30/05/2025: Restaurant Review (visited in 2023) The food was really delicious, but the prices are correspondingly high – you definitely pay for quality. The staff was friendly, but lacked professionalism. The wait for the food was relatively long. The restaurant is very small and cramped, with an estimated 10 small tables. In summer, you can eat outside in front of the restaurant. Conclusion: Delicious food, but expensive, and with longer wait times. Staff friendly, but unprofessional. Okay for a small venue, but nothing more.

10/05/2025: I've wanted to go to this restaurant for a long time and I went today (Saturday) for lunch. We were welcomed very well by the owner. The place appears refined and with attention to the smallest details. We received all the attention possible and once we had chosen from the menu, varied and truly full of tempting and innovative dishes, obviously focused on sushi and Japanese cuisine, we ordered. We chose various dishes so we could try a bit of everything. We were truly impressed by the care and skill with which the dishes were prepared and the ingredients chosen. If you imagine a classic sushi restaurant (or an all you can eat) then you are wrong! The detail becomes the focus and every single thing is designed to create a jaw-dropping whole. I never imagined trying something new despite the simplicity of the products (of the highest quality). Highly recommended for those who love Japanese/sushi cuisine but with an edge!

Mangiato un canederlo in brodo e una insalata di cappuccio con lo speck. Acqua, caffè e un bicchiere di ottimo Chardonnay in quantità finalmente dignitosa. Prezzo euro 22 cad. Servizio puntuale e cortese. Consigliato👍

23/05/2025: Good place, right in the city center with good food. Commendable that despite the location it offers good quality food and well cooked. Fair prices, except for a few dishes but you can't complain too much. Only note or suggestion, the menu.. right not to have a too wide offer but in case the dishes of the day don't like ... The second courses are mostly game and so if you don't like it, you're left with not too many alternatives. Maybe a 2 of non-game meat would be appreciated.

30/01/2025: A gem of a restaurant with incredibly kind staff! My friend and I visited last July and were unfortunately running late to our reservation - they held our table even as they were about to end lunch service which was beyond kind of them! Our food was delicious, honestly best pasta I've ever had - thank you! :)

04/06/2025: Our first stay over Ascension Day here in the Bolzano region and at this campsite. We received excellent service right from the reservation and felt welcome. This continued upon arrival and throughout our entire stay. The service, including the small shop and the freshly baked rolls, is excellent. We can also recommend the restaurant. The outdoor pool is a wonderful and welcome refreshment. We particularly praise the restroom facilities. They are modern, functional, always clean, and designed with great attention to detail. And with the tourist card and a 50-100m walk to the bus stop, you can travel around the region for free. We'll be back!

03/06/2025: Campground with the best facilities ever... Plenty of shade, water provided at each pitch, Quiet atmosphere, delicious pizza, friendly staff, super clean showers and restrooms, Everything is perfect!

19/05/2025: We left Rome to arrive in Bolzano and discover this restaurant/pizzeria, where they serve spectacular Neapolitan-style pizzas. We discovered this place thanks to some relatives and friends from Bolzano and, every time we go up here, we make at least one stop at Al Cantuccio. It's impossible to say which pizza is preferable. They are all truly exquisite, starting with the REGINA, with tomato, basil, buffalo mozzarella and ricotta-filled crust. Also noteworthy is the welcoming and refined environment and the attentive and friendly service of all the staff. SINCERE CONGRATULATIONS TO EVERYONE❣️

18/05/2025: Very good pizza, excellent toppings too, light and well-leavened dough, not one that forces you to drink liters of water during the digestive phase. For a Saturday night and a full place, the waiting times were minimal. Courteous and helpful staff. Pets allowed. Truly compliments.
