05/07/2025: Do not go here! There was so much oil on the pizza that it almost fell apart from misery. The Aperol Spritz barely had any Aperol in it. The service was unkind and looked at us angrily. Even in the most accessible places, we had to take our plates and drinks ourselves.

23/06/2025: Brand new and very very beautiful Bistro!! Super welcoming staff and dishes that were nothing short of spectacular! We parked near Villa Strobele and then reached Arte Sella on foot in an hour. After visiting the park we stopped at the Bistro and we were super happy!

10/06/2025: There are places that make you slow down without even asking. At Albergo Lo Scoiattolo, that's exactly what happened! Hospitality here is not a word, but rather a way of being, of doing. Lara and her mother welcome you as you do with people you've known for a long time, that way that makes you feel immediately at home. The silence of the place is a precious ally. Around the woods, quiet and deep breaths. A place that I recommend to those who want to find tranquility and calm, between a walk in the woods and simple dishes (because the cuisine is also top-notch!) but well-prepared that speak of the territory and tradition. An experience to repeat.

14/07/2025: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was very well organized, the staff was friendly and professional, and the atmosphere was calm and welcoming. We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which made our experience even better the room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had a great view. The entire stay was smooth and relaxing. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and the quality of the service. Highly recommended, and we’d love to come back!

06/07/2025: Il locale è caratteristico ed è gradevole la terrazza esterna, personale un po’ troppo “veloce” per la location, eravamo a cena e il locale non era pieno, per cui ci sarebbe stato modo di curare meglio il servizio, invece sembravano tutti rincorsi da un cane rabbioso. Menu’ con poca scelta. Cibo che non lascia traccia, ma il conto parecchio! Eravamo stati diverse volte, qualche anno fa, e siamo rimasti un po’ delusi per la proposta della cucina e i prezzi lievitati.

24/06/2025: We visited the Pizzeria zur Brücke while on vacation, and it completely met, even exceeded, our expectations. Not only was there a great atmosphere with a fantastic view, but the food and service were also more than satisfactory! We had expected a higher price for such good food and were very pleasantly surprised when the bill arrived. We will definitely be back and look forward to our next visit!

16/07/2025: Beautiful hotel. We went there for a New Year's Eve ski week. Since we're a young couple, we don't recommend this place to young people looking for a bit of excitement on the last night of the year. There was no DJ or professional sound system... which, considering the cost of the week, would be appreciated. The dinner was very boring, always with no background music. Even though we had half-board, no one told us that New Year's Eve dinner was excluded (the quote stated it was one of the included meals) and that it would be an additional cost. Another flaw... we had a pet-friendly room, and one evening when we showed up with our dog, they didn't let us sit because the pet-friendly room was full. They never asked if we wanted to eat with our dog. Communication isn't the best, but the facility is truly beautiful. The spa is superb! The king-size beds are incredibly comfortable, the rooms are spacious. Everything is well-maintained. The breakfast in the room was served impeccably and was truly plentiful. Very good restaurant, always delicious dinner. The fresh fruit in the room every day was much appreciated. Friendly staff. We had a great time! Highly recommended!

09/07/2025: Unfortunately a disappointment....the veal fillet "Rossini" was a disaster...truffles from a glass!!...in a restaurant rated 14 points in Gault Millau, the meat was cooked sous vide, who knows how long it had been in the fridge....sour and not even toasted before serving, the foie gras was black on one side, and the icing on the cake...some black shoe sole as a potato medallion....well awful....when we complained there was no apology, nothing at all from the waiter, nothing, nada....zero....I've never experienced anything like it...so never again.....

19/06/2025: Beautiful structure on Mount Elmo, certainly not classifiable as a refuge, but at most as a restaurant at altitude. The dishes are truly abundant and good, with prices a little above average. The view from the terrace is worth the small extra expense.

30/05/2025: Immer wie nettes Ziel, wenn man den Berg selbst hochläuft und sich als Belohnung etwas gegönnt. Musik, Drinks, Food und nettes Personal. Klar, es ist nicht urig, aber dafür kann man ja auch die nächste Hütte wieder ansteuern, die auch zu empfehlen sind

29/06/2025: A direct hit! The Innerperskoler Hof is one of the best and most beautiful wine taverns I've ever visited. No, it's the best and most beautiful. Everything is just perfect here: the super friendly and attentive young lady serving, the breathtaking view, the ambiance – characterized by the homemade rustic wooden furniture, a great sense of hospitality, friendliness, and local connection – and, of course, the excellent food and sparkling drinks. Absolutely perfect and authentic! My wife enjoyed the homemade tagliatelle with herb pesto from the farm garden, while I was served a dumpling trio that is second to none. It came with a fresh salad and affogato for dessert. The meal was accompanied by an aperitif and the delicious house wine (Pinot Blanc); not to mention the homemade bread. Fabulous. Our dog, Ivy, was also very spoiled and was given a large pot of water without asking. We actually planned to stop at the Innerperskoler Hof again on Thursday evening to round off our vacation. Unfortunately, we overlooked the fact that Thursday is one of the hotel's days off. But if we ever come back to the Schlern area, a second visit is a must. Keep up the good work, and thank you very much.
