10/06/2025: Now a fixed point in the town of Tavernelle, a must for anyone who wants to have a nice dinner out. Excellent dishes from the first to the last, pizzas no less, a place with a warm and welcoming aesthetic. Busta himself is always present and involved in the business of the place, and the greeting is always nice. We will continue to return to our Locanda!

16/05/2025: Small place, a bit hidden, a treasure to be discovered. I generally don't like lentils very much, but I tried the ones on the menu as an appetizer (taken by those who were eating with me) and I ordered one for myself: exceptional is an understatement. Very good first courses, I didn't immediately listen to their advice on the wine and I was wrong. I then asked for what they recommended and I found it very good. Very kind and friendly staff, attentive and patient even with us who were a bit hesitant. Definitely a place to return to, if I lived nearby it would definitely be a regular stop. Thank you so much for the really delicious dinner.

05/05/2025: Locale accogliente e servizio cordiale. Il tagliere di salumi e formaggi è di qualità superiore ed estremamente abbondante. Da dividere in due o da gustare come piatto unico. Ottimo il primo con il tartufo nero di Norcia. Buono anche il sagrantino della casa. Prezzo in linea con la qualità dei piatti.

20/06/2025: Just stopped for lunch great service ans we were sat outside. Three had the picchi pasta wuth cheese and pepper and I had tagliatelli with ragu fllowed by a tartafu bianchi. Absolutely lovely thanks

30/06/2025: We had lunch on a hot day in the restaurant's porch. Upon our arrival, they immediately brought us a bowl of water for the dog. We ordered pasta with ragù and a plate of tortellini. The dishes were plentiful and tasty. The service was courteous. The outdoor area is welcoming and clean. Even the bathroom is meticulously cleaned. Prices are average - for two we spent about €48 (an appetizer, two first courses, water and coffee).

17/06/2025: Lunch with friends in this lovely place, well kept, cheerful and welcoming, the kind and prepared staff makes you feel welcome and recommends the various delicacies that are offered. Possibility of eating outside in the splendid garden, but if too hot better inside. I did not take photos of the second courses, but the lamb chops were special. My sincere compliments... 26/04/2025: Ho pranzato in questo locale due giorni fa. Dopo aver visitato la splendida Montefalco, noto il nome del locale….Il postaccio….di nome ma non di fatto. Ho mangiato benissimo . Strangozzi alla carbonara favolosi e stracotto tenerissimo….un profumo a cui non si poteva resistere. I prezzi sono molto convenienti e la qualità ottima davvero. Lo consiglio.

17/06/2025: I didn't find any meat or fish on the menu, only egg and vegetable-based dishes, greens and spices. Delicious and light dishes, carefully prepared from every point of view. They are very welcoming and the service is efficient (not too fast but, I suppose, it is due to the care of the dishes prepared each time, so it's fine if you are not in a hurry). The place is very nice, we ate in a sort of external corridor/warehouse; a little hot but there is enough draft even on the most sultry days. The place is very well-kept inside too. Reasonable prices and in any case adequate for the quality of the food served. Congratulations A stone's throw from the main car parks in the city. A reference to Gubbio

07/06/2025: Simply exceptional! From appetizer to dessert, a delight for the palate! Delicious raw materials and delicious combinations. The gnocchi with broad beans and pistachio pesto are delicious. I highly recommend the citrus crème brulé, TOP!😉

26/06/2025: i just loved this place. beautiful location - part inside, part in a small piazza and part in an alley. perfect service, excellent food. i had the out of the menu fiori di zucca that were probably the best i ever had, and the pigeon with strawberry coulis and the creme brule for desert. the somalier understood perfectly my taste and suggested me the most amazing Umbrian wine, with which i fell in love. the price is absolutely justified and i will certainly come back, hopefully soon! grazie!

22/06/2025: Beautiful and intimate place, kind and attentive staff. However, I feel like giving 3 stars because I found some incorrectness in my opinion. It is not our habit to ask the prices of everything before ordering, but if two glasses of welcome bubbles cost 15 euros per glass it would be nice of them to inform us. As well as off-menu appetizers, if their price differs greatly from the other appetizers on the menu it would be right to be informed, so perhaps to be aware that the tartare cost 28 euros. We ate well anyway, the dishes were well made, but still they do not justify the 115 euros spent per person (wine for 45).

07/06/2025: We had dinner in this very nice place. In the center of the historic center, the dishes were good and well-prepared. I recommend Tris of Tartare and Truffle Fondue. The staff is young, very courteous and easy-going. I also saw an excellent selection of wines that I did not have the pleasure of tasting, however. I recommend!

13/06/2025: Good pigeon, but, half a torregiano pigeon on a slice of bread, small portion, indefinable oil, Grechetto wine from a cellar that I know very well, being a sommelier, not up to par. I would not return. Answer me, language Italian please, I speak English. The pigeon good, oil a wine no good. The photos ????but what are you writing!!!,

02/06/2025: Cheerful and friendly staff. A great place for a quick and cheap lunch during a trip to Assisi. The food is above average for normal self-service restaurants.

02/07/2025: La Taverna de l’Arco is a charming place, characterized by a fascinating internal architecture and a refined setting that creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Located a short distance from the Piazza del Comune in Assisi, it is easily reachable during a walk in the historic center. The staff is friendly and immediately puts guests at ease. The food is good, prepared with quality ingredients and served with the right waiting times. Recommended!

21/06/2025: Typical Umbrian restaurant, great welcome and friendly staff, very good food. We ate 2 grilled meats, French fries, 1 dessert with vin santo, 1 excellent glass of local wine, 1 water and a coffee and we paid 62 euros. I really recommend it
