27/04/2025: Everything excellent, beautiful, romantic and suggestive place, excellent food, well presented, perfect service

24/04/2025: Good food, nice service, beautiful location. However, it was disturbing that they said they have no room on the telephone. Do we walked there got a table and the restaurant was only 3/4 fool. Not to nice.

13/05/2025: I was there on Easter Monday with my family. The weather wasn't the best but what can I say... wonderful location, very well-kept, kind and helpful staff. We plan to return for sure. Convenient parking (in front of the structure, even if small), not particularly expensive. I recommend buying tickets in advance to avoid possible queues, we also had lunch (at punta hellbronner), good and typical, with portions not particularly abundant but sufficient. An experience to try for sure!

18/04/2025: Selection of refined dishes worthy of the Michelin star, constantly varied with tasting menu proposals. Provided selection of native wines and local classics. Welcoming and courteous staff. Definitely not to be missed. Reservation required especially in high season.

22/03/2025: From Sanremo to Courmayeur is not a moment ... but it was worth it! A pleasant discovery ... traditional revisited with flashes of creativity! A pigeon to scream ... but no less the other dishes! An excellent cellar with more than honest markups! The staff is prepared and attentive! We will return very willingly! Thank you 🙏

22/04/2025: Very nice restaurant with very nice and friendly staff We tried the Sardinian specialties. Good but not excellent, the portion of the Sardinian fregola is a little small

15/04/2025: Cozy atmosphere, original restaurant choices, also vegetarian if desired. Super beautiful and cozy location. Only slept for one day (unfortunately), but super friendly staff, charmingly decorated and fantastic breakfast.

01/04/2025: Got invited for lunch and this place has the best view and food! Love it. Do plan ahead for parking for ask the hotel to help. Narrow street tricky for a fat G wagon ;)

20/03/2025: Definitely one of the best resort experiences we ever had in the Alps. When we made a reservation, we requested to have a room with Mont Blanc views, though it wasn’t available so we didn’t expect it. However, our check-in they surprised us to assign us a room with the Mont Blanc view. Such a perfect start and wonderful customer service right from the start. All of the hotel staff were wonderful and very friendly, and specially the front desk manager was very helpful and who made us the room assignment surprise. The breakfast was high quality and plentiful. We would definitely return to this resort if we ever return back to Courmayeur.

27/03/2025: Unfortunately our Valle d'Aosta polenta had a minimum of cheese, (practically invisible) certainly not comparable to the classic ones that are always well mixed and with well-dissolved fontina! Without flavour. I can't recommend.

04/03/2025: At the end of the cross-country track, the refuge welcomes you in the best possible position. Excellent food and at a good price.

17/05/2025: Wonderful experience. We chose two “together” menus of 6 courses, each one is an experience in itself. Among these, the risotto with tuna, the ravioli and the dessert were astonishing. The possibility of ordering à la carte is very interesting, allowing you to choose what to order without constraints. The restaurant also has an excellent selection of wines in which we were wisely guided by the advice of the waiter. We will definitely be back.

02/05/2025: Visited La Maison de Filippo in Entreves, Courmayeur, and it was a charming experience! This historic restaurant, open since 1965, has a cozy, rustic vibe with vintage decor that feels like stepping back in time. I tried the traditional Valdostan ravioli and polenta—tasty and authentic, though portions were smaller than expected. The staff was friendly but service slowed down when it got busy. Prices are on the higher side, but the Mont Blanc ice cream dessert was a highlight! Perfect for soaking up Aosta Valley’s atmosphere. Recommend for a unique dining experience!

20/04/2025: I stayed at the Baita Ermitage and I had a very good time. The property is well-kept, in a quiet location and with a beautiful view. The possibility of relaxing on the deckchairs outside is a plus that really makes the difference, especially on sunny days. An ideal place to disconnect and enjoy some quiet in the mountains.

15/04/2025: Very beautiful hotel in a twentieth-century romantic style, we only spent one night so we didn't use the services such as the gym and spa, nor the restaurant (closed for the end of the season), but judging by the quality and quantity of the breakfast that was served to us, I can only think that it was excellent! One aspect that pleasantly surprised us was the possibility of having a personalized menu for your 4-legged friends cooked by the restaurant chef, we didn't have our dog with us during our stay but it was a nice surprise. The staff was always very kind and helpful, we can only recommend this hotel and we do not rule out returning in the future.

19/03/2025: Abbiamo cenato qui una sera, e siamo stati obbligati a tornare. Piatti ottimi, location spaziale, gentilezza massima. Simpaticissimo e competente il maître Adam, ci è rimasto nel cuore! Il primo più buono che abbia mai mangiato: pappardelle al ragù di cervo (l’unica nota, porzione leggermente stretta). Consigliatissimo!

02/05/2025: Ottima cena nel cuore della Val Ferret. Ampia scelta e tutto di gran qualità. Servizio ottimo e attento. Ci siamo stati più volte provando piatti diversi e davvero tutto eccellente (forse solo la polenta valdostana non riprenderei, pur buona ma la preferisco di diversa consistenza) con alcuni piatti davvero top fra cui il risotto! Salumi e formaggi buonissimi per iniziare e ampia scelta per proseguire con sempre novità fuori menù. E pranzare o cenare con montagne di neve fresca a vista o con il sole estivo della Val Ferret è impagabile

06/04/2025: Nice restaurant a little outside Courmayeur. Efficient staff. A very sad note was the food which in almost all the diners' courses arrived lukewarm or cold. Dry and cold polenta. We took the tanning and the “discounting”. They were both cold and "untied. The dressing had the cheese that appeared like a giant, non-creamy lump. Difficult even to transfer to the plate because with the spoon you pulled out a single block. Inedible Aosta Valley steak. In fact, we took the tough, thick meat away for the dog. Not to mention the prices. Which for heaven's sake if you eat well you always pay willingly but if you eat like this you only get nervous. Question but then the "egg" as a starter is €20? Unfortunately we were very disappointed
