19/09/2025: A really nice hotel just outside the city. The staff was very friendly and helpful. A great terrace for outdoor dining. My meal was very good. However, the menu was a bit thin, with mostly specialty dishes – not everyone's cup of tea. Therefore, I would only rate the restaurant 4 stars, but I would still recommend it. (I know: whining at a high level.) I'd be happy to return.

18/08/2025: A truly wonderful experience. Unfortunately, our experience was limited to lunch, which was divine. A true surprise in every sense. The stunning location, overlooking the Rotaliana plain in Faedo, offers the wonderful tranquility and relaxation needed to "detox" from the hustle and bustle of daily life. This feeling is noticeable as soon as you arrive at the farm, and you're greeted with a delightful welcome, making you feel at ease in a friendly manner. You immediately feel enveloped in a family atmosphere. All the dishes are excellent, it's hard to say what to recommend; everything is truly delicious. We'll definitely be back.

25/06/2025: L’estetica dell’edificio ha fatto molto Discutere. Eravamo curiosi di verificare di persona come fosse stato costruito il nuovo rifugio. Dall’esterno ammetto che non eravamo così convinti di sostare qui. In realtà è stata una piacevole scoperta la maxi terrazza con panorama mozzafiato. L’interno è completamente in legno, personale gentile e disponibile. Prezzi nella media. Porzioni abbondanti e piatti curati ( anche se la scelta è limitata , non fanno praticamente secondi… solo pasta, panini e taglieri). Nel complesso siamo stati bene, sosta consigliata dopo trekking impegnativo/ferrata.

As soon as we entered, we were greeted with a smile and a kindness that is rare these days. The place is meticulously designed, warm and welcoming, perfect for a romantic dinner or an evening with friends or family. The pizza? One of the best I've ever eaten! The dough is light, well-leavened, with a crispy exterior that perfectly complements the soft interior. The ingredients are visibly top-quality: from the sweet cherry tomatoes to the stringy mozzarella, every bite is an explosion of flavor. I've also tried a couple of dishes from the kitchen and I can assure you that the quality remains top-notch: generous portions, meticulously presented, and authentic flavors that speak of tradition but with a truly interesting creative touch. The service is impeccable: the staff is attentive, helpful, friendly, but never intrusive. You can sense a true passion throughout the entire staff, from the kitchen to the dining room, and that really makes the difference. In short, a culinary experience I enthusiastically recommend to anyone who loves good food and well-being. It's one of those places where you feel pampered from start to finish. 11/08/2025: This time I'll start with the staff. Everyone who works at the hotel or in the restaurant is wonderful, always smiling, kind, thoughtful, and attentive to guests' requests. The place is truly beautiful and well-kept, the rooms are large, well-maintained, and clean. Here you're in a quiet place where you can relax and enjoy a vacation. From here, you can reach anywhere within a few kilometers and enjoy a variety of activities. Thank you for everything, we'll be back.

03/10/2025: We ate at Bachler twice during our stay and were impressed by the quality and service. There's something for everyone on the menu. The daily specials are very good. Friendly, attentive, but never intrusive service. Their own pizza chef prepares pizzas at the oven. Truly a top recommendation.

03/10/2025: We were really looking forward to a good pizza and were unfortunately disappointed. The pizza in the photo is my own homemade pizza. I'm used to pizzas from South Tyrol that are completely different. The dough was very light, didn't bubble, and had zero flavor, as is appropriate for a dough made with, for example, Caputo flour. It tasted more like a crispy pie crust. Despite the wood-fired oven, it wasn't a truly good pizza. I can't recommend it. The atmosphere was okay, and the enterprising waiter was very nice. This is what my pizzas at home look like, and they're not from a wood-fired oven.

01/08/2025: The restaurant is very large with several rooms. We were there for dinner, and I'd recommend making a reservation! The staff is very friendly. The menu is varied and truly excellent, with prices in line with the Val Badia norm! For risotto lovers, you must try the one with mountain pine, a delight. For beef lovers...the fillet is truly buttery! The desserts? Delicious! The portions are generous!

29/07/2025: We spent a week here cycling and hiking. The family and staff are very friendly, the food is fantastic, and the price is good. In our opinion, Ustaria Posta is the perfect base for exploring the Dolomites. Don't forget to ask Igor for some great tips; he certainly didn't disappoint!

27/10/2025: Est est est.....to try. If you are in Pergine Valsugana for lunch time, come in and delight yourself with the menu. Fast service, fair prices and delicious food.

24/10/2025: Fabulous pizzas with traditional ingredients. The radicchio and pancetta pizza is highly recommended; it's hard to find in other regions!
