09/03/2026: Disappointing place. We ordered cakes and drinks, and at the cashier, we were told they don't give separate bills, just one for the whole table. Absurd, as if it were lunch. The cashier's service was also unfriendly. Maybe the tourists are a nuisance, or if we'd used cash, maybe they would have let us each pay for our own drinks. The fact is, I absolutely don't recommend the place given the service.

07/03/2026: If you happen to be in Andalo, stop for a coffee at Ginepro. The best coffee in all of Andalo and beyond.

05/04/2026: You can't even get to the lake anymore. It's no longer publicly accessible. Not since 2018. Great, and this isn't mentioned anywhere. The parking lot in front, of course, is only for restaurant customers. Really fun. Capitalism is really taking over nature. We didn't see anything. The reservoir isn't worth visiting either and is inaccessible.

15/12/2025: I'm giving it one star because it was quiet; there was only one other campervan with us. We paid €31.50 for two adults and a small campervan (€12 for the van + €7 per adult + €2 environmental tax + €1 per adult tourist tax). The car park area was on a slope, and you have to be resourceful to get your vehicle level. The receptionist attended to us in German, and after we told her we didn't speak much German and tried English, she kept switching between German and English (which wasn't really a problem, but rather showed a lack of willingness to communicate in another language). The restrooms are poorly maintained; there was no toilet paper or soap. The shower was acceptable, with hot water and good pressure. The bathrooms were full of spiders and dead insects, which is perfectly normal in this natural setting. What isn't normal is having dead insects lying around the bathroom that hadn't been picked up for a long time. The campsite is close to the motorway and train tracks; it's not excessively noisy, but you can hear some traffic. Access to the campsite is quite narrow—attention large caravans/campers! You have to go through a tunnel approximately 2 meters wide and 3 meters high. Overall, quite disappointing for the price.

10/08/2025: There was a guy with a sign saying "I hate everyone" who took it out on a friend of mine (for no reason) and kicked us out, claiming to be the owner. Don't go to this bar (if you smoke after 10:00 PM, you can't smoke outside their area anymore).

17/10/2025: Now they change shop name to be bar4you. Honestly, this was one of the worst coffee experiences I’ve ever had — and that’s saying something in Italy, where good coffee is supposed to be everywhere. The espresso tasted burnt and sour at the same time, as if the machine hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The cappuccino was just hot milk with a trace of bitter coffee, no texture, no aroma, nothing close to what you’d expect from an Italian bar. The staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional — no greeting, no smile, and acted annoyed the whole time. When I asked politely if I could sit inside, the waiter just rolled his eyes and pointed somewhere without saying a word. It felt like I was disturbing them by simply being there. The place itself looked tired and dirty, with sticky tables and cups that didn’t seem properly washed. I honestly don’t understand how this place is still open. There are so many great cafés around — do yourself a favor and walk a few minutes further to find literally anywhere else. This one is a complete disaster and an embarrassment to Italian coffee.

05/09/2025: Then again, everyone experiences the moment differently... I'm referring to some very negative comments. Mine is definitely positive. The place is very nice, precisely because it lacks the formality of "vacation" restaurants. It's natural, simple, and honest. It's true, they don't have menus with corresponding prices, and the dishes are limited, but if you like simple goodness, you certainly won't be disappointed by the price... trust me. I'll go back if I can 👍

20/08/2025: A wonderful place with a family-run restaurant on the farm: delicious little pork dishes and great beer from the neighboring farm (Noppbräu). Here you can also observe many animals, including donkeys, cows, pigs, dogs, and chickens.

30/04/2025: A total disappointment, saved only by the view. A truly negative experience. The waiter was rude and unprofessional, almost seeming annoyed by our presence. The food was disappointing: tasteless dishes, meager portions, and prices completely disproportionate to the quality offered. The place is old, neglected, and decidedly not very clean. The only positive note is the view, truly breathtaking, but unfortunately that's not enough to justify such a disappointing meal. I don't recommend it.

