18/11/2025: Excellent pizza dough!! The toppings need updating; the sauce wasn't good, and the mozzarella was too cheesy. The fries were subpar. Poor quality, and the price was high. It's a shame about the location, which is excellent! I recommend it, it's a fantastic place. More quality for the price you're asking, cleaner, and more specialized staff.

15/11/2025: The food was excellent, but the wait was long. We waited an hour for the fried food and then another half hour for the pizza. I asked for a hamburger, but it wasn't there. I also asked for mayonnaise, but they completely forgot, and also for the Ascoli olives I'd previously ordered. The bill was fair, and the location is from the 1960s, reminiscent of a Spartacus site and resembling a soup kitchen.

02/01/2026: An unexpected place in the heart of Perugia... Welcoming and very knowledgeable staff. I drank the best hot chocolate, made by a friendly and cheerful guy who can make you forget a bad day...

01/01/2026: Unfortunately, I can't give less than one star. I was there a few days ago. The staff wasn't rude, but more so. If you want a course in rudeness, this is the place. In my opinion, there's no better Academy in Italy for training in rudeness and discourtesy. We sat down and waited 40 minutes just to order, then they brought our coffees, a total wait of 55 minutes. Lastly, as soon as they realize you're not from the area, they're racist. There was a black guy with us, and the waiter with piercings even dared to say if he came on the boat to Lampedusa. Tell me if this is polite; don't go there.

09/10/2025: Good morning, as a shop I can't say anything but you could make carts for dogs (not now. You're all attacking me) but here there are dogs inside the carts with nothing underneath. And then I have to put bread, cold cuts and the various shopping, it doesn't seem fair to me.

19/06/2025: This afternoon, I bought a small melon that at your checkout weighed 1.8 kg, in reality it thought 1 kg. Fix the scales instead of ripping people off.

22/09/2025: The gelato is fabulous, with a very detailed flavor selection. We also had a tray of almond, walnut, and chocolate pastries. I can only add that they are spectacular!

21/09/2025: Our experience at this establishment was unfortunately negative. The staff proved unprofessional and rude: when we asked for a non-alcoholic aperitif, we were met with judgmental attitudes and disapproving looks, as if an aperitif could only exist with alcohol. This was a misconception and disrespectful, given that in many establishments, it's perfectly normal to offer non-alcoholic options. The tables weren't adequately cleaned, and the service was disorganized, with orders being forgotten several times. The "aperitif" service was also particularly disappointing: a tiny container of chips, completely inadequate for expectations and the asking price. The prices, in fact, were high and unjustified by either the quality of the products or the level of service. This establishment has potential, but its management fails to convey care or respect for its customers.

25/11/2025: Our visit to Bar da Brozzi was painfully disappointing. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was so cold and unwelcoming that it felt like we had entered a place where tourists simply aren’t meant to exist. As visitors, we made a genuine effort to speak Italian out of respect for the culture and the country, yet even that was met with visible irritation and an attitude that made it clear our presence was an inconvenience. Not even basic courtesy was offered. The most telling moment was watching someone come in asking for money and receiving more patience and humanity than we did as paying customers. That alone speaks volumes about the priorities of this establishment. The food is irrelevant when the service is this openly hostile. We were so uncomfortable that we refused to return the next morning, despite already having paid for breakfast.If you value respect or even minimal professionalism, avoid this place entirely. For an actually pleasant and welcoming experience, go to Dolceamaro, where we went instead, and where hospitality still exists.

27/10/2025: Nothing special. If you want a proper meal, obviously go somewhere else. If you want something quick, it's an alternative. The service is fast. The food quality is comparable to that of a bar... so if you order lasagna, don't expect to get homemade lasagna for €7.

18/02/2026: It looked so nice, offering simple, tasty food. Imagine the complete opposite, with the addition of a relatively exorbitant price tag, including fake barbecue!

01/01/2026: Unfortunately, feeling hungry, we stopped at this roadside trattoria. If we'd read the reviews, we'd definitely have gone straight there... the prices were completely out of line with the quality of the food and quite unjustified. For example, the €12 slice of bread was clearly served with discount truffle sauce. Personally, I felt cheated. In those parts, opt for a decent, honest sandwich elsewhere.

19/08/2025: Never again! Inedible pizza, dry and hard, and the focaccias are incredibly salty, both in terms of the dough and the price. A focaccia split in half with three slices of salami costs €6, eaten on plastic chairs on the side of a road. The sign "sandwiches and stuffed focaccias" on the side of the road, a must for those coming from Marmore, is a decoy. Tourists passing by at lunchtime (as we were), attracted by the sign and since there are no other focaccia shops nearby, will stop and order, thinking the prices are reasonable, given the location and the products on display. (NOTE THAT THE PRICE IS NOT DISPLAYED!) At the end, they'll be surprised by the bill, as if they'd gone to eat at a restaurant! Extremely expensive, practically non-existent value for money. Terrible

19/08/2025: Terrible experience, don't go! We ordered pizzas and were served with extremely dry dough, with equally questionable toppings, all incredibly salty, but never as much as the bill! Three 8/10 cm long focaccias with three slices of salami for €18 (as if it were Cracco's bakery!), to be eaten on the side of the road on plastic chairs and tables! The pizzas (called pizzas, but calling them pizzas takes courage) were made with a dry, hard dough, poorly rolled out, and cooked to the point of being practically inedible. For those who think "we're in Le Marmore and therefore everything costs more," it's helpful to know that we paid the same amount in the center of Pisa with the Leaning Tower behind us, but we actually ate a slice of edible, delicious pizza sitting at a table outside. We were expecting a more down-to-earth and affordable place given the location, but we were wrong! Further along is the Conad, where lunch is definitely more edible and your wallet is safer!

11/01/2026: We'll definitely return. The rooms need renovations and the plumbing needs updating. The bathrooms are very dated and cramped. The room amenities are adequate. The breakfast service is good.

26/10/2025: 1 star because you can't put less socks that aren't mine behind the bedside tables insects in the lamp ice water... you couldn't open the windows because otherwise the bedbugs that were everywhere would get in

17/12/2025: Nice place, but terrible service and food... We weren't told what wine it was, nor were we shown the bottle. We weren't asked how cooked the meat was. We were served 2 cuts of steak. 2 side dishes, "sautéed vegetables with chili pepper," were 2 plates of broccoli. No comment. There are many other places in Cascia where the food is much better... look elsewhere.

02/06/2025: Tempi infiniti per l' ordinazione e comunque servizio disorganizzato al massimo. Primo arrivato con un capello poi comunque rimandato indietro. Nel complesso cibo discreto. Non lo consiglio in maniera decisa.

05/05/2025: Horrible servicio. No nos sentaron porque no teníamos reservas. Así que salí, hice una reserva en línea y volví y les dije que tenía reservas. Nos sentaron, pero estaban claramente molestos. Esto es a pesar de que el restaurante nunca estuvo más de 2 / 3 lleno. El servicio era extremadamente lento, sacaban las cosas a diferentes horas, etc. Además, la comida era promedio, en el mejor de los casos. No muy sabroso. Gran decepción.
