21/10/2024: Sono rimasta davvero colpito da questo ristorante, una vera sorpresa in un ambiente dove l'antico si sposa perfettamente con il moderno. La mise en place è curatissima, e il piattino del pane, con quattro varietà, è già un piccolo gioiello. Il titolare ci ha accolti con grande gentilezza, come se fossimo vecchi amici, dimostrando un'attenzione particolare alle nostre esigenze. Il menù, lungo il giusto, garantisce freschezza e qualità, con piatti che riflettono la stagionalità. Abbiamo iniziato con un formaggio caprino caldo, accompagnato da pere e noci, semplice ma incredibilmente buono. Il baccalà mantecato, servito con crema di hummus e spinaci, è stato uno dei migliori che abbia mai assaggiato. Per concludere, abbiamo assaggiato il dolce: uno zuccotto con ricotta e cioccolato, perfettamente equilibrato con l'Alchermes. Era dolce al punto giusto, per nulla pesante, e ha rappresentato la conclusione ideale per un pranzo perfetto. Ogni secondo piatto è servito con un contorno che varia in base alla stagione, offrendo un'esperienza sempre nuova. Anche i due ragazzi che aiutano in sala sono stati attenti e sorridenti, trasmettendo passione in ciò che fanno. In sintesi, un ristorante da consigliare senza riserve!

19/10/2024: È molto piacevole pranzare in famiglia in un ambiente così accogliente,elegante e originale. Il cibo è ottimo, abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo le tagliatelle al tartufo, gli agnolotti ripieni di cinghiale, lo stracotto di manzo accompagnato da uno sformatino di patate. Anche l' antipasto era buono e vario, i dolci classici tiramisù,zuppa inglese, zuccotto. I prezzi nella media considerando l' ottima qualità dei piatti. Torneremo volentieri

25/08/2024: I had lunch at the piadineria and I really, really appreciated the freshly prepared piadina: the difference with a packaged piadina is enormous. When paying, there was also a pleasant chat with the managers, originally from Rimini. And you can feel it in the piadina!

13/09/2024: Fantastic location close to Città di Castello in the high Tiber Valley region of Umbria. A luxurious XVIII century Villa hotel with a brand new swimming pool and outdoor restaurant with amazing food. Try the homemade fresh pasta and their own Grechetto wine. Ps. They have the own church so it’s a perfect place for weddings. Highly recommended!
