03/04/2026: I'm writing this review still in disbelief at the treatment and quality of the food I received. If you're looking for a place to eat after a day on the slopes, move on: any other option will be better than this. The pizza dough was embarrassing: rubbery, clearly under-risen, and raw in the center, while the crust was burnt and bitter. The ingredients used were of the lowest quality; the tomato was overly acidic, and the mozzarella had no consistency whatsoever, a sign of the use of low-quality industrial products that have nothing to do with the flavors of the area. The service was the final straw. Arrogant staff, biblical wait times (over an hour for two pizzas with the place half empty), and a total disorganization in the dining room and kitchen. Despite our polite complaints about the cooking, the response was dismissive and lacking in professionalism. The prices were completely out of line and unjustified. Paying gourmet prices for a product that wouldn't even end up on the plate of an emergency shelter is unacceptable. A place that thrives solely on its touristic location, but doesn't deserve a single cent of your money. ​Avoid it if you don't want to ruin your evening and your stomach. In his place, I'd keep quiet, especially since there's no page where you can write a review exclusively for the restaurant.

14/12/2025: Very nice hotel, new rooms, and the spa is beautiful, large, luxurious, and beautifully detailed. Breakfast and dinner were very good. The dinner was very well prepared with quality ingredients. I highly recommend it.

24/10/2025: Great, modern hotel in Schenna. Ideally located for excursions throughout the Merano area. We really enjoyed the daily 7-course menu 😋 Would recommend the hotel to friends and acquaintances. Werner from Balingen

11/04/2026: A place for a quick lunch without high expectations. Dinner is better. Still, it's good.

26/01/2026: Dinner ruined. Finding a hair in the food is unacceptable, especially in a high-end restaurant. The staff was unprofessional and almost annoying. Hygiene was poor, highly inadvisable, especially since the cashier acted like nothing was happening and the dish was added to the bill!

26/08/2025: Sitting at the table, you can't order cones or cups. Okay, so we order two cups of two flavors that were on the menu. The "coffee" flavor wasn't available, so the waiter lists all the flavors, and I choose yogurt and raspberry. He comes back and says they don't have raspberry. I change it to tiramisu and fior di latte. I get tiramisu and pistachio. I point this out, and they take the cup, remove the pistachio, and add fior di latte, making a mess all over the outside of the cup, but they serve it to me like this, with fior di latte and pistachio tiramisu!

20/08/2025: Good ice cream and friendly, cheerful staff. I was served by Savino, who was particularly patient and helpful. One of the best ice cream shops in the area, I recommend it ;)

27/02/2026: We had lunch at Ristorante Artini, and unfortunately, our experience didn't live up to our expectations. The staff is very slow and inattentive to customer needs. The value for money is terrible. We paid €16 for five dumplings... a restaurant to avoid in the future.

15/02/2026: I've been coming to Campiglio for years with many friends, and we've always enjoyed lunches and dinners at Artini. This year, they must be saving money...we've been there three times for lunch, each more disappointing than the last, to the point that we didn't even plan a dinner there. The staff is unspeakable...from the one who almost curses because the ordering phone doesn't work, to the one who asks you to pass her the plates, they only brought 10 covers for 13 of us. Very small portions, high prices, and the food always arrives frozen. It should be deleted...it's a shame because we always enjoyed going there!

18/03/2026: We went ski touring and stayed at the Sesvenna Hut. It was wonderful! The hut has been newly renovated and offers every luxury, right down to a beautifully equipped reading corner. The new management team was very welcoming and conjured up delicious South Tyrolean specialties. We'd love to come back again…🤗

15/03/2026: An AVS mountain hut that's only open on weekends – unacceptable! The response is unhelpful. On Sunday, March 8, 2026, I tried calling (without a response). There's NO information about opening hours on the website. I also inquired online via your website whether you're open on Monday (our planned tour day). The reply, sent by email on Monday (!), stated: we're only open on weekends. So, what's the truth?

27/12/2025: Cheeseburger served without a plate, mayonnaise thrown in without filling the bun but all over the place and they don't give it away: €11

24/12/2025: Top lunch in a beautiful setting right on the slopes. Very kind and friendly staff. The skier's plate is a sight to behold... The buttered strangolapreti are excellent.

24/11/2025: Very nice bar with average desserts and service.

14/11/2025: We tried the bar once and found the staff to be less than courteous, almost annoying, and even greeting you with a "ciao" and the hot chocolate was watery. Only the chic atmosphere was pleasant. Failed.

12/09/2025: We took a detour from Oberegger Alm around lunchtime, a nice uphill walk, because the restaurant was listed as open on Google. However, it was closed. I find it a bit rude, bordering on spiteful, not to keep the opening hours updated on Google in a tourist area full of hikers.

04/07/2025: A place for tourists who frequent the bike path, crazy prices...15 euros for a caprese salad with four slices of mozzarella and a chopped tomato. The worst thing is ordering without a menu, and especially without prices...they bring you a crumpled piece of paper with the few specials of the day written on it, and you simply have to tick them off. The four of us with two children spent over 80 euros for little and bad food. I ordered sausages with tomato sauce and unfortunately had a stomach ache all afternoon...avoid!

06/11/2025: Microwaved sandwich and chips, dirty and poorly maintained environment. Avoid.

13/12/2025: Be cautious if you have allergens!! Great looking building, had lunch outside with 10 friends. Service was very slow, and they were not overly busy. 2 mains arrived then a wait of 15-20 minutes for the other 8 meals, by which time the first 2 where finished. Scarily my pizza without cheese arrived with cheese, and I was told it was not cheese but the mushrooms! Staggering! I returned it and 5 minutes later the correct pizza arrived. Be very cautious if you have allergens!! Won't be returning.

31/08/2025: Driven by curiosity for a very frank response to a negative review, I chose to eat at this restaurant, and the result was excellent. The food was good, plentiful, with attention to the plating, excellent table service, a magnificent view from the large windows, and prices absolutely in line with other restaurants in the valley. 10 out of 10
