11/10/2025: I also forgot something (my e-reader) in my room. They found it but they said they couldn't send it to me. No goodwill. Disappointing, just like the general reception, not to mention the construction work next to and behind the building. So no swimming pool. It was in August and I'm still looking for a Belgian biker to go and get it 😬

07/10/2025: DEAR MANU AND DEAR PAUL.......I WOULD LIKE TO THANK YOU AGAIN FOR THE WONDERFUL, UNFORGETTABLE HOLIDAY from September 28th to October 5th, 2025 IN YOUR HOTEL. The rooms were beautifully furnished and had a magnificent view of the King 👑 Ortler and Madatsch peaks. The food was amazing. RESPECT PAUL, YOU COOK SIMPLY FANTASTIC. AND MANU READS YOUR EVERY WISH FROM YOUR EYES. I'm already missing that good fried egg with bacon. I'll be back soon to SEE THE NEW WELLNESS AREA....I 100% recommend the hotel. 02/10/2025: Perfect spot for post-hike bevvies. Staff was super friendly and even gave us cushions for our chairs!

19/09/2025: The kitchen didn't have half of the items on the menu, and out of the 3 items left, they managed to get 2 out of 3 dishes ordered wrong... low quality food compared to the price.

23/10/2025: Excellent food and service. The meat was very tender and delicious, with a recommended wine pairing. The atmosphere was very relaxing, and the staff were very friendly. We'll be back again, we really enjoyed our stay.

23/10/2025: Very disappointing experience. The service was unfriendly from the start, and we were completely shocked by the final bill. I wish I had read the reviews before coming — apparently, other guests were also overcharged and even had to call the police. Definitely not recommended. --- See more! This Service wars without worry, and this service ends at war with you. This is why you are in the right place - there is a lot of water that falls on your head and you must use it to save money. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen! --- Esperienza molto deludente. The personal status of the record is complete and the final documents are closed. Every day I read before the review — other customers were scammed and then called the police. Totally disappointing. --- A disappointing experience! 22/06/2025: Good coffee, shame about the service. I wanted to pay with my debit card, the girl asked me for it to pass it on the POS, I passed it to her. Nothing wrong. Too bad she didn't tell me the total and didn't show me what she typed on the POS, she said "wait a minute, let's see if it works, ok gone"... At which point I commented "sorry can I have the receipt? I don't even know how much I paid..." The girl with an annoyed face gave me the receipt and not the ATM one... Definitely unprofessional... I really don't think I'll be back.

03/10/2025: The place is nice, both inside and out. I didn't have a great experience with the quality/price ratio. I ordered a platter of cold cuts: good products, but very limited in quantity and overpriced.

20/09/2025: The nice atmosphere and good food were ruined by the owner's constant complaining and nagging about everything, especially with the employees. PS: If I were an employee, I'd take a look around.

19/06/2025: Good restaurant beside the hotel. We’ve tried Italian and Indian food. All dishes were very good and we enjoyed the atmosphere. We would recommend this restaurant.

01/08/2025: Abbiamo preso due bocconcini di puzzone con miele ed insalatina (ottima ma la porzione non era enorme, solo con quel piatto non ci mangi molto), 2 radler medie ed una fetta di strudel totale 60€....ottimo il cibo pessimo il prezzo.

14/03/2025: baita posta in luogo eccellente per esposizione e vista...ho consumato velocemente una birretta e caffé..simpatica e carina la ragazza al banco ..un giorno sono stato fuori al sole con vista sulla belle Montagne...il giorno dopo dentro al calduccio in veranda..prezzi nella media dei rifugi al di sotto parecchio del rifugio Col Margherita..con prezzi altissimi

26/08/2025: Unfortunately, I have to agree with many of the negative comments here. We booked for 2 nights in May 2025. We were here a few years ago and actually had pretty good memories. Unfortunately, the hotel couldn't live up to the good impression we had back then. Everything looks very worn and in need of renovation, definitely not up to 4-star standards... The cleanliness throughout the hotel isn't really up to scratch. The rooms are a bit musty. Our highlight were the cockroaches at the breakfast buffet, which briefly made us consider leaving the hotel immediately and looking for another one. All in all, a very disappointing stay.

18/08/2025: We stayed the week of August 15th. We may be unlucky, but the elevator was broken 6 out of 7 days of our stay. Unfortunately, it was intolerable, even though the owner gave us a small discount at the end of our stay. Keep in mind that there were 3 floors above ground and 2 for bike and car storage. When we first complained to a manager named Cristina, she dared, believing she wasn't being listened to, to make fun of us and a friend of hers. I advise the owner to consider removing her from her position, especially since her fault is detrimental to all the other staff, who have been exceptional.

26/09/2025: Excellent bar in the center of San Bonifacio. Always friendly staff. Prices are a bit high.

24/09/2025: There are a senior made she talk very rudely and didn't gave a good service ugly old women i passed there right now and ordered ice-cream she talk very rudely and when she return the money she talk with me in anger and the rest of money gave back on the table i didn't like this service

27/09/2025: Lukewarm food. Fries rock hard. Burgers frozen. Aside from that, I advise against eating here; if you sit inside, you'll smell like a deep fryer. Once and never again....

28/08/2025: I can only speak about the Käsekrainer and it is the worst I have ever eaten in my entire life.

03/09/2025: Pastry shop and ice cream shop. We had ice cream, which was very good; the cream was fresh and delicious. They have several flavors. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

28/08/2025: Excellent pastry shop located in front of the MUSE in Trento. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and they offer both table service and takeout. The cream puffs are amazing!
