28/09/2025: For many, many years now, we've been retreating to Madonna di Campiglio whenever we get the chance, and the Cristal Palace Hotel is a jewel in its crown. You can enjoy a breathtaking view... peace, tranquility, and a truly magical atmosphere... holidays here are simply a fairytale! The rooms are wonderful, impeccably clean... the food is top-notch... and then??? And then the staff... is nothing short of amazing... super welcoming and helpful: Ottavia, Massamba at reception, the Maître d' in the dining room with Giuseppe and the others—I hope I don't mind because I don't remember all their names—Isabella, the SPA manager (unique).... they make you feel at home... pampered in every way possible... so not only do I highly recommend it... but I think it's an experience you absolutely must have, one you'll remember tomorrow, the day after, and forever. 26/09/2025: I just finished a review on Booking.com and felt it was my duty to leave it here on Google, because it's only right that passion and professionalism be recognized. From the first to the last moment, everything was impeccable: a warm welcome, a staff always smiling and helpful, spaces meticulously maintained, and a level of comfort that exceeded all expectations. It's classified as a 4*S, but the truth is, it fully deserves a 5-star rating... and maybe even more! We ended our vacation perfectly, just as we hoped: total relaxation, pampering, and quality in every service. Thank you so much to all the staff: you made us feel special. We will definitely be back!

15/07/2025: Every time I return to Pellizzano, it's my go-to spot for breakfast and a snack. You have no idea how delicious Sicilian brioches are!!!! 🤤 But also the classic ones, and you can fill them with a variety of creams. It's a temptation I always happily give in to! 😅 Plus, the girls are always so kind 👍🏻

The care and attention that goes into creating each course is immediately noticeable. The dishes are truly delicious and combine both tradition and innovation, showcasing local products. The friendly staff is always available to meet your every need. The high quality of the dishes is perfectly proportionate to the price. A restaurant you'll gladly return to, perfect for a holiday in Vipiteno.

20/09/2025: Simply perfect. We were treated to fantastic service and superb products with fantastic, delicate flavors. Absolutely recommended. We'd be happy to return and entrust ourselves to the staff of this fine restaurant with its excellent wine selection, although we were lucky enough to enjoy champagne.

17/09/2025: Excellent for a business lunch at €17 for the full menu. They also offer the pizza menu, which is an average size and thickness. Parking in front of the restaurant is scarce! So, you'll have to look in the surrounding streets.

25/05/2025: Today we had the pleasure of dining at the Berggasthaus Natz in Platzers – and it was a highlight in every respect. The stunning location immediately impresses upon arrival: surrounded by green meadows and with a breathtaking panoramic view of the South Tyrolean mountains, the large sun terrace invites you to linger. Despite two private events taking place simultaneously, we received a warm welcome and prompt service. The service staff was extremely friendly and attentive, which is by no means a given in such busy times. The culinary experience was outstanding. The Wiener Schnitzel was undoubtedly the best I've ever eaten – perfectly breaded, golden brown and crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside. Crispy fries were served with it, perfectly complementing the dish. The portions were generous, satisfying even the most hearty appetites. The menu offers a successful selection of traditional South Tyrolean dishes prepared with fresh, regional ingredients. The quality of the food, presented with great attention to detail, is particularly noteworthy. The ambiance of the inn is cozy and authentic, with lovingly furnished dining rooms and a rustic cellar that's perfect for celebrations. For families with children, there's a playground directly below the terrace, making the stay enjoyable for the little ones too. The prices are absolutely reasonable considering the high quality of the food and the excellent service. Overall, our visit to the Berggasthaus Natz was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. We highly recommend this inn and are already looking forward to our next visit.

31/08/2025: Great hut. Highly recommended even if you're not hiking, as it's easily accessible by gondola. Beautiful views over the Adige Valley. Very friendly staff, good food (dinner and breakfast), and gluten-free options. Nice rooms too.

21/08/2025: A must stop while in the area. Take the gondola up and enjoy some hiking then a cold beverage with a beautiful view. Staff is friendly and attentive.

13/10/2025: A great, unexpectedly positive dining experience: * Delicious, individually prepared food with fresh ingredients (tip: salad plate!) * Extensive selection of sophisticated dishes (not just "snack bars") with Italian and Austrian-German flavors * Large portions * Porcelain dishes and metal cutlery, no cardboard or plastic * Plenty of seating inside and outside * Friendly service * A certain amount of free parking * Very easy to reach by car/motorcycle -> We are grateful and will be back!

07/10/2025: If you want a lousy burger, this is the place. The owner is rude, even in German. The price, however, is the same as a good burger.

28/09/2025: We were looking for a pizzeria for lunch and happened upon this one with the kids. We were very pleasantly surprised. A perfect lunch menu with excellent value for money.
