Very nice, very clean rooms. In my opinion the restaurant is the best restaurant in the area. We recommend. The family is nice and hardworking. It's a bit off the road, so it's a bit lonely in the winter. You have to drive to the ski areas. It is almost exactly in the middle of the gondola in Valtourneche and the cable cars in Cervinia. A recommendation just because of the restaurant.

Little pearl under the immensity of the Matterhorn. Comfortable, charming rooms and exquisite cuisine. Very smiling, attentive staff and generous with advice. Recommended, but shttttt don’t spread it too much, we want to keep it for ourselves 😉

We did not stay here but ate in the restaurant. Everything from top to bottom was excellent. Top notch service and the entire meal was delicious and prepared excellently by their team. The restaurant is elegantly cozy with a lovely fire to add atmosphere throughout. We definitely recommend and will certainly dine here again next trip! Cheers!

By far the best food experience in Cervinia. Everything is perfect, from the taste of the bread to every single plate. We had the panseta as a starter, the veal and the duck as main courses. The balance between every ingridient was very carefully chosen. Many thanks to the chef for us leaving the restaurant happy and smiling...

The best carpaccio in my life -)
A nice restaurant, well known for locals. I had a dinner with wine, carpaccio and veal as a main. Friendly service. There were also some chief presents like freshly baked bread (really really nice), and a small tasty plate, see photos.
I usually do not eat dessert but in this place it is a must and I was not disappointed. Such a lovely custom-made pear, it was delicious 😋
On top of that really nice wine selection, literally hundreds of options.

My review is exclusively about the restaurant because I did not stay.
After various culinary experiences in the area I can say that they are the only ones who offer a WORTHY vegan alternative.
We know that this is an area with typical products such as cheese and meat, but I was definitely tired of eating pasta with tomato sauce or simple polenta in every restaurant.
Being a lover of Asian cuisine, I really appreciated the references to some ingredients in the dishes, such as miso and shiitakes, the dishes are original and very good.
In the photo an appetizer with a trio of mushrooms processed in 3 different ways, with miso and pumpkin puree, tagliolini with aubergine cream, nettle and taggiasca, and also a little gem from the chef, a tomato soup in the shape of a cherry tomato with powdered olives.
A heartfelt thank you to those who had the desire to try a little harder and try something that wasn't only and exclusively typical!
