29/08/2024: We returned to this place which we really appreciate, every time we are here for holidays we stop at least once. The dishes are very well prepared and the food is really good, the environment aims to be refined but fails, in reality it is an excellent "common" place but more refined in general. The pizza isn't that great but it digests well and the ingredients are of good quality. The service is courteous but inconsistent, the table is always missing something and if you take pizza while your companions are catering, forget about being served together, they try very hard, but fail. In general I leave a good rating because we like it and will return, I hope that the notes are taken into consideration, improvement is always a winning weapon

24/08/2024: Il cibo è buono, soprattutto i dolci. Quello che non ci è piaciuto è l’attesa di 45 minuti prima che ci venisse servito il cibo. Troppa attesa sia per ordinare il primo che per il dolce. Se manca del personale lo dovrebbero sicuramente assumere.

The furnishings are a harmonious mix of rustic and modern, which underlines the charm of the restaurant. What is particularly striking is the loving decoration, which gives the restaurant its very own character. The cleanliness is also impeccable - tables and cutlery were in perfect condition. **Service:** The service in the “Lanterne” is also worth mentioning. As soon as we entered the restaurant we were warmly greeted and shown to a free table. The service was extremely friendly, attentive and accommodating without being intrusive. Our orders were taken quickly and we didn't have to wait long for our drinks or food. What was particularly positive was that the waitress regularly asked whether everything was to our satisfaction and also took time for a short conversation, which made the visit very personal. **Food and Drink:** The highlight of our visit was undoubtedly the pizza. The selection on the menu was varied, so there was something to suit every taste - from classic pizzas like Margherita and Quattro Stagioni to more creative variations. The pizza we ordered was excellent. The dough was perfect: thin, crispy and yet not dry. The topping was plentiful and of excellent quality - fresh ingredients that harmonized wonderfully in terms of taste. Of particular note was the tomato sauce, which was aromatic and flavorful without overpowering the other ingredients. The cheese was also present in just the right amount so that it didn't make the pizza too heavy but complemented its flavors perfectly. As for the prices, the value for money was more than satisfactory. The pizza was not only delicious, but also inexpensive, which is not always a given these days. The drinks selection was also good, with a decent selection of wines and soft drinks offered at moderate prices. **Conclusion:** The “Laterne” restaurant is definitely worth a visit. It not only offers a pleasant atmosphere and excellent service, but also culinary delights at fair prices. This restaurant is an insider tip, especially for pizza lovers. The quality of the food, combined with the friendliness of the staff, ensures that you feel completely at home here. 26/07/2024: I ordered chicken burritos via Deliveroo and it was incredibly good - I'll eat here again next time I get the chance, simply delicious and large portions with rice and salad on the side - salad also delicious. To recommend!!

28/05/2024: piccola chicca nel paese di Tione di Trento. Ristorante ricavato in una vecchia stalla di famiglia ristrutturata perfettamente mantenendo i segni e le strutture caratteristiche del luogo in cui ci si trova. Il menu è fisso ma cucinato con grande maestria dalla cuoca. Il titolare, Nicola, viticoltore e vignaiolo, vinifica le proprie uve resistenti, coltivate a pochi passi dal ristorante, con meravigliosi risultati. i pochi posti disponibili vanno velocemente "a ruba", consigliato prenotare con largo anticipo. prezzo molto interessante per la qualità del cibo e dei vini. CONSIGLIATISSIMO!!!!

15/01/2024: We finally had dinner at Filanda de Boron. Truly suggestive location!!!! Beautiful experience. Nicola made us feel at ease straight away. Exquisite dishes on the menu accompanied by two of the three house wines. We will return to compliment the Chef who we were unable to thank.

22/07/2024: We had our graduation dinner here. Was recommended to us by our host Georg (Hotel Taufers). Reason: regional and good food. We simply went there without a reservation (Sunday) at 6 p.m., we were lucky a table wasn't reserved until 8 p.m. and the ladies welcomed us. And it was just great. Very fine food in a special ambience. Worthy of a graduation dinner. We say “many thanks to the whole team for the great and spontaneous hospitality and the excellent food”. We will remember this holiday, also thanks to you. Maybe we see us again.

07/07/2024: Good service and excellent desserts. We were regular visitors about 30 years ago under the old management and we have wonderful memories. Many things have changed but we had a good time.

23/08/2024: Super delicious handmade pasta prepared by a very friendly chef. If the chef can talk for 3 minutes about why he chooses which Pecorino, you know you're in the right place. Clear recommendation!

09/08/2024: Stayed in a beautiful, clean, large attic room with an exceptional view, only the mountain in front of the terrace! Had dinner in a family-run restaurant, quality food and generous portions. Prices in line with the high prices in the Alta Badia area. Abundant breakfast and homemade cakes. We recommend it for its courtesy and cleanliness! Spectacular trails in the surrounding area.

06/08/2024: I had a really good time...hotel outside Bolzano but easily reachable by taxi or bus...tranquility and good air...kindness and excellent breakfast...I didn't try the restaurant but it was very full so I think it's worth it the penalty

13/08/2024: Con la mia famiglia ci siamo fermati per un pranzo di passaggio! Cibo buono, locale semplice, essenziale ma pulito e con tutto quello che serve! I bimbi hanno preso 2 primi e un secondo e noi 2 tagliate; nel complesso hione! Peccato per il costo dell’acqua, €3,60 1l di acqua naturale!

10/06/2024: I went to dinner with friends yesterday: we all had the impression that the dough was "rubbery", the mozzarella was almost non-existent, the raw meat was inedible, cut too large and "plasticky". I had heard that the food was very good in this place, and I'm sorry, maybe the usual pizza chef was missing, I don't know... The quality of the ingredients wasn't that great. The lemon sorbet was too strong, it pulled at the mouth in a crazy way: three of us tasted it at the table. Very positive service however.

31/07/2024: If there is coffee perfection, you can taste it in this place. I had the opportunity to test coffee in several months in Bolzano, and it was ok in all of them. However, all other places lag far behind in comparison to Cafe Riesen, where the coffee was delicious, delicate, aromatic, with cream-like foam. Plus very nice service.
