We only tried a few items, but I'll definitely be back to try more, perhaps the pizza, which I found very appealing. The owner is very friendly. Be careful on the road at night, as wild boars may be present.

28/07/2025: Non credendo alle recensioni che dicevano che il gestore era particolarmente maleducato e non faceva sedere famiglie con bambini, abbiamo provato ad andare comunque. Confermiamo che, nonostante ci fossero più tavoli liberi non ci ha fatti sedere accampando la scusa indicando i 3 tavoli vuoti "ci sono 3 persone che stanno parcheggiando". Fuori dal locale pieno di parcheggi liberi e nessuno è entrato nel locale nei 10 minuti successivi. Oltre che maleducato è anche mentoniera e non ha nemmeno il coraggio delle sue azioni, potrebbe scrivere "i bambini non sono ammessi".

05/06/2025: Siamo stati in questo locale e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Il ristorante è piccolino e non prende prenotazioni ma la domenica ci ha detto il proprietario che è abbastanza tranquillo ed apre alle 19 quindi se si arriva presto il posto c'è. Abbiamo preso solo la carbonara e devo dire che non l'ho mai mangiata così buona. Non abbiamo provato altro ma devo dire che ci tornerei volentieri anche per assaggiare altri piatti. Consigliato.

01/11/2025: As a tourist, I arrived at this pizzeria this evening, All Saints' Day, Saturday, at 7:30 PM, and I hadn't ordered. I asked if it was possible to have two pizzas to go (thinking I'd have to wait until at least 10 PM!), and the very friendly owner (I heard him called Maicol) told me that if I waited a bit, "he'll see if he can make them for me quickly." I waited... At 7:50 PM, my pizzas were ready! They arrived at the B&B where I'm staying still hot, and we ate them with gusto. Good, tasty ingredients, thin, crispy pizza. I would have preferred basil to oregano, but they put it already in the sauce, so that doesn't matter. I definitely recommend it. In my area, we say, "If you like it, you'll come back!" Well, if I were to return to Cannara, I'd definitely know where to get the pizza. Congratulations!

19/08/2025: The pool is located inside a sports center. I spent half a day there. The entrance fee is €5, which includes an umbrella and lounge chairs, which is good. The pool is large, the water clean, and the food selection at the bar is limited. There's background music, and the staff are friendly. The changing rooms are a bit run-down and could use a makeover.

17/08/2025: The place is neglected, with large umbrellas unwelded at the base and dangerous; in fact, they fell over in a light wind. The owner of the sports center is ignorant and aggressive. If you want to spend a nice day at the pool, there's the one in Nocera Umbra nearby... another level.

02/09/2025: I'm sorry because years ago I ate a truly exceptional pizza. A few nights ago, however, I tried to remove the sour mozzarella and eat what was left of the dough and I felt terrible. Guys, be careful, luckily I didn't buy the pizza for my children... I'm really so sorry... never again and I will definitely file a complaint with the relevant authorities about food and the expiration date is no joke!! He won't let me respond to his reply but I don't think I need to be careful at this point I should have brought the pizza back and let you eat it!! Or contacted the relevant authorities!!

The atmosphere was truly welcoming, and we were fortunate enough to meet Simone: a friendly and enthusiastic person. He was extremely helpful, sharing valuable tips on what to see in the city with us. It was a truly pleasant experience that made our evening even more special.

29/09/2025: The place is beautiful, which is why I gave it two stars. It's located in Montefalco's town square. The food is subpar. The platter features commercially available cured meats and cheeses, and the prosciutto is extremely salty. The grilled potatoes have never been grilled, and the vegetable crescia is tasteless. In the end, sitting in the square and a bottle of Sagrantino cost us around eighty euros. Bottom line: this is a subpar delicatessen. Avoid.

10/12/2025: Descending to the left of Assisi's Piazza del Comune, with the fountain behind you, into a nearby alleyway—Via Giotto, to be precise—you enter a delightful, timeless restaurant. Stepping through the single pointed-arch entrance door transports you back to the Middle Ages. It's no coincidence that the restaurant is called Osteria dei Priori. The place is welcoming and warm, beautifully furnished, with carefully measured red walls alternating with stone. We dined in an alcove, protected by soft lighting. We couldn't be happier to have dined here; we ate wonderfully. Roberta, I think that was the name of the young woman who welcomed us so kindly, even spent a pleasant time with us, as there were no other tables to attend to at the time. The appetizers were out of this world for both of us... a seasoned and marinated Fassona beef tartare and a thinly sliced ​​veal with tuna sauce, both delicious. We then chose a first course to share between two: tagliatelle with mushrooms and saffron, guinea fowl with truffles, and a side of grilled vegetables. Everything was truly excellent. I don't remember the wine we chose, but in this area, you can never go wrong. Probably a Montefalco red, although I'm not sure. Go and you won't be disappointed. Good prices.

02/09/2025: The problem isn't the place, it's not the food, it's the staff! I know it's difficult to handle the public, but the waiters who themselves tell you to arrive at 9:30/9:45 PM find seats for three people, and you arrive at that time with a smile, kind and very polite, mentioning that they spoke on the phone and tried to make a reservation, but they told me there was no need for a reservation and to just show up, there was room. In the end, they show up with arrogance and superficiality. The behavior of the managers/waiters themselves makes the place.

28/11/2025: We visited this restaurant during Eurochocolate week. The place is comfortable and well-kept. The menu is varied, with excellent food quality. My only criticism, if I may, is that the owner should welcome customers with a smile. Customers should feel welcome. That said, I recommend it.

17/10/2025: Historic restaurant located in the city's most beautiful square. The welcome was unprofessional, as was the service: they were generally inattentive and rude. On the other hand, we were fortunate to be seated with very kind and welcoming locals. The food was exceptional! Overall, I consider the experience positive.
