31/12/2025: We had dinner last night, a charming place with professional hospitality. For appetizers, we had a platter of wild cured meats and a cannoli with goat cheese and honey drops, and potato chips that were nothing short of fantastic. For the first course, homemade tagliatelle with hand-cut Chianina beef ragù, sublime. And to finish, their tiramisu with homemade ladyfingers, beyond words. They had to win the 4 restaurants competition. Well done, well done, well done.

21/09/2025: My husband and I wanted a one-night getaway from Rome, so we accidentally found this place and fell in love! A wonderful location immersed in the tranquility of the greenery, rooms resembling cozy and well-equipped mountain huts, always kind and helpful, a truly luxurious panoramic pool, a wonderful breakfast (which, fortunately, given the September weather, we enjoyed outside with a view of Assisi and Santa Maria degli Angeli!), and we took advantage of the Osteria Di Vin Porcello for a truly top-quality lunch on Saturday! Local, organic products, and ingredients from their own production (we even bought the amaro made with the leaves of their olive trees!). We're happy to have found a little corner of paradise where we can escape when we want a 100% relaxing weekend!

04/10/2025: We came based on a recommendation and tried to sample the ice cream twice without success. On both occasions, it was closed, even though Google indicated it would be open during certain hours. What a shame!

03/03/2026: I went to this place for breakfast for a week, and the croissants were excellent. I'm sorry to find it so awful. But the service is very slow, and one in particular doesn't serve guests even though there are waiting! It's a shame because the kindness that's missing and better service would be enough.

16/02/2026: Embarrassing service. With the place empty, the blonde lady at the counter forced us to serve ourselves. Without a tray, we brought coffee, water, and desserts to the table, under her annoyed gaze. Such behavior, without a shred of help or courtesy, is shameful. I've never seen such rudeness.

12/08/2025: Excellent truffle pasta, and delicious burrata salad! The waitresses were very nice and courteous, they provided excellent service!

19/11/2025: The staff is more rude and unfriendly than I've ever seen! I've never met people more annoyed about having to do their job. Don't order the fries with cheddar and bacon because they'll be able to see the seasoning from afar. I'd also like to tell the manager with the long, curly hair who yells at colleagues and customers that he needs to calm down, because if he's going to treat people like that, he doesn't even work there! I'll never go back to this dump again.

27/01/2026: Unfortunately, the experience didn't live up to expectations. Both the Nutella and pistachio croissants had very little filling, just a small amount in the center. It's a shame, because with a little more attention to the filling, they would certainly have been much more enjoyable.

27/01/2026: I bought a Nutella croissant, and whether by mistake or out of habit, there was barely a teaspoon of filling inside. More care is advised!

14/03/2026: Beautiful and welcoming place, recommended for a quick lunch. The food is decent, but could use a bit more emphasis on local flavors. I would definitely return.

15/11/2025: I ate there last Monday during my lunch break. The service was particularly rushed, especially by an older man (who was kind, but, poor thing, agitated and hurried. I appreciated his great effort, and it pained me to see how he was treated by the, I believe, much younger but rather upset cook). A second waiter, in my opinion, was incapable of doing this job because he was clearly lacking in empathy, unable to explain dishes or anything else, and inaccurate in his accounting and ordering. To make a long story short, I ordered a soft drink and an Umbrian ribollita, having little time and wanting a quick lunch. Seeing so much truffle advertised, I asked if a single truffle crostini could go with the ribollita, but only if it were possible, because I couldn't have managed any more. The older man said yes, and the less empathetic waiter simply confirmed that if I only wanted one: "Yes, but only if possible." The older man also insistently told me that even if I didn't want it, he should bring me water because it's included in the service charge. He brings it to me, but I still only drink the drink I ordered, also because, as I repeat, I'd been sitting for a maximum of 30 minutes and couldn't drink Coke and water. Moral of the story: a crostini divided between four (the portion should have included three crostini) on untoasted bread and a spreadable truffle sauce, a rather small ribollita (low-quality legume soup; I'm Umbrian and know the products), a can of Coke, and the bill (at least verbally by the young man, since he didn't give me a receipt with the details) also includes water: 30 euros. I ask why the water, I ask how a single piece of bread can cost 12 euros as a full portion when I had asked if that was possible otherwise I wouldn't have ordered it. I don't elaborate on the poor quality, but he, unconcerned and, I repeat, in a state of mind unfit for public use, continues to hand me a receipt. The only thing he tells me is that you have to pay for the water and that you asked for your own crostini. I pay, but obviously I politely point out that, given the presence of foreign tourists, they weren't really advertising our products and that, above all, they hadn't been fair to a fellow countrywoman, both in presenting low-quality dishes and in declaring one thing and then doing something else at the cash register. I'm saddened by the treatment the older waiter received from someone I believe was a chef (if we can call her that given the low quality of the food), which made me feel uncomfortable. However, I recommend helping the younger man because I don't see him as being centered and, above all, ruining the restaurant, which, in my opinion, unless there are unsuspecting foreigners, risks closing. I also recommend lowering the prices to at least match the low quality, or focusing on easier-to-prepare platters while increasing the quality of the ingredients, because that truffle was an insult to Umbrian cuisine.

05/01/2026: Hello. Today we had three special menus for €10 each, including a delicious plate of Norcina-style celery with sausage and white truffle sauce; a second course of two slices of roast pork with fries. Drinks not included. Two 500ml bottles of water for €2 each. I recommend it. Fast service, no delays. For those who want to eat without pretensions in a historic restaurant with ancient vaults.
