21/06/2026: This restaurant is a landmark in this area (I've been hearing it mentioned by my Valtopina family members since I was a child). Overall, it's the epitome of good, traditional cuisine, with classic, well-crafted service. Even though some details aren't perfect, I'd give it four stars. I would have expected them to turn on the air conditioning, even though we were just one family on the veranda. For the appetizer, I would have liked crispier bruschetta, a few more slices of cured meat, and other items like mozzarella and slices of bread with a kind of hummus weren't exactly exciting. The meat was good, it tasted like it was grilled, it was tender and digestible, and for me, that was the highlight. Both the truffle crostini and the truffle pasta, which I only tried at my partner's, seemed weak in flavor. But it's still better than eating black olives with 1% truffle like at other places.
