26/09/2025: This visit was my first exposure to the crazy prices of South Tyrol, so it wasn't particularly positive at first. However, since I subsequently found it to be consistent with other establishments, I don't feel like penalizing it further, as the experience was still positive. A nice place, found in the morning full of workers having breakfast. The girls were kind, smiling, and efficient. Good coffee.

02/09/2025: Really nice staff here. We just stop by since it is near highway, they were very pleasant in both English and German, they give our dog bowl of water and prepare for us hot water that we can warm up jar for our 8 month old baby. Food was also fresh and tasty, place is full with locals, so that is always good sign.

15/11/2025: We were "only" in the restaurant and were very impressed by the great atmosphere, the attentive service, and of course, the food! Highly recommended!

15/11/2025: We stayed at Fink Suites for three nights as a couple and were absolutely thrilled. The rooms are beautiful and have everything you could wish for. They are lovingly furnished, beautifully lit, and the spa area is also excellent (small but perfectly formed!). The service and hosts are very friendly and attentive! The location right in the heart of the old town is an added bonus – thank you so much!

20/11/2025: For me, the most beautiful restaurant in Brixen. The service was perfect, we drank wonderful wines, and the menu was sophisticated. Unfortunately, the portions, for example in the four-course menu, were too small; you don't necessarily feel full. It's a shame they no longer focus on classic South Tyrolean cuisine but have followed current trends. The dishes were very good, but you should definitely feel satisfied for 80 to 100 euros. Overall, though, a great experience.

08/11/2025: A very expensive restaurant with outdated decor. The waiter was very friendly and professional. They had a great wine list with exquisite wines. Due to the poor value for money, we wouldn't return.

19/11/2025: A wide variety of food, including burgers, pizza, pasta, and blowouts, all tasty but somewhat pricey. It was very busy on a Tuesday evening.

05/11/2025: Extremely overpriced. (Burgers, wraps €20?????) Edit: I actually often give 1-2 stars, but I usually only leave a review if something really bothers me or the quality is simply poor. I'd be happy to meet up and have them explain to me how a burger can be worth €20 when I can get significantly better burgers for much less.

09/11/2025: A beautiful hotel perched high up with panoramic views; the room and hotel were spotless. Swimming pool and spa available. Wonderful, sophisticated cuisine. If you're in the area, it's well worth a visit.

29/10/2025: We stayed at the hotel for three nights and didn't want to leave. I've never experienced such cheerful, attentive, warm, and helpful staff in a hotel before. Every tip, whether for a hiking trail, shopping, or excursion, was exactly as we had hoped. The cleaning staff is invaluable; they clean the rooms incredibly thoroughly every day. And I especially want to commend the chef, as we are vegan, and they completely accommodated our requests, even though it's not a vegan-friendly hotel. At no point was it a nuisance, which, unfortunately, we've experienced before. A thousand thanks for this wonderful time! We'd love to come back.

05/11/2025: As a large group of friends, we meet at a different location each year for Törggelen (a traditional South Tyrolean autumn feast), and this year we chose the Aichnerhof farm tavern. After this experience, we probably won't be changing locations in the future, as we've rarely had such an incredibly wonderful experience. From the superb food and excellent wine to the incredibly warm, friendly, and attentive service, absolutely nothing was less than perfect. It's truly amazing how even special requests, such as vegetarian and lactose-free diets, were handled so naturally and with such care. Normally, in such cases, you'd just be served some kind of frozen vegetable, but here the team was incredibly attentive to each individual, considering what they might enjoy and creating or modifying dishes to ensure they were a perfect fit. The atmosphere was excellent. Not too big, not too small, and the perfect Törggelen ambiance. We're already booking for next year and can wholeheartedly recommend the Aichnerhof. Dear Messner Family. You guys are amazing! Thank you so much and see you next year!

16/10/2025: The best pizzeria in Brixen! My absolute favorite is the pizza burrata – simply perfect. Beautiful location, ideal for couples or families. Very child- and dog-friendly, you feel completely welcome. We love coming back!

15/10/2025: Me and my friends were on our way from Italy to Innsbruck. We got there at night for dinner, and the atmosphere was awesome. We ate inside, and the building looked super old but was really well kept, giving off a cool vibe. We ordered a bunch of different pizzas, and everything was amazing. For drinks, we got a cappuccino and a hot chocolate, both of which were delicious. For dessert, we had tiramisu, which was just okay. I'd totally come back here again to chill with my friends and enjoy the cozy vibes, especially for some beers when I'm around.

13/10/2025: Visually, the Alpenrose makes a very good impression – the ambiance is truly lovely. Unfortunately, the food couldn't keep up: rather bland and unimaginative in taste. For the price, one could have expected more. The young waitress was polite, which somewhat salvaged the overall impression. Overall, it was rather mediocre.

21/09/2025: I visited here three times during my stay in Bressanone, and it was excellent every time. The menu offers a wonderful selection of meat and vegetable dishes, soups, and side dishes. You choose your main course and side dishes (various rice and pasta variations) separately, allowing you to customize your meal to your liking. The ingredients are fresh, the dishes are subtly seasoned, and the portions are the perfect size. The prices are absolutely fair. The mixed baked vegetables (zucchini, carrots, and onions in wonderfully crispy batter) are a must. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I'll definitely be back!

08/11/2025: We had the five-course menu. I found four of the courses to be very high quality. The mousse in the dessert was too sweet for me, but I thought the rest of the dish was very good. We really enjoyed the suggested wine. I'm already looking forward to Brixen again :-)
