05/05/2026: Perfect for families. Ten of us went to Uva Bianca, sitting at a single table in the garden. Delicious pizza and superb traditional South Tyrolean dishes. Fast and attentive service, even when the place was packed. The kids enjoyed their meal, and we adults even more so. The price was fair. A top recommendation.

We even had to pay 4 euros for water! The price-performance ratio was unfortunately not satisfactory.
Since everything was so expensive, you naturally expect something great. The food wasn't bad, but the prices were too high.

01/05/2026: Stepping into the restaurant immediately transported me back to my childhood. The restaurants looked exactly like this when I used to eat out with my parents, and I'm almost 60 now 😅 back to the 80s!
The food was good, but the portions were quite small. I had asparagus dumplings on a bed of lamb's lettuce. Unfortunately, there was hardly any lamb's lettuce on the plate; instead, it was the kind of mixed salad you always buy pre-packaged with spinach, radicchio, etc. I really should have complained right away… In any case, we weren't impressed with the value for money or the atmosphere.

The quality and price of the pizza were phenomenal.
I've rarely eaten so many pistachios at once!

16/11/2025: Amazing find in Bolzano! Excelente servicio y la comida... Exquisita! If you are in the area, and you are craving something different or flavors from home (if you are hispanic) this cafe is a MUST stop... The food was truly perfect! I will absolutely go back on my next visit to Bolzano.
