This was our second stay at this hotel, and the experience was simply extraordinary in every way. The room was gorgeous, spotlessly clean, with impeccable towel changes and twice-daily housekeeping: it was a real treat to return in the evening and find everything perfectly put together. A special thanks to the dining room staff: I have a two-year-old daughter with celiac disease, and from my first conversation with the maître d', I sensed great preparation and attention. We always ate safely and with pleasure. The breakfast buffet is truly regal, with a myriad of top-quality options. The reception staff was also always helpful and friendly: they helped me manage some work-related obligations with great kindness. Finally, I was fortunate enough to have two spa sessions with an exceptional physiotherapist, Josefina, who helped me resolve a physical issue I'd been struggling with for months. A complete experience, filled with care, professionalism, and true well-being. We can't wait to return!
