The shrimp curry pasta was simply killa! Folks who didn't get it the first time, made sure to snag it the second time around. We celebrated a couple's 25th wedding anniversary there for a sumptuous lunch! On another occasion saw local folks tripping en masse celebrating some woman/man sibling's birthday with spirits being circulated via a decanter artistically shaped in the form of certain erogenous parts, was hilarious! Good spot, sun deck is excellent, got windy though so sitting closer to the structure better often than out on the edge of the deck. Matterhorn and high altitude peaks ring your visual horizon. Great spot! Best foodie place we were at in Cervinia, hands down...

26/04/2026: We returned after a few years of not being there, always a great place. As for a cheap restaurant, I've never been. But now it's reached absurd levels. Aside from the non-existent choice of dishes, just 5 dishes (and they even gave it a star 😆) and of the 5 dishes on the menu, one was even missing... the food was decent but not particularly good. However, the entry-level option requires you to choose a minimum of 2 dishes for €100. I also regret the markups on wines, which are a huge incentive to become teetotalers. At the end of the meal, the idea of ​​a limoncello even crossed my mind for a moment, but at €15 I preferred to preserve my liver health... It's also hard to understand how a plate of pasta for the child and a vanilla ice cream still raised the bill by around €80. Bottom line: I felt very cheated.

13/04/2026: A top experience! The restaurant is very welcoming and simple, yet striking with its wood finishes. The service and cuisine are top-notch; I really appreciated the availability of a fully vegetarian five-course menu.
