06/05/2025: We went to the Schloss Rametz restaurant for the first time two weeks ago based on the recommendation that we definitely try the tartare. In addition to the tartare, we chose two daily recommendations: on the one hand, there were homemade gnocchi goat cheese with pulpo and, as the main course, grilled tuna steak on a pea cream that was slightly spicy with wasabi. All dishes were excellently prepared and seasoned. The wine recommendation also completely convinced us! Passarina wine from the Marche! The friendly, very attentive service and the good advice together with the first-class preparation and quality of the food were a highlight of our stay in Meran! We were thrilled, can definitely recommend the Rametz and will definitely come back! Warm greetings from Germany!

I would particularly like to highlight the friendly staff who responded to requests and made the visit really pleasant. Plus a very good Aperol Spritz and good music ;) We'll definitely be back! 28/05/2025: A visit to Café Wandelhalle in Merano is a standard part of our itinerary whenever we're in South Tyrol. The service is always friendly and attentive, without exception. You can sit comfortably by the river (with the wonderful background noise) or under the arches and watch the passersby strolling by. They offer small snacks and drinks, and you can easily spend an entire day here with a good book.

12/05/2025: We tried this pizzeria by chance, we are on holiday and this pizzeria is close to our hotel. The place is super nice and the staff is efficient, fast and above all very kind. The pizza was delicious, we were extremely happy.
