09/06/2025: Perfect place for a quick lunch or an aperitif. Products at km 0 (or rather at about 20 meters) we tasted the platter of cold cuts and cheeses and a sandwich with speck and crazy cheese!!! With 2 nice ice-cold beers we couldn't ask for anything better. There is also the possibility of purchasing all their products.

31/03/2025: Bel rifugio ottimamente tenuto (ad eccezione dei bagni...) all'arrivo della cabinovia di Predazzo. Il rifugio offre servizio a buffet con scelte abbondanti sia di primi che di dolci, ma di qualità media, sicuramente non corrispondente all'alto listino applicato. Personale cortese ma abbastanza lento, nonostante il poco affollamento.

29/03/2025: A truly typical cabin. There are different options for eating: self-service, restaurant or at the bar outside. We ate at the restaurant, the place was not very crowded as it was a weekday and out of season. They were super fast with service. The dishes are super abundant so ask for advice before ordering!

11/07/2025: A very nice, friendly hotel with a fantastic pool below the Sciliar, excellent cuisine, a wonderful wellness area, and friendly, welcoming hosts. The Seiser Alm, cycling trails, and a golf course are nearby.

25/06/2025: I waited forever to place my order, and forever for the food (Kaiserschmarren and Kaminwurz). The Kaiserschmarren was apparently good, but the one Kaminwurz for €9 was just a Kaminwurz. Afterward, the two young waitresses were completely absent. After another 30 minutes without seeing any of the waitresses on the rather pleasant terrace, and without another drink, I paid in the dining room to one of the overworked waitresses. Conclusion: nice alpine hut, lousy service.

02/07/2025: A very warm welcome with a beautiful shaded terrace. The exterior isn't brand new, but the interior is welcoming. We were well served by Éros, who was able to improve his French (and me, my Italian!). The pasta and gnochi were excellent, as was the wine.

19/05/2025: Excellent restaurant, I stopped for lunch. Good choice of first courses, second courses and side dishes. Complete menu for €16. Very good food, quite large place with ample parking. Very fast and courteous service. I will definitely be back.

27/05/2025: We went to Trattoria Aquila Nera for lunch on the occasion of my partner's birthday, and the experience was simply perfect. The place has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with wooden furnishings that convey all the authenticity of Trentino tradition. The menu is full of typical dishes: we tried canederli, strangolapreti, polenta with venison, pork shank and rabbit, all cooked in an excellent way and served in generous portions. You can perceive the authenticity of the ingredients and the passion in the kitchen. A true triumph of local flavors! Not to mention the various grappas produced by them. A special applause to Mrs. Lucia, very kind and attentive, who made our lunch even more enjoyable with her hospitality. Exceptional value for money. Highly recommended for those looking for authentic cuisine, a family atmosphere and an experience that goes beyond simply "going to a restaurant".

04/05/2025: The Aquila Nera restaurant was a real surprise. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with a rustic touch that makes you immediately feel at home. The staff is very kind and attentive to every detail. I tasted the rabbit, the venison with polenta and the apple strudel: all the dishes were delicious, prepared with fresh, excellent quality ingredients. The venison was particularly tender and tasty, and the strudel was the perfect end to an unforgettable meal. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to try true Trentino cuisine."

04/05/2025: My partner and I, every year for his birthday, decide to celebrate in this wonderful structure. Staff attentive to the smallest details, welcoming and really kind. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. The food is of excellent quality, both at breakfast and dinner. There is a parking space in the structure, certainly a convenience! For us it is a reconfirmation every year! Well done everyone!

24/06/2025: We arrived without a reservation, which unfortunately landed us indoors despite the beautiful weather. However, that's our own fault. Unfortunately, our service experience at the restaurant was rather negative. We were served by four employees, only one of whom was friendly. Otherwise, no one said "Griaß eink" or "Did you enjoy it" or anything similar. Not even a smile. You had to ask for a second drink rather than responding to an empty glass, even though staff were passing by the table every few minutes. As a guest, you feel rather unwelcome. I, and we, are aware that staff are hard to come by these days, but perhaps you don't have to accept everything. The pizzas (which, in my opinion, are the restaurant's flagship dish) were very large, well-topped, very hot, and tasty. There's nothing to complain about. The prices are absolutely fair in our opinion. We would come back anytime for the pizzas, the great view, and the atmosphere in the restaurant. However, the rather poor service is a handicap that might prevent you from visiting the restaurant again.

22/06/2025: Beyond words! Every detail was perfect! This is a fantastic property with a high level of service. Our whole family loved the vegan food.

01/04/2025: We stayed at Paradiso in September 2024. The location is truly unique – located in the middle of the Alpe di Siusi. The area offers excellent hiking tours, embedded in the beautiful Dolomites. The team is simply great: warm and accommodating. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back. In addition to the great location and the great team, the real highlight is the kitchen. As a non-vegan, I was surprised every evening by the fascinating creations - simply wonderful!

17/06/2025: A fantastic stay at the Mitterkaser Alm! A super cozy hut with a unique atmosphere. We received a warm welcome and immediately felt at home. Before we continued along the Merano High Trail to the Eisjöchl Pass, we received great tips and advice. We definitely recommend spending the night there.

04/04/2025: Giornata meravigliosamente soleggiata e calda, ci siamo fermati sui tavolini esterni e abbiamo ordinato hamburger, patatine, currywurst e wurstel classico. Tutto strepitosamente buono! Servizio rapidissimo, porzioni abbondanti, prezzo onesto. Perfetto per rifocillarsi dopo qualche ora di trekking all'adiacente Castel Feder. Personale molto cordiale
