19/10/2025: We stayed in the ground floor apartment Theo with our child and dog. The apartment is very well maintained, and the owners are super friendly and take great care of their guests and the farm and its spacious garden. We felt very comfortable at the Krösshof and can wholeheartedly recommend the accommodation – thank you for your hospitality!

01/10/2025: We've been here for years, preferring the top apartment. This one has one advantage: a small balcony with a view towards Bolzano, and a terrace on the other side with a view of Merano. You should be able to climb stairs easily, as the steps to the upper floor are higher and the ceiling lower. But otherwise, everything is wonderful: fresh rolls hang on the door handle in the morning and fill the entire house with the aroma, the supermarket is within walking distance, the Adige cycle path is right in front of you, and so on...

20/09/2025: One of the most beautiful refuges I've ever visited! The view is breathtaking, and the peace you breathe is truly rejuvenating. The food is delicious and meticulously prepared, as is the interior. The atmosphere is warm and spotlessly clean (including the bathrooms, which is never a given). The service is excellent; it feels like being at home among family. It's easily accessible by car, but I honestly recommend leaving your car in the lower parking lot, about 1 km away, and enjoying the easy walk to the refuge.

12/09/2025: We stayed at Hotel Fai the first week of September because my children were participating in a gymnastics camp at the Palazzo dello Sport, which is right across the street. It was our second year here, and every time we return, we feel like we're part of the family. The food is excellent, the rooms spotless, the service excellent, and the staff truly exceptional! We can't wait to return.

15/10/2025: We always enjoy visiting this bistro. It has a simple interior, there are outdoor tables, and the food is fresh, down-to-earth, and sometimes sophisticated, using good ingredients. Therefore, you may have to wait a bit longer. There are daily specials on a blackboard, and many locals come here. We'd be happy to return.

10/10/2025: The best cuisine in South Tyrol! A good selection of dishes with a special twist. Coke and Fanta are nowhere to be found, but there are great lemonades and juices. We'll definitely be back!! The best dumpling selection!

Everyone was excellent, from the front desk to the dining room staff, from the beautician to the bar staff. Our special compliments to the waiter Antonio for his kindness and professionalism. 26/10/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A wonderful stay – highly recommended! I was absolutely thrilled with my stay at this hotel. I would particularly like to highlight the beautiful wellness area: The rooftop pool with its view of the surroundings is simply stunning, and the indoor pool was also mostly pleasantly empty – perfect for relaxing. The sauna area is very well-maintained and truly invites you to unwind. The food was excellent: regional, high-quality cuisine with three different menu options in the evening, a delicious afternoon snack with plenty of cakes, and a very healthy, varied breakfast. The drinks selection also leaves nothing to be desired – the cocktails were great, the beer excellent, and the menu generally very extensive. The hotel itself is in a quiet location and ideal for relaxation. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive – their every need was practically anticipated. My room was always clean and lovingly decorated. A real highlight was the whirlpool in the room – with 38-degree warm water, pure relaxation! Overall, the atmosphere is very pleasant and intimate. If you're looking for peace, quiet, and relaxation, this is the place for you. The only minor drawback: To get to the sauna area and the indoor pool, you have to walk right through the hotel – a bit inconvenient, especially in a bathrobe. Furthermore, there's unfortunately no service staff in the spa area. It would be nice if someone would stop by occasionally – maybe once an hour – to take orders. Nevertheless, overall, this is a wonderful hotel that I can wholeheartedly recommend. I'll definitely be back!

25/10/2025: We visited Avidea for our honeymoon and without a doubt, it is one of the best places we have ever had the pleasure of staying at. If you are considering travelling to South Tyrol, Avidea is a must, our only regret is not staying longer. The hotel is perfectly located with an incredible view from every angle, whilst also being close to a town as well as lovely hike options and vineyards. The room, facilities, and the food was all incredible. All of the staff went above and beyond to make sure we felt special on our honeymoon, it truly was an incredible stay. The flowers in the room were some of the most beautiful flowers we had ever received. We loved the chocolates, strawberries champagne included in the honeymoon package and little touches they had incorporated to make it as memorable as possible. We honestly can’t fault a thing and would highly recommend Avidea to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat. We really hope to return in the future.

17/10/2025: The rooms are modern and beautifully furnished. Everything is well-maintained and in top condition. The service is friendly, courteous, and attentive, but by no means intrusive. The food is very good and leaves nothing to be desired. There's nothing to say about the location other than PERFECT!

09/09/2025: This is a review for the restaurant. The food is delicious and non-hotel guests have an a la carte menu with good variety to choose from. The highlight was the service though - we had an amazing very friendly and helpful waiter. Disappointed not to have had time to go back!
