10/07/2025: A very nice little restaurant. It's tucked away in a small alley, in a lovely courtyard. We had focaccia, homemade lemonade, and a non-alcoholic craft beer. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. If you're in Brixen, you have to go here!

21/08/2025: In this restaurant, everything draws inspiration from an ancient monastic culinary art. I personally ordered a slice of veal with a side of potatoes. Everything was prepared with fresh, organic ingredients. The waiters were all very kind. I really appreciated that they provided many explanations on how the dishes were prepared. The only small flaw is that the slice should be made slightly thicker and the breading improved because it crumbled. However, I am very satisfied! I will definitely be back.

19/08/2025: Hidden away in an alleyway in Brixen's old town, the entrance to this restaurant's gardens and terraces is hard to imagine. The cozy atmosphere created by the Virginia creeper covering the terraces immediately makes you want to stay. The courteous and stylish welcome continues this initial impression. As for the menu, it's a wonderful discovery with delicious and superbly presented dishes. Veal sauté on mashed potatoes and a bed of chanterelles surrounded by a green sauce... A melt-in-the-mouth delight! Followed by candied strawberries macerated in a strawberry cream and a basil ice cream that will surprise you. Identified by Gault & Millau, it's remarkable! The white wine from the monks of the Novacella Abbey, 2km from Brixen, envelops everything with very floral and citrus aromas. What a magnificent discovery! And a waiter with a sweet tooth...

15/08/2025: We left from Villabassa to reach Neves Lake. From there, we climbed up to the refuge. The hike was a bit difficult but beautiful, among the cows and streams. Once we reached the refuge, we sat down to eat; it's run by very friendly young people. We recommend trying it once in your life.

14/08/2025: CAI trip, even though we were a large group, we were welcomed and looked after in a scrupulous and friendly manner. The young and helpful staff, very knowledgeable. A wonderful experience.

21/08/2025: Nice place, especially the internal garden. The wait for the food was short, and there was a lot to choose from, perhaps even too much, since they have everything. The pizza was good and satisfying, as were the burgers. They were very good, although they didn't fill me up enough, but it was worth trying. The desserts are also recommended; I particularly enjoyed the chocolate mousse with raspberries, and the presentation was beautiful.

20/08/2025: We had a sandwich and cruasán with a burger, which were truly excellent. It's a shame that the lunch menu isn't the same as the dinner menu, which, as I've read, offers more options.

25/08/2025: Unfortunately, we were not at all satisfied here. The restaurant was very busy on a Friday evening, and the service was completely overwhelmed. As a result, the food took a long time to arrive, and I had to ask several times if they had forgotten us. The quality of the food was perhaps adequate for the extremely low prices, but it wasn't particularly tasty. Rice as a side dish costs extra. Overall, however, you're full for €20, including drinks. The ambiance was certainly not pleasant; it was extremely loud, the table was sticky, and it felt like a mass-processing operation.

09/08/2025: A distinctive restaurant specializing in meat and steak. However, they struggle with the precision of the grilling. Expensive. I recommend it to steak connoisseurs, but ask for it to be cooked above your liking. The salad is very good.

05/05/2025: About 20-25 minutes walk from the center of Bressanone (uphill) there is this farm surrounded by nature with a wonderful view of Bressanone and the valleys... we were immediately welcomed by the very kind and helpful waiters (unlike what I read from other reviews)... we tasted various dishes such as a platter with speck cured meats and different types of cheeses, some of which were very particular... accompanied by different types of bread, one of which was fennel. very good. We then had an excellent goulash soup and a trio of first courses with spinach dumpling, some crescents (I don't remember the exact name) again filled with spinach and a cheese dumpling. Homemade first courses excellent as is all their cuisine. The dish with speck eggs and potatoes is also excellent. For desserts we took a Bavarian cream and a chocolate pudding with cream and strawberries, good (especially the cream) but not at the level of the savory dishes. Mixed platter, goulash soup, trio of first courses, eggs with speck and potatoes, two desserts, 2 bottles of water and a half of wine 78 euros.

31/08/2025: I was here for lunch yesterday on my trip to South Tyrol and it was fabulous! The staff were very nice and the food and wine delicious. I would definitely recommend you give it a try!

29/08/2025: I was blown away by the quality of service here and was pleasantly surprised by the local cuisine served here, which was the perfect mixture of Italian and South Tyrollean flavors. The bartender, David, makes amazing cocktails and matcha lattes! Highly recommend 10/10
