10/06/2025: Where do you go for a hot drink on a Sunday afternoon after going to the theater when everywhere else is packed? We ended up here, like other families... super friendly waiter, no complaints there. The atmosphere is nice, but the acoustics are terrible.
The bar bill was heartbreaking: €6.50 for a slice of Sacher torte, €5 for a hot chocolate, €4 for a hot tea... sorry, but you can pluck the chickens at the markets like this, but a family from Trentino will definitely never come back here again. Too bad.
UPDATE: The Fiorentina bar itself no longer exists; it's been converted into a venue that, from the outside, looks inviting. I haven't had a chance to try it yet, so I can't comment!

04/03/2026: I was there with my school class; the food wasn't good and the rooms weren't very clean.
They tried to scam us out of our deposit when we left.
01/03/2026: We stayed there with friends and I can't recommend it. The showers are moldy... The water provided is bottled from the tap, and the same bottle is put out every day – it's definitely not washed.
I absolutely cannot recommend this hotel.

Business lunches sometimes take a very long time to pay at the cash register.
28/09/2025: My Wiener schnitzel was passable, but extra small. The potato salad was of rather poor quality; it was probably a ready-made product from a large container. I found my food far too expensive for the quantity and quality. Compared to the past, the restaurant has significantly deteriorated in both price and quality.

18/03/2026: I don't usually write negative reviews, but I wanted to share my experience honestly.
I went there with a friend, and we ordered appetizers and Wiener Schnitzel. The appetizers were tasty, but I felt they were overpriced.
I was quite disappointed with the main course. The schnitzel was rather thick, in my opinion, and had parts that I personally found inedible.
What I found particularly disappointing was that my feedback wasn't really taken seriously, even though I mentioned it twice. This left me with a rather unsatisfactory impression.
I understand that these things can happen – which makes an open approach to criticism all the more important to me.
Overall, the visit was unfortunately not very satisfying.

25/12/2025: This was a terrible experience, the worst dining experience I've ever had in the Dolomites. The staff were extremely rude; they seated the two of us in a corner despite there being plenty of empty seats, and since we didn't have a reservation, they wouldn't let us move to another table without any explanation. I even felt discriminated against. I strongly advise against going there.

05/03/2026: Ok, it's an imbiss... but in my opinion the prices are too high for what they offer... I had a kebab and to be honest... it was half empty... the fries were pretty good but I paid 15 euros with a bottle of still water... a colleague had a currywurst for 7.50 euros which was really cheap...! The cashier and waitress were kind.

03/03/2026: Very bad! The order board didn't work and the staff just shouted the order numbers in German so if you don't know German you're in trouble. The food was classic McDonald's. But the toilet code couldn't be found at all because it said that there was a code on the receipt which we found and when we wrote it down it didn't work. And the atmosphere? Bad! Schoolchildren alone who are noisier than 2 stadiums.
22/02/2026: All burger packages are additionally sealed, which is a nice touch, although I liked the Filet-O-Fish Deluxe less than the standard version 🍔 The Tasty Basket set turned out to be really tasty, especially the spicy chicken wings 🍗 Good coffee: cappuccino and espresso macchiato ☕️ Delicious McPops pastries 😋 It's a shame that the top floor of the establishment was closed to visitors, I think there should be a great view of the city and the surrounding mountains from there 👀

03/02/2026: From the photos it looked very interesting, but I called Monday evening at 8:45 PM and was told they weren't open "for one." If they're closed on Monday, just update Google... too much effort?

10/05/2025: Truly excellent beer! I recommend doing the tasting, the owner follows the customer directly, giving information on the beers and advising impeccably. Delicious burgers and also the sauces made by them, excellent. The place is just outside the center but can be reached quickly on foot. It also has a large car park in front. Well done! Really compliments. We will definitely be back.

21/08/2025: I'm sorry, but after trying the greasy pizza and burgers, I've also tried them at other places, and they agree they're not good. I hope they change and improve, but I won't be ordering anything from there again.

26/08/2025: Unfortunately, I have to agree with many of the negative comments here.
We booked for 2 nights in May 2025.
We were here a few years ago and actually had pretty good memories.
Unfortunately, the hotel couldn't live up to the good impression we had back then. Everything looks very worn and in need of renovation, definitely not up to 4-star standards...
The cleanliness throughout the hotel isn't really up to scratch.
The rooms are a bit musty.
Our highlight were the cockroaches at the breakfast buffet, which briefly made us consider leaving the hotel immediately and looking for another one.
All in all, a very disappointing stay.
18/08/2025: We stayed the week of August 15th. We may be unlucky, but the elevator was broken 6 out of 7 days of our stay. Unfortunately, it was intolerable, even though the owner gave us a small discount at the end of our stay. Keep in mind that there were 3 floors above ground and 2 for bike and car storage. When we first complained to a manager named Cristina, she dared, believing she wasn't being listened to, to make fun of us and a friend of hers. I advise the owner to consider removing her from her position, especially since her fault is detrimental to all the other staff, who have been exceptional.
