16/09/2025: Excellent small cafe and jazz bar where locals hang out but just minutes from the main tourist sights. Two filled focaccia and beers cost a little over 20 euros.

19/09/2025: This was our second time at the Fink – and it was another highlight. The hotel has been stylishly renovated, the rooms are high-quality and quiet, and the small spa area is a great place to relax. I'd especially like to mention the breakfast: in my opinion, the best hotel breakfast ever – fresh, regional, and simply outstanding. We can also highly recommend the restaurant. The cuisine is creative, regionally influenced, and perfectly seasoned. The Wiener Schnitzel, the veal loin, and the freshly baked bread are particularly memorable. The ambiance and service are stylish, friendly, and professional. The prices are on the high side, but the quality and experience fully justify it. For us, one of the most beautiful places in Brixen – we'll definitely be back.

18/09/2025: Paying €3 per person for the set... yes, there's bread and cream cheese, but I didn't order that. €17 for 6 slices of bacon is unfortunately too expensive for me.

17/07/2025: Everything was wonderful! The room was very nice and comfortable—perfect for our family with two children. The breakfast was delicious and varied. Mr. Gummerer was very friendly and incredibly nice; thank you for everything! We'd love to come back.

24/04/2025: Very familiar, beautiful view No matter where I have traveled, nowhere has it been as beautiful as here. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed during our time, I've only heard good things about their food but I'll definitely be back here if I go to South Tyrol. Very cute, great animals. The perfect place to switch off. And if something happened or we had questions, someone was there to help straight away

08/09/2025: We wanted a quick bite to eat for lunch and discovered the Finsterwirt restaurant. It's located on the first floor with a beautiful terrace overgrown with Virginia creeper, allowing you to sit in the shade as well as comfortably. The atmosphere is wonderful and the location is beautiful. We ordered the spaghetti with octopus from the lunch menu. It was an absolute delight, as was the dessert. The service from the staff was excellent. Always present, but never intrusive. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely eat there again.

21/09/2025: We reserved a table for four people. The ambiance itself looks modern and new. The service was friendly, but extremely inattentive. Our order arrived after a long wait, and the dishes lacked flavor. I opted for the dumplings, which were cooked far too long and thus had an unpleasant texture. The portion sizes were also rather meager for the price paid. The impression that the focus here is on quantity over quality was reinforced by the overall mediocre quality of the food. Unfortunately, I can't recommend "Alpenrose" – there are better alternatives nearby.

27/09/2025: We stayed at this hotel for three nights on our way to the Adriatic Sea. The hotel is dog-friendly and has beautiful rooms with fantastic views. The review is based on value for money. The wellness area is good, the food is excellent, and the staff is very friendly. A special mention should be made of every wine available by the glass. This allows you to choose whether to drink a bottle over one or two days or to choose a wine to accompany your meal each day.

26/09/2025: A pleasant, family-run hotel with tidy rooms, excellent service, and excellent cuisine. Highly recommended, even for motorcyclists.

11/10/2025: Today around 6 p.m.: no greeting, no service, not even drinks. The owner tells us to go somewhere else. Even though there are almost no customers there. He has nothing... The positive reviews are incomprehensible.

The truffle pasta and sauce, in particular, were far too heavy. Some of the fish was too dry. A shame!

21/09/2025: I visited here three times during my stay in Bressanone, and it was excellent every time. The menu offers a wonderful selection of meat and vegetable dishes, soups, and side dishes. You choose your main course and side dishes (various rice and pasta variations) separately, allowing you to customize your meal to your liking. The ingredients are fresh, the dishes are subtly seasoned, and the portions are the perfect size. The prices are absolutely fair. The mixed baked vegetables (zucchini, carrots, and onions in wonderfully crispy batter) are a must. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I'll definitely be back!