20/11/2025: I was fortunate enough to stay for two months at this hotel in the Aurina Valley, a place that captures the picturesque essence of South Tyrol and its Austrian roots. The Tyrolean furnishings, carved from wood, speak of time and tradition, creating an authentic and welcoming atmosphere. Barbara and her son Daniel were extraordinary hosts: kind, helpful, and attentive to every detail. Their professionalism and humanity made my stay not only pleasant but also reassuring, making me feel truly at home. Despite the official three stars, the experience here is worth much more: what matters is not the luxury, but the care, dedication, and human warmth that permeates every gesture. This hotel is a refuge where silence flourishes and the mountains speak, a place worthy of being chosen by those seeking authenticity and sincere hospitality. A heartfelt thank you to Barbara and Daniel for making this stay special.

11/08/2025: The hotel rooms were clean and the beds and mattresses were fine, at least in our room. We checked this because of previous reviews that we found late. The room equipment has already shown the signs of time, but it is still cool and the hotel feels cozy. The breakfast was varied, there were quite a lot of food and drinks to choose from, but they were in smaller quantities, which were constantly replenished (when more people arrived at once, they had to wait). The biggest problem with the room overlooking the road was the noisy traffic (cars and trucks), which started driving in the main part before 5:00. The sound of the flowing river was suitable for sleeping for me, but it may not suit someone.

Perfect for both a delicious breakfast and a sweet break during the day. Plus, the staff is really kind and helpful, which is always a pleasure! I recommend it ❤️

23/12/2025: We don’t really post reviews but felt we had to on this one. Echoing what someone posted not long ago—we went to the counter and the proprietor was squatting on some kind of stool or bucket behind the counter facing sideways. We said “ciao” and he didn’t acknowledge us. We looked at the menu and decided what to order, but realizing that he had not even looked at us yet, we simply said “ciao” again and went elsewhere. A bizarre way to run a business. Zero stars. 😂

18/12/2025: Ravioleria Zhang is the place that most reflects the authentic Chinese food truck experience: almost no understanding of the language, orders are called with a shout in some dialect, and the food is prepared slowly and tastes incredibly good. Those who complain about the long wait, the language barrier, or the "poor" hygiene (which, admittedly, could be a little better) haven't grasped the spirit of this mini restaurant, which in my opinion offers more authentic oriental flavors than any other restaurant in the city. Top!

Rounding up the money in their favor, giving the customer less change, is legally called fraud, and the cashier who applies it doesn't know the consequences. It's better to go to a different supermarket where they give exact change. Also, because the cents are the result of work. Then... DO IT YOURSELF.

30/12/2025: Terrible. That's the only word I'd use for this poké and this pokeria. I ordered a poké with octopus, and it was disgusting. The octopus tasted terrible. You obviously don't check the products before serving them to the public. I advise you to improve.

17/12/2025: IT ARRIVED WITH ALMOST ALL THE SHRIMP SPOILED: BLUE/BLACK AND STANK AWFULLY. LARGE POKE WAS COMPLETELY THROWN AWAY. THE SMELL MADE ME SUSPICIOUS, BUT THE SHRIMP WERE UNDER EVERYTHING, AND I STARTED EATING... DID YOU NOT NOTICE THAT YOU HAD A WHOLE TANK OF SPOILED FISH, OR ARE YOU PRETENDING NOTHING AND ARE THERE ARE SCAMMERS? THESE SHRIMP SHOULD HAVE BEEN THROWN A WEEK AGO. THE OTHER POKE WE ORDERED HAD THE SAME PROBLEM: THE SALMON SMELLED AWFUL AND WAS DARK IN COLOR, AND WE DIDN'T HAVE THE COURAGE TO TASTE IT. 30 euros wasted. I DEFINITELY WON'T BE COMING BACK.

29/12/2025: Very good and beautifully plated food, but it's a shame the portions are very small (two strips of pumpkin lasagna for €15.50). Bread isn't served unless you ask for it (not even for those who only eat salad). A 1L bottle of water is €5. They don't charge a cover charge. Service is generally unfriendly.

20/12/2025: Nothing special, normal food, I ordered dumplings with goulash, the latter not very tender and the dumplings had an industrial taste, for two dishes and an ice cream with raspberries I paid 71 euros... a bit too much for the quality and quantity. I do not recommend.
